Called to see if they could get me in because I ran over a piece of metal and was up from Salt Lake. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Great staff and service.

Service seemed fine, but then one of my brand new tires blew off on the freeway. They also told me I needed new shocks and struts which arent cheap, I got a second opinion and theyre just fine. Had I followed their recommendation I would be out a couple grand for no reason. Could have been from uneven tire wear, but they did my alignment and made sure to charge a couple hundred for that, too. Not cool.

There is no other place I will take my car for tires than Big O! They treat everyone so nice and do an awesome job. This isnt my regular location because I couldnt get my car home on a donut, but Wyatt really helped me out. I was expecting to pay for the fix to my tire, but he said nah, just keep me in mind when you need tires in the future. So am I going to come to ogden for tires in the next couple of months? My sister broke down today. I headed over to give her battery a jump. Following her home the car died again right in the Big O parking lot. She needs a new alternator which we suspected. She had previously called for pricing at other places. So, we knew the ball park price for replacement. Big O quoted on the low end of other shops. They were all so very friendly and helpful. It was close to end of business for them on a Friday night. Alternator will be done around noon tomorrow (Saturday) Great Service. Reasonably priced. Im thankful she broke down where she did.

I spent my weekend getting quotes to replace my fuel pump, I do most of my work myself, but I am not equipped to replace a fuel pump, so I went to several places to get quotes, including the Big O on Washington and 4th. Most places quoted me for around 1000 (6-800 for the pump, the rest for labor). Monday the car wouldnt start so I had it towed to this Big O, thinking their quote would be similar to the others. I got called Tuesday to be told that the cost would be 1600. I asked why and was told the only pump available was from the Nissan dealership for 1100. I told him that I didnt need the pump replaced immediately, and we could wait for a less expensive part from AutoZone. He told me that the only part on AutoZone was 1084, at the same time I had the pump pulled up on my computer for 670. I then asked why the price was different from the other Big O, to which I was told that they were replacing the inside assembly and not the outer casing, which was also not true at all. He then offered to knock off some of the labor cost, bringing the total to 1350, but by this point I was done talking to him. I told him that I would talk to my wife, but I was upset and didnt want to say anything rash during this phone call.I get lied to at work all the time, but I expect to be lied to there. Lying to me about my car, in a time that would be dire for most just to charge a higher price is the kind of thing that gives mechanics and shops a bad reputation. I dont want to think that management over this shop would encourage this kind of thing, but it has ruined going to this Big O anytime soon for me. My advice for anyone reading this would be to double check what you are being told at any shop, especially if you dont know much about vehicles.

I really cant thank Anthony at the Ogden location enough for getting me through a horrible day. It started out with finding out that my Charger needed a new engine due to my oil mysteriously burning up with no signs of a leak. I got in my second car to go to work, and it overheated on the freeway. I took it to his location, to get it checked out. He jumped right in and called a rental car company directly when I was on hold, because the number I had directed me to a call center. My Chevy was fixed in less than 24 hours, and the cost was way less than expected (after diagnosing my 2 cars). I work as a manager with a big retail company, and if I could clone Anthony a hundred time over I would. The guy cares about people, and actually has a heart. Thank you so much Big O, and Anthony especially! I wont even think about going anywhere else.

The staff here are friendly and look out for your best interests, not just trying to make money off of you.

Told me I needed new shocks and quoted me $2000 for all 4. Made it sound dire like they would fail imminently. Replacing one shock involves 2 bolts on my car, so $2000 for 8 bolts is offensive and feels predatory. On top of that, I replaced the rear two shocks myself and found nothing wrong with them and therefore never replaced the front two. Over a year later and my car hasnt fallen apart yet.

This is a destination for everyone but for me it was after a 5:00 in the morning my car wont start they got me backing on the road needless to say the same day excellent work

I give five stars just because they were amazing when it came to looking at my truck. They didnt try to upsell me on anything they just told me what was wrong with it, and did so with professionalism and quite quickly I might add. I recommend them to anybody

Great experience, love the costumer service! Owned my tires for a while, but 3 months after owning them... I ran over a tool, they were able to plug it. It was quick!!! Almost a year now. Went and had them replug the tire because it wasnt holding like it was supposed to. Again, they were quick and are always helpful when you have questions!

Took my Camry in to get the tires balanced & aligned aswell as to get them to even out the tire pressure between wheel. Not only where they fast & friendly, but after they finished my car the manager gave me my keys saying have a good day, when I asked what I owed him he told me it was on the house. All that service with a smile then it didnt cost anything & I didnt even buy any tires or anything else there.

Staff are nice, but they charged us for a tire protection program without asking. Also, most people inside were not wearing masks, so if youre in a high risk group for COVID, maybe try a different location as they really didnt seem to care. Good shop overall.

I was pleasantly surprised, I usually use the smaller locally owned companies. I ended up using this location because they had the tires I needed in stock. Got the 3 year alignment package too, its going to be awesome to have consistent maintenance performed at no extra cost, by professionals!

I used to live in North Ogden, I was always treated like the only customer. Now Im near south Ogden. I came here on wall Avenue to Big O for the first time for tires . I think the manager and leaders should have a look how they treat their customers in North Ogden Big O, around 2200N. and Washington. I should have turned around when I walked in just by the look of the place . I wont be coming back here.Things dont always go perfectly I understand. Guess I was expecting that same treatment. Was over an hour 1/2 both times to remove and replace 2 rear tires No sense of urgency at all. .Best wishes to the crew !

It was a Friday night I was heading to Ogden. I got off the freeway and there was a terrible sound as I slowed down. I didn’t know what it was, I doubted it was a low tire because my car wasn’t pulling and the TPMS light wasn’t on. It was already dark and I didn’t want to pull off to look at it until I got on to a slower street. I pulled on to Wall Avenue and saw the Big-O there. It was 5:55 pm, so you could tell everyone was cleaning up and getting ready to go home. I pulled in because there was a bright light on outside of their bays and I figured I could at least see what the problem was. As I approached two workers walked (almost ran) up to my car because they could hear the sound too. I got out of my car and they said they knew why I was there. I got on the ground with them to see a large piece of plastic shielding that bolts horizontally under the front end of the car had partially separated and was dragging underneath. As I stood up, one worker (I now wish I had gotten their names) sent the other back in the shop for a jack and their air wrench and torx heads. Within 2 minutes of arriving they jacked up the car enough to get under and detach the plastic shielding and lower the car. They asked if I wanted to keep it or discard it and told me unfortunately it was a manufacturer part only.I thanked them and told them I usually get my tires at the Big O where I live, but told them they had a great store too. They joked back that theirs was the best Big O as they lowered my car and I was sent on my way.5 minutes before closing EVERYONE has one thing on their minds...GOING HOME - especially on a Friday night. These guys were amazing. They went above and beyond. This was an act of kindness and compassion not a business transaction. This is something other people need to know about, especially these days when there seems to be so little kindness around.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

They’re try to rip me off with some made up thing every time I go in for tire service.

Bought 4 new tires, alignment and out the door, good people and all were masked up for everyones safety.

Got me in and out really quick on a holiday, the tires seem to be balanced well and the crew I interacted with was friendly. However, I found whats left of a rag stuck in an inner bead and two stripped locking lug nuts when I was greasing the front suspension a few days later. The nuts werent terrible for me to replace, and the tire with the rag stuck in it seems to be holding air.

Very poor service. They sell tires and expensive packages, but do not stand behind their product. If you do business with them, make sure you keep copies of everything and every time you bring your vehicle in. They lose records of your service and then tell you that the warranty does not cover anything because you have not brought your vehicle in for service!

This was my first experience with Big O Tire and I was very impressed with them. Wyatt was the gentleman that helped me with my tires and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me the tires I needed for my truck.

They should 10 stars from me because they treated me like Im human. My driver side front tire popped right as soon as pulled into their parking lot coming off of 32nd and above wall. As Im scaredly approaching their first bay door where they do their work at. I didnt want go any longer while on my rim. They didnt get mad or even yell at me for parking in a non-parking spot. So in all honesty Im grateful for these guys at Big O Tires. Cause long story short is that I was gonna get on the freeway with my low aired tire and then I wpuld have been stranded on the freeway going home. So mad propts to these guys. Youre work today for me was greatly appreciated. So thanks again Big O technicians. Much love and stay and be safe and sorry for talking your ear off Mr. Wyatt. Cause technically you guys didnt necessarily have to help me you guys helped me out in so many ways and you guys are gonna help me out again soon. I purchased four new tires for my Trailblazer, plus got an alignment. I was quoted $816, and some change, over the telephone, but once the job was complete, I was only charged $792, and some change. Fast, quality service! My new go to tire shop

I came in for a simple tire rotation. I had an appointment and it still took 40 minutes for them to get my car into the shop. Then as the technician was rotating my tires, he broke off two of my lug studs and tried to blame the last tire place that did my tires, which was them. To top it off, they charged me $200 to replace 4 total lug studs, two of which they broke. They also would not let me leave and do the labor myself. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never buy from them again.

I am new to the area and needed a good place to get my oil changed that wasnt going to charge me an arm and a leg so I started looking at reviews close to me and saw some pretty good reviews for this location. I went in on my lunch break a couple of weeks ago. When I walked in there were no customers and two workers who didnt even acknowledge me when I came in. I stood by the desk waiting for a couple of minutes and then finally asked if I should continue waiting there and the guy said, oh yea what can I do for you? I said I needed my oil changed and he took my keys to go look at my car and then told me to have a seat. I waited for over an hour, several people came in and out while I was still waiting and then finally my name was called. I came up and the guy didnt say a word to me or even look at me, he handed me my receipt to sign and gave me my keys. Still not saying anything. I have never had my oil changed before and not been told what was done to my car or at least that everything looks good. I had to ask if my fluids were topped off and if there were any problems and the guy looked at me like I was stupid but said he topped them off and there were no problems so I assumed he did what he said. It wound up being $50 which I have never spent on a simple oil change before, I didnt get a sticker with the mileage for my next oil change and I ran out of washer fluid 2 days later. I have never had to refill my washer fluid in between oil changes so its pretty unlikely that I used it all up in just 2 days. Maybe this place in usually good but based on this experience and a few of the other ones Ive seen, I dont plan on returning.

The guys here at this Big O Tires have always gone above and beyond for me. I had a headlight assembly go out and everyone else I brought it to just looked up the parts and gave me a quote, which were all $1500+. The Big O guys took the time to actually dig in and look at it, diagnose the actual issue, and turns out it was a simpler fix that only cost $900. Another time, I had a leak in my tire the night before I had to catch an early flight. They stayed late for me to fix the tire so that I could get to the airport on time the next day. I would highly recommend this location!

Set an appointment for coolant flush and fill and break repair. Seemed like they needed to smelt and machine the new rotors. 4.5 hours later still up on the rack and tires off. 2 hours of it waiting on rotors.

They are very good at what the do. They helped me right away. The job was finished and I was able to go. They even did more than I asked. I have been a customer forever and I dont want to cinsider leaving them.

Absolute worst Big O experience I’ve ever had. I called before I went inquiring the wait of an oil change that afternoon. I was told 30 minutes so drove there right away on my lunch hour. ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES later and my car was still not finished. It was in the bay and the techs were just eating their Taco Bell while standing around chatting. They did not even rotate my tires or replace the window sticker. I also realized my fluids weren’t topped off either. AND they didn’t reset my oil change alert. I have never been so frustrated. I’ve always taken my vehicle to Big O and recently bought a brand new set of tires from them. I’ll NEVER go back to this location again. When I asked the manager his response was that, ‘he just got back from lunch and doesn’t know what’s going on.’ The kid that completed my oil change was less than capable and now I’ll have to go to ANOTHER Big O location so that they can complete a job this location wasn’t equipped to handle. The manager did offer to comp my oil change... until he realized my car took synthetic oil. Then he only took about $25 off. While I do appreciate the gesture, I’m still incredibly disappointed with this location.

Im hesitant when it comes to anything vehicle related due to being clueless on the matter. I came in to this establishment and the employees were great and honest. They didnt pressure me to buy anything extra and were willing to quickly fix my problem without compensation. I wont go anywhere else!

After trying to get tires for over a month through Discount and never getting a phone call for an appointment after submitting an online order, I tried Big-O for the first time. They gave me a good deal on the set of tires I got and the employees were really nice and helpful. The whole time I was waiting it seemed like just a bunch of friends were coming in to talk which was fine, but the guy who was doing my tires sat in the lobby to talk to a friend for a while before starting on my truck which was a bit odd. After coming here Id say that the customer service at Discount is better IF they actually decide they want to help you, but Big-O was ultimately the ones who stepped up and helped me out even though they didnt seem to be that concerned about being quick while I was there. The wait was about 15 minutes shy of 2 hours.

Super fast help. I couldnt get two of my tire valve caps off. They tools them off and checked all of the tire pressure for no charge. (Though I did buy my current tires from them previously)

Came in with a bolt in my tire. They fixed it and I went on my way. Could feel something still amiss with the tire, but was late for work and figured Id check it out when I got there. 15 minutes later I had a blowout on the freeway, same tire. There was the hole where the bolt was, but no plug. 4 inches away, there was another screw and a nail, and now a tear in the sidewall. Thats what I could feel when I left the shop. How do you pull out one screw and miss two more that close? Bought 2 new tires after work at a different shop.

These guys are horrible. Wyatt told me that the warranty on my tires that I bought from a different store location of Big O tires was only for the location I went to. I called another Big O tires and they said that he was wrong. Plus Wyatt tried to make me pay more to get my alignment fixed. So his ultimate goal was to have me pay more money and that is unacceptable

Took my car in to get my tire repaired since there was a screw in it.The employees were great and shop itself was clean and had plenty of room in the waiting area. The best part is that they were able to get my car finished up in 30 minutes and didnt even charge anything to fix the tire.

Very slow. They did the wrong test. They said it was going to be 30 minutes to finish. An hour later they tell me they did the wrong test. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and both times they were very slow. The first time they took over 2 hours to fix a flat. That would be fine if they were busy but they were not. Not to mention they told me it would only take about 20 minutes. They also opened my hood and unlatched the air box and did not fix it. Why they decided to open my hood when all they had to do was repair a tire I don’t know. I had to bring my car back because it was making a horrid sound. Why they were in my engine bay for a flat repair. I would not recommend this big o. Find a different one.

He matched the tire and did some other amazing things that went WAY above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this shop!

I was in this Big O yesterday with an urgent issue. My tire was very low and needed immediate attention. The person at the desk was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. He was too busy looking at the internet to help me and he gave me the impression that he didnt care if he helped me at all.He said it would be a four hour wait and that it was a first come first serve policy. The foyer was completely empty. Sure, I understand that other customers probably dropped off there cars and caught a ride to work, but Big O had all day to fix those cars.I would think twice before buying tires from this particular Big O.

I went in for an alignment and was told I needed new outter tie rods, I had literally replaced them 3days prior to going in to the shop. Tried to scam me or the techs need more training

Just went there to get pricing on tires. Wow was i disappointed. Wyatt gave me a pricing for the big o tires for 181.49 a tire when on there website states 164.99 a tire. This big o will gouge you in price. Not only that but there mount price runs more than the other big o. Bottom line they only care about the $. Wont be going back there again.

Wyatt was so nice and knowledge about my Contenental tires over the phone, and when I met him his service was impecable. Even when after a few days I had gone to my car looked at my tires and freaked out thinking he sold me tires I didnt want, I called him he told me to bring the car back and he showed me what I had told him. Even that day he was kind to me. I felt so bad that I had doubted him due to my bad experiences here in Ogden from different merchants so I thought he had wronged me too. But I came back home and thought about how professional, kind, and honest he was to me and had to write this review. To thank him publically. I also called him and apoligized and thanked him for such good service. Big O on Wall Ave you were referred by my cousin. I just moved to Utah and need new tires so I came there. Im glad I did. So grateful for John Mark and keith they more than took care of me and my wife, we came in for brakes not realizing we were one brake stop away from most likely crashing. They did a great job. Definitely trusting them with all repairs

NOT SURE THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY. Paid to have my boat trailers bearings serviced for $35 a wheel and happened to come by on my lunch break to watch them remove the bearing buddy clean the grease out around the nut then put new grease around the nut and reinstall the bearing buddy. Did not remove the wheel or bearings. When I asked them what they were doing they said thats how we service boat trailers with bearing buddies. They did remove the wheel and bearings after a serious discussion with the manager. Hope they did all four wheels but who knows if your not there to watch them? I wont have them service my boat trailer again.

I decided to come here and buy a whole new set of tires because Walmart wouldnt honor the protection plan and prorated new tires that would save me two bucks each. End up coming here and got the tires that I wanted for cheaper.

On our journey from Alaska to kanasas we had many tires replaced! We finally ran out of extra money and just couldn’t afford to buy new tires. Luckily my mom had this snap account that allowed us to buy tires. The thing is my mom is in Kansas and we were in Utah. The guys at BIG O were able to use my moms account and help us out with my moms permission of course. Not only did these guys get me in right away and get us an oil change they worked around a vehicle that was loaded with suitcases for a family of four. They were fun and enjoyable to talk and worked quickly to get us back on the road. Any questions I asked about the area they helped out with quickly. If I lived here this would be my tire shop as it is to many of locals I seen coming in! They are also updating their shop so if you know how hectic that can be they are handling it well and things are running smoothly this is a AAA+ shop in my book! Thanks guys!!!

Came into Big O today to get new brakes, turns out the brakes were completely gone front and rear. They were so helpful, precise and genuinely cared. Ive been to this location a couple of times, seemed to be okay, till this last time, took my 08 silverado truck in to have have the tires rotated and oil changed,,, everything seemed good til the next day, there was a huge puddle under the truck.. oil was leaking from the filter.. having to go to work. Id watched it for the day and put in a qt. Of my own oil. Same day the hood unlatched while I was driving, didnt fly up thankfully., took it in the next morning. They where Unapologetic like it was the norm. They were able to fix the oil leak and topped off my oil back off again. And headed off to work while on the freeway with getting vibrations and then truck started to wobble pulled over immediately to find out that the right front tire lug nuts or all loose only one was partly tight. Luckily I had the wrench socket wrench to tighten them while looking at hubcaps missing screws and broke off screw. And 1 lug nut was replaced with another one that doesnt match my others.. very unsatisfied with the work from this location...

I received the best customer service by any service center hands down! I went in for a brake line repair because we thought we were loosing brake fluid. They looked at my car and told me I didnt actually have a leak. John explained how the fluid is used in the car and that we need to top it off every time we do oil changes at home. He then proceeded to check my vehicle for any issues as we are moving to Mississippi next week. He was SO SO kind and knowledgeable! BEST SERVICE EVER. I will forever bring my car to them for service.

I have been into this shop three times in the last 6 months for various problems I was having. Every time - it has been an exceptional experience! They always take care of me. My car was in a wreck and they had pulled my oil plug and come to find out my engine was shot so they had gave me a cheap price for another engine and I could not pass it up. They r waiting for the engine to reach there shop now, once it reaches there shop they will drop my old engine and put in the new one. I am excited. Thank u so much mark u r my life saver. My Buick Skylark wouldnt start for me the other day and was losing a lot of coolant fluids. John at Big O Tires helped me figure out how to get it towed to their shop. During the course of the repairs he kept me constantly updated on the status of my car and always made sure to get my permission before he continued repairs or ran more diagnostics. I picked up the car on the 2nd day and she is running like a charm. Id like to give a shout out to both John for his outstanding customer service and to Javier who performed the repairs. Thanks a lot guys.

Charlie and John went the extra mile, were very (very) kind, and helped us out of a jam. I felt like this shop was everything Big-O corporate would want from their team. These guys were rock stars, and I am so grateful for their help! The meaning of customer service was not lost on these fellas. If this particular store was located in our hometown, I would buy all my tires and do as much service as I could on our vehicles with these guys. Good, good, and good.We were travelling from Idaho for a quick trip to Ogden and pulled off the interstate to whooping noise coming from the rear tires. Earlier that day, I had picked up my Subaru from our new mechanic having had my rear brakes and e-brake replaced. Obviously, something was wrong. Fortunately, there was a Big-O right there in front of us.My husband drove around in our car a bit with the sales/clerk John. Of course, no noise to be heard... I asked John what he would do if he were me, and because we were travelling, he said lets get it up and take a look.It would have been easy for John to send us on our way. We arrived at the store at like 4:45pm on a Friday, and even though they were supposed to close at 5:30pm, they stayed open to help us out. I mean, who does that anymore?It turned out that the e-brake shoe had not been seated properly and come loose. Charlie sorted us out, and we havent had an issue since.I dont know if youll get a chance to read this (John, Charlie, John & Charlies boss), but please know we were really grateful for your assistance!

Normally this is the only place we go for our tires/oil changes. On 6/15/17 we took one of our cars in to have a nail removed from the tire and a signal bulb replaced. We provided the technician helping us with the bulb, and he assured us it would be changed. Unfortunately when we picked up the car the signal light bulb was not changed, and they could not find the light bulbs we provided. Instead of fixing the problem, they asked how much the light bulbs cost and refunded us $7 cash from the till. While it was great to get a refund, we are now without a turn signal bulb for our road trip. Causing a second trip to the auto supply store, and creating an even longer detour than planned. Because of this we will not be using this location any longer. I would recommend using the North Ogden location of Big O Tire if possible, the service there is much more consistent.

Had a great experience! We had an emergency with a tire and they were able to get us in faster then anyone else, awesome customer service!

During this holiday season Big O tires demonstrated the true spirit of Christmas. One that has made me a big o tires customer for LIFE. I was up in Ogden when I got out of my car and noticed a hissing sound. My tire was going flat. Poop. I am a small car-clueless young lady far away from home and it was getting dark out. In a panic I drove around searching for anything open but to my dismay, all car repair shops were closed. Then I saw lights at the Big o tires store. When I went inside though, to my dismay, they had already shut the register and were closed. But, that didnt stop John Rondeau. As soon as he heard my problem, he stopped everything and pulled my car in. His coworker even volunteered to stay and help. Together they got me fixed and back on the road in ten minutes. They were kind, and friendly, and to top it off they did the work for free. Talk about going above and beyond. I almost cried with gratitude. It was such a simple act on their part but it meant the world to me. I was filled with the holiday spirit and I just had to tell someone about it. I will be a customer for Big O tires for life. Outstanding customer service. These guys need a raise and a trip to Hawaii courtesy of the head honchos at Big O tires. They are the reason your store is succeeding.

I purchased tires here than I totaled my car went back to have new tires taken off so I could sell them. John told me he would sell them for me and give me a in store credit. I have been using this credit since June now John is not there and I still have 194.00 of credit they will not honor it so I guess they can steal from the consumer. I will not go there again they treat you like your a theif so Kent @ Cory would be nice if you would make this right. I have sent so many people there no more my family has stop going there because of this not a good way to run a buisness . Sales guys are great. I was treated well but had an issue with them not properly repairing my tire. I had to come back.

I woke up to a flat tire on my way back home to Wyoming. Unfortunately, my flat was not repairable and they had nothing in stock for my tire size. They were kind enough to call all over town to find a tire in my size. The staff was very friendly, which I feel can be rare for tire shops. These guys truly saved my day, and helped me feel comfortable during what could have been a very stressful situation. A special thanks to Nick for his exceptional customer service. You guys are top notch!

Ugh! Why is everyone so nice to me!?!?So really, Ive had about three experiences with this store in particular over the last year; both in the moment and in the days following a check up/repair, I have not felt belittled or robbed. I dont know a ton about cars but, as a woman, I can do enough simple work and understand when Im in over my head on my own...that said, thank you Big O on wall avenue for helping me reasonable rehab and pm (preventative maint) my ride.See ya soon, but not too soon.(4 star because everyone else rated a 5...)
