The lady working there Rocio, was the very best customer service rep Ive had the privilege to know. She deserves a huge raise.

After finding my Cricket store closed I ended up at this store. I received a warm greeting as soon as I walked in. Despite having 3 other customers this wonderful young lady continued to ensure me she would help as soon as possible. Then another young man came in and assured me help was forthcoming. They both helped me after the other customers were all set. Found just the phone in price range I needed. They both ensured I was completely happy with my choices.

Came in to get a new phone and service, was greeting as soon as I walked through the door. The young man Abraham helped me break down what exactly I wanted in a phone and got me on the right one for the right price! Whole team was friendly and made me feel really welcome! I left pretty satisfied! Excellent service here at this store!

Theres an employee named Rocio who REALLY knows her stuff! She helped me select an awesome phone 2 weeks ago & then assisted me with some features today. Shes really great!!!

ABRAHAM IS THE REAL MVP. Tmobile has really been putting me through the ringer and making it difficult to get service. Abraham at the Washington store has been beyond helpful and friendly. Give this mans a raise

Christina and Abe were so helpful! I walked in almost in tears because I thought I broke my phone. They fixed my phone within 30 seconds and were so kind! I highly recommend coming here!

Rocio and Christine helped me get another line for $100 and the phone was free i only have to pay $30 more a month on my regular phone bill. They were extreamly helpful.

They didnt have the phone i wanted due to their own timing on orders.

Bernice was very rude, very unprofessional, she threatened to call the cops because I swear. She refused to finish helping me until 7 other customers where took care of even though I was the first person in the store. I do not recommend this store at all. Bernice should not be working there. She raised her voice towards me. And all together this store I have always had a bad experience the only reason why I come into it is because it is the only one close to my job and home. But I am going to start going some where else. Think before you go into this store. You will be yelled at and threatened. All over calling customer service to get my phone turned on.

We went to get my daughter a phone not knowing the phone was locked and got ripped off the money for activation because they apparently wanted the sell and not to have good customer service. I have been with cricket off and on for years. This is one of the worst customer service experience and I would recommend going to another store because they were rude and unprofessional.

This location is typically pretty busy, but the sales girl this morning was friendly and knowledgeable.

0 stars. Was disrespected badly, employees wouldnt listen to me at all, told me i dont make any sense and, told me to get service with another company. So i went to at&t where i receive better deals. Cricket uses at&ts towers so makes no sense to pay more threw cricket when you can get much better costomer service for better price. Very unprofessional, if your an American you will be treated poorly. Also nobody there speaks English very well. Cancelled service after 1 month all because how the staff treated me... go to at&t. Is much better
