Whoever left the “incompetent employees” review must’ve been having a really bad day. I just worked with Eileen (spelling?) and she was SO AMAZING! So gentle, so kind. Beyond helpful. Didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions, super knowledgeable and the sweetest lady! Keep it up, Eileen!
