Very awesome workers, very comfortable bed and durable box springs. The only downside was it took 17 days to arrive.

They aren’t even goodWe were excited to get the intellibed, however after owning it for over 2 years now its the worse bed I have ever owned, which is why my wife and I are back in the bed market. Our bed sleeps hot, back and hips have only gotten worse, my wife’s side grows numb as she lays on the bed, we reached out to customers service and they told us that since we bought from the store there was nothing they would do to help. Called the store and they offered to loan/sell use a used mattress topper.

This is great bed with excellent and helpful staff. Please understand and be patient! This is a unique mattress. There is nothing else out there like this aside from Purple, which is a cheap copy of the intellibed. The mattress you try out in the store is a broken in floor model. Yours will get there too. But these beds do show up a little stiff. You can remedy this by messing around with different types of toppers, or thickness of toppers. Think of it as tuning your bed perfectly to your specific needs. I currently run a 1-1/2 inch memory foam pad with a thin latex pad above that. I have never felt anything more comfortable. I have a Posture Perfect model, which provides the perfect amount of support underneath with the level of softness Ive adjusted above for my dense frame. Im fairly muscular, and need padding for my hips due to being a side sleeper. My spouse has a softer body frame. She prefers the bed to be much firmer. We found perfection and compromise by simply tuning our specific needs with different thickness of pads. We now have this most comfortable bed available out there in our opinion. Be patient! If you want the bed to feel like the floor model you love, walk around on your new mattress several times with bare feet or on your knees to break in the new elastic honeycomb within your mattress. The guys at the store are cool guys and they understand. So ask questions. But I think youll find this is an excellent mattress if you suffer from back pain or other issues. I hope this helps. Good luck. Also, make sure if you return your pad for adjustments that you watch how it came packed. If the store ask if you slept on it, the answer is no. You just bought the wrong one as far as they need to know. Keep your receipts.

Bought the bed with very high hopes.. My back has never hurt so bad then it does from sleeping in this bed.. also my wife is a side sleeper this mattress causes her arm to go numb. I called store and the offered me a used “Loaner” mattresstopper.. I regret buying intellibed and would never recommend them..

This is my second purchase if an intelibed! Got my 1st when they were newer... loved it so much that we now are getting the newest deluxe model with more gel! Love the gel!

Salesperson was kind, but we didnt receive the bed we bought and it is not what he said it is.Went into the store talking about the adjustable beds. He showed us a very comfortable bed and promised it didnt have the bulge in the center separating the air chambers. It was delivered and didnt look the same. I mentioned it to the delivery people and they said its what they were told to deliver. I had to purchase an extra memory foam pad to make it bearable to sleep on.What a lie... and they wont take it back! Dont believe what they say, and definitely dont buy the air filled adjustable beds.

The intellibed products seem high quality and I do like the one I have. I just dont feel like it is really worth the $5,000+ that I spent on it. I purchased a purple mattress for one room and the intellibed for my primary bed in the master bedroom. I just dont see enough difference to justify 4-5 times the price. I get the feeling that the employees in this store know that as well. I gave them 4-stars because I felt like they were easy to work with and werent too pushy. They also seemed to have a decent level of product and industry related knowledge. I do really like their pillows (Much better than the purple ones I purchased).

Four major orthopedic surgeries, along with a very bad back, had left me unable to sleep in a bed for the past four years. Most nights I ended up in my recliner, hoping for a few hours of sleep. Recently we purchased an intellibed and life has improved immeasurably! I haven’t slept in my recliner since the bed was delivered to our home!
