This is, by far, the best place to get a mattress. It’s not overwhelming or generic like the big warehouse stores. We purchased a mattress from Brooklyn Bedding 5 years ago. We loved that mattress and our dog ate it. So, we called and they took care of us again. We have referred countless friends and family. They honor their warranties without the hassle and getting a new mattress was so pleasant. They had our invoice after 5 years so it was an easy transaction. I can’t recommend them enough. My wife and I had a great experience. We had been researching mattresses online for awhile and had settled on one from Brooklyn bedding. We didn’t know that they had physical store fronts, so we were planning on buying online. We happened to see the store front while running errands one day and decided to swing by. We had done some research and decided to drive to the Ogden location. Kandy was very friendly and helpful (and also followed safety protocols). We came in for the Aurora Hybrid, and were able to test it and a few others. Once we confirmed that we wanted the Aurora, Kandy completed the transaction quickly and efficiently, and even helped us load our mattress in our vehicle! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! We highly recommend this location of Brooklyn Bedding (all of the same warranties, pricing and trial periods as buying online too!) - Kandy provides a comfortable personal touch and it was nice to test the mattresses before buying.

We just bought the Spartan Medium mattress at Brooklyn Bedding in Ogden, Utah. Our friends referred us here after having bought the Aurora mattress and loving it after 4 months of use with no more back pain! Travis was very professional and informative. He answered all of our questions and quickly guided my husband and I to the very mattress we needed according to the way we sleep and the back pain we are having. The service was fantastic and we will refer our family and friends in the future!

The gal that helped us get our king box springs and frame was amazing, they are very fair in pricing. She is Super helpful and knowledgeable. We went to Brooklyn bedding shopping for a new mattress just because it was close to our house. It was our first stop before trying out any other stores. We instantly liked the Aurora mattress when we tried it out. We told our salesman Ben that we were looking for a king size bed under $1,000 because all the beds were over that budget. He told us they did have some beds in the back that people had returned after the 120 night trial and these could be bought as is for a huge discount! So we bought a king size aurora for $750 basically brand new! That saved us almost $1,500 bucks! So thanks Ben! And we are loving the bed, it is so soft and spacious! Besides two small tears along the seam of the mattress it looks brand new! So glad we tried these guys out, the beds were way nicer than any of the other shops we went to. The salesman Ben was really nice and helpful wasnt pushy when we left to go try out some other stores and of course we came back. The delivery guys were great too they were quick and courteous. Definitely 5 stars all around.

There wasn’t any pressure involved and delivery was exactly what we were told it would be. I went in to buy a bed a couple weeks ago because my current mattress was giving me back problems. I wasn’t sure what kind of bed or firmness I needed or liked. Travis was great and talked me through the benefits of all of them and let me lay on them all to see which I liked. He even recommended a cooling mattress so that I dont Sleep as hot. Here I am A couple weeks after sleeping on my new bed, I wake Up with no back pain and my bed always has that nice cold side of the pillow feeling! From the moment we stepped in the store we had a great experience. We had loosely heard of Brooklyn Bedding but had no idea how great these beds would be. We went in knowing we would be buying a bed from somewhere today but didn’t realize it would be from Brooklyn Bedding.We like the idea of having a memory foam based bed but felt like just a memory foam made sleeping too hot for us. The “new” mattress style seems to be going toward a hybrid and that’s what you will get with the new Brooklyn Bedding Sedona. Which is the bed we bought today.We like the idea of having copper infusion in this bed but it also has a cooling technology. It was cool to the touch and I’m so excited to see how it keeps me cool while I sleep. One more important feature in helping us choose this bed was that they also had a latex layer as well which I think will increase the longevity of the bed.I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a bed that sleeps cool, gives you the support you’re looking for as well as hybrid technology. The staff was also very great!!

I stayed in Yellowstone for vacation. The place I stayed at had this mattress. This was the first time I slept through the night in years. 3 nights in a row I slept through the night and woke up feeling wonderful. On our way home we stopped and bought the same mattress. Wonderful service and I love the mattress! We bought the semi firm Aurora and it is wonderful! I am a hot sleeper and this mattress keeps me cool and comfortable. We also bought a nice mattress cover with coolIng gel to help protect from spills etc., and this also helps keep us cooler. Also, the material on the mattress is kind of slick so your sheets will slide all over, but putting on a good mattress cover resolves this issue.Overall the best thing is the staff at the store and how helpful they were in helping us decide on the mattress. If it was not for the excellent customer service I would probably have gone elsewhere! We for sure are going to be back soon to buy another bed for our daughter!

I went into several mattress stores shopping for a new mattress. I didnt feel pressure from the sales staff at all. I ended up going back a few days after my first visit and purchased the Auora medium mattress. Ive had it just over a week. Every night seems better than the night before! The cooling technology really works, which I was worried about. Often claims do not hold up to what they say. I sleep very hot so the cooling factor is important. I am very happy with the servive and the product. This bed feels like it cost a lot more than what I paid for it.Its now 3 months after my purchase and Im still loving this Aurora mattress more every day.

I highly recommend this place to anyone. I looked around extensively for the best deals on memory foam mattresses, and nowhere else came anywhere close to the deal I got at R&S. The salesperson also wasnt pushy, which I really appreciated. I felt pressured at the other stores I checked out. I spread the gospel of R&S at every opportunity because they beat any other prices, usually by 50% or more. (At least that was my experience.)

We were in desperate need of a new bed due to my husbands back pain. Kent helped us out and got us a mattress that we felt was right, he also explained the importance of mattress protectors. After a few weeks the back pain hadnt resolved, so we went in and were able to switch our mattress for one that is just perfect. I couldnt believe the prices and I appreciated Kents honesty and no pressure attitude. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them.

Ahhhh…we all just had a great night of sleep after purchasing 3 mattresses from R&S. Dustin was a knowledgeable and friendly salesman, informative but not at all pushy. Chris, also very personable, gave us same-day delivery within hours of our purchase. Thanks to all!

I had read a lot about Brooklyn Bedding online and wanted to try some in person so we drove 45 minutes to lay on some beds. We didnt feel rushed and were left to lay quietly and get used to each bed. We made our selection--the Best Ever Mattress in a medium firmness. I asked the salesman if we could use the current sale price and a code for 10% off plus free pillows and sheets from The Mattress Underground at the same time. We were told no. We made our purchase and took the mattress home. When I got home, I pulled up the Brooklyn Bedding website and found that it had no troubled stacking the sale with the discount code. I was frustrated. I screen captured my cart with code applied and sent a copy to the Brooklyn Bedding customer service e-mail. They responded right away and said it would be no problem to refund the difference in price, but it would need to go through the store we bought it from. I made several phone calls to the store, but it wasnt until I contacted Mario, the owner of Brooklyn Bedding that I finally heard back from the Riverdale store. I was told the sheets would be sent out soon. (The pillows we had decided to purchase so the purchase price was refunded.) I waited a few weeks and didnt get them. I called and was told they would be sent out, but again never received them. After a few more attempts to work with the store, I again contacted Mario and I received my sheets within the week. Brooklyn Bedding as a company gets 5 stars. This particular branch did not wow in the follow-up customer care. But I wouldnt hesitate to buy from Brooklyn Bedding because the online customer service was quick and satisfactory.
