Went there during business hours, open sign on lights on and everything. Doors were locked.
They are helpful and sincere. Both Jose and Hector speak English and Spanish.
The only reason im giving this a 3 is because the customer service when you call in is awful. But as for the customer service in store theyre great.
David the district manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and his excellent customer service skills would definitely make me recommend boost to others

Its a very good company I loved the service till I broke the screen of my iPhone 7 I couldnt fixt it after that but I would said the service its fantastic I do recommend boost Mobile 30gb of hotspot so you can shared with friends exs or whoever you want no reason to not go with boost Mobile..hey give your self a boost change to boost Mobile now dont wait for tomorrow what you can do today ;)

Worst ownership EVER! DO NOT EVER utilize Boost or spend money at their stores! Their staff is untrained and will lie just to get the sale with an owner thats even more shallow. 800 customer service is an absolute joke and is inconsistent in the information they give and will transfer you anywhere, but to where you need to get you issues resolved. The 72 hour return policy applies when it doesnt effect sales numbers! Will not do the right thing on their end and now im sitting on junk with a better service and right where i started. Upgrade equals lost time and money!
Yiemi was fantastic.So helpful.Polite. Knowledgeable about how things would work and How long it would take...i would recommend this Boost location to anyone...it helps that she is easy on the eyes also!

I keep getting told different costs about a coolpad hotspot and i dont need to get overcharged for things why cant i get straight answers to my questions
-A total joke and didnt even offer to transfer over my data from old phone .got home and had no internet in my basement, but only more excuses, to not go the extra mile or make a acception to the policies for a refund or exchange..been 6 days now and countless time with customer service and escalated calls, but still no internet or good customer service..in the end my 82$ is completely gone and I am forced to go somewhere else if I can even afford..no one cares and not even the manager..do t waste your time or $ here or boost period and lets shut boost down fully ..thanks

The guy in this store is super helpful and tries to be as accommodating as possible. Definitely a great employee. Only giving 4 stars because of corporate/company things out of his control. Such as Boosts nickeling and diming of customers. I recently tried to buy two new phones on the website but they dont ship to P.O. boxes(my main address is a po box) and the website kept saying my physical address is invalid. So I had to go to a store to buy the phones. Well, buying the phones in store requires on site activation which is a $25 fee per device. The employee in this store was super helpful, activated the devices quickly and went through setup of one phone while walking me through setup of the other phone. But when all was said and done, the phones I could have gotten online for just over $200 per device online ended up costing me about $300 per device because of their corporate policies of added fees and the taxes for the purchase. All in all. Many of the people in the stores are friendly and try to help but corporate likes to get as much money out of the customers as possible.
