Madeline was extremely knowledgeable and helpful today. She clearly explained the changes to our account, and was able to get us the best value for our cell service. Most positive experience I’ve had with At&t in quite some time.

Kendra is seriously the best person to work with there. She is very sweet, kind and fully knowledgeable of her job and performes beyond what is expected. I have never been treated so kindly by a person and will be returning to this store just for her! I love her spunk and upbeat personality and she was so sweet with my kids!

I cant say enough good things about this place especially Kendra. Not only is she very professional. She made me feel welcome. I know it is weird to say how a phone company makes you feel so comfortable and warming but Kendra made me feel that way. I will definitely be back thanks to her.

Ive been coming to this location for over a year now to pay my bill but I recently upgraded my phone. I put in a preorder with Kendra a few weeks prior. She called me the day before release to let me know it was in. I came in excited and she was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Im technologically challenged, yet she didnt make me feel like I was. This is definitely my go to location and I will continue to return.

Kendra was the one who helped us. She was really sweet and helped us out to try and get a cheaper plan. Definitely went above and beyond to help is out, even staying after work a half hour past her closing time. Would highly recommend this location and her services. .

We needed to replace our old flip phone. My wife called the AT&T store in the Newgate Mall and spoke with the manager, Kendra. Kendra didn’t have any flip phones in stock, so she volunteered to go to another store, pick up a new flip phone, and have it ready for my wife at the Newgate Mall store. Later that evening I went into the store and met Kendra: it would be difficult, if not impossible, to find a more helpful, kind, and patient person. Kendra and her staff made sure that the phone was all ready to go for my wife. They even transferred over the contacts from the old phone. Extraordinary!

Rich was impressively knowledgable, and personable to boot. He took time to help with something that would give him no financial benefit, and was very informed and approachable.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly by an employee!!!! Kendra was so rude!!!! I was sent to her location to exchange a phone that I have had for four days when she informed me that she could not do the exchange and I would have to go to Apple. When trying to explain that customer service told me to go to her location for the exchange, she looked at me and said “if you don’t stop giving me attitude I’m not going to help you at all”. It is unacceptable to treat a customer the way she treated me tonight. I will never go back to that store nor will I continue my service after my contract is over with AT&T because of the way I was treated by their store manager. If you go to the store, be aware!!!!!!!

Very nice folks here, they were awesome to work with. It can be a little busy at times but you can tell the staff tried hard to get you in and out in a timely manner!

Have dealt with a lot of not so spectacular customer service, and many times felt very dissatisfied..However...Rich, from the Newgate mall store, is an exception to the rule..He possesses outstanding customer service skills, and is very capable of dealing with issues associated with his craft.He has delivered, several times, outstanding support..While his counterparts at this or other locations have either shyed away from an issue, or simply acted disinterested, he willingly steps up to the plate and gives it real attention...He is a credit to his proffession..Sincerely,Jeff and Autumn West...

Went in because my phone was saying ‘No Service’. I had just switched phone earlier that day at another AT&T store. The manager at this store looked it up and said that my line had been cancelled. I told him that was a problem because all I did was switch phones. He told me I’d have to call customer care. I asked him how since my phone obviously didn’t work to which he responded: ‘you’ll have to contact someone with a phone.’ I was so floored by the lack of customer service that I just turned around and walked out in tears. Thanks for nothing.

Went and got a SIM Card today. The systems were slow, I was onery.The sales consultant was patient and took care of our needs.She even through tge SIM Card in for free after taking an ear full from me.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS BUT 1 IS AS LOW AS YOU CAN RATE A PLACE ON GOOGLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and MANAGER STAND OFFISH WITH STRONG ARM TACTICS!Came to start service but it seemed like the whole time we were there the start up cost, monthly cost for the service, and the monthly cost for the lease on the phones kept changing and going up the longer we were there. The manager was horrible and stand offish torwards us. We felt disrespected and that they were trying to strong arm us. We walked out without starting service and drove over to the Bright Star Wireless Sprint Store on Riverdale Rd. and got a way better deal on the phones AND the service with awesome customer Service from the Salesman Jayden and the Store manager. We are paying less per month by going to BrightStar Sprint and we received a Promotion/Discount ($300 direct deposited after 6-8 weeks) for banking with a credit union that Spring Communications didnt even tell us about.DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE! GO TO BRIGHTSTAR WIRELESS SPRINT STORE ON RIVERDALE RD JUST A FEW BLOCKS AWAY!
