Great service.The shelves were a bit bare.

Brayden was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. The paint was super high-quality and went up super fast. Pictures here is the color Mindful Gray in a saying finish, Cashmere level paint . We are super pleased with the result and will go back to Brayden for our next project very soon!

Came in here because I’m doing a more difficult paint job and wanted some advice/ expertise. The employees were not helpful at all and didn’t seem like they knew paint. I ended up going to Home Depot instead. Way better experience there.

This is a product only review for the H&C Shield-Crete Water-Based Epoxy Clear Coat Kit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!! One of the clear coat kit turned yellow (not just a little yellow) when dried which ruined everything!!!!After applying the H&C Shield-Crete Water-Based base Epoxy and flakes, which was awesome! I put this clear coat on. Big mistake!!No the floor wasn’t dirty, no there wasn’t chemicals on the floor, no it wasn’t exposed to light, it was mixed very well and put on top of the H&C base coat.Seriously I spent so much time, money and energy getting the epoxy floor just right only to have this top coat ruin everything! What a waste.When I informed the Sherwin-Williams employee about this issue at this store the response was, “didn’t happen to me” and basically it’s your problem, oh well, and I don’t believe you. Seriously, I spend almost $1,000 and that’s how you respond to customers??I’ve asked other who used this top coat and the exact same thing happened to them. Suggest finding another top coat.

They were able to color match exactly what I needed. They mixed up a gallon of interior paint for the exterior of my house, but mixed up a gallon of exterior paint to correct the mixup.

This is my go-to location for Sherwin-Williams paint. It seems they do paint matches the best. knowledgeable staff always there to lend a hand. I swear the manager, Chris could match a color for you with his eyes closed. They all do such a amazing job!

The lady in the Ogden store gave us good advice. The paint she recommended did the job that the other paint from another store didnt.

They treated my wife rudely when I sent her in to pick up some paint. The products and paint were fine the customer service wasnt though.

If you want someone who knows how to answer all of your questions, give you honest suggestions for the correct products to use (not always the most expensive stuff), and will also give you color advice so you dont waste money--go to SW. Their app and website have an incredible amount of information at your fingertips and when you walk into the store, they put it all together for you. Angel helped me and was super patient and knowledgable, helping me with paint for my entire house. They also are transparent with sales and how to save the most money, which was very impressive. Love SW.

I needed some more touch up paint for a wall in my house. I went to Lowes first and they couldnt get the freaking lid off the 5 gallon bucket, so went to Sherwin-Williams about 45 minutes before they closed. Angel was the only one out of three employees helping customer. One was on the phone and then clocked out. the other was gathering trash. Angel was very knowledgeable and was telling me what I needed to do to get the best match of paint possible. He said to go get some of the paint off the wall and that would be best way to get it to match, so I left to do so. I got back there at 6:51 feeling bad because I know how frustrating it is to get a customer right before you close. There was another customer their so I didnt feel as bad. Angel was helping him and the customer let me go in front of him because he was on the phone. Angel was explaining to me that he didnt have the finish I needed so he was trying to offer up some different options. The strawberry blonde haired chick FINALLY comes out to help him, but doesnt hesitate to ask him what time it is because it was close to closing. Angel being so polite said its close trying to make us customers feel like we arent being pushed out. He then proceeds to tell me what kind of paint/finish I need and what brand will match the best. I told him whatever you can do that will be the best match so that I can leave with paint tonight. The woman said that is not happening tonight he has a test tonight and we close at 7. Angel precedes to talk to me and continues to help me with what I need. I tell him whatever will be fastest for you to make and that will match the best. The woman at this point turns back around and says I said that is not happening tonight we close at 7 and it is 6: 57 right now. I told her fine give me my bucket of paint back and I will go somewhere else!I went to Home Depot and they got me the paint I needed in less then 8 minutes. I will never go back to Sherwin-Williams. I hope Angel passes his test and gets away from that lady ASAP. What is happening to customer service? Angel was much younger then her and he was what we need more of in this world. Angel gets 5 stars.

Last week I was told by one of the people working at Sherwin Williams that I could get paint at a specific price. I didnt buy quite enough paint. This week I went to buy one more can of paint and the upped the price by about 20%. Seems pretty scummy. Ill never go back again.Added Nov 5, 2018: I dont know how to reply to your response below. So Im editing my response here. I prefer not to call a number I really dont know. You are welcome to look up my purchases. We purchased at Ogden Wall Avenue location. I was there October 27. I purchased primer and paint that morning. My wife (same last name as mine) went back later to get more primer. On November 2 we painted over the primer. We ran out of paint. I needed one more can of paint. I went to purchase and they said they couldnt give me the paint for the same price I paid before. I questioned them on it. They didnt seem to care. So I told them Ill pay but Ill never come back again. I dont know why they did that. Id purchased a good chunk of primer/paint/supplies. It was the attitude that ticked me off more than anything. I went over with them how much paint they thought we would need before hand. Seems pretty dumb thing to do honestly. Why even play that game?

We stopped in to get pricing on paint. The salesman was helpful, but their prices are so much more expensive than Lowes, which sells Sherman Williams brand paint. Save yourself some money and go to Lowes.
