This place I awfull they need to be turned in for stealing. My husbands paper work said bi weekly like we asked and when turning the laptop in they charged my card $118. Said the money would be back on my card in 3 days its been 6 day no money and now they wont answer a friend went in and seen them look and the girl said its that lady wanting her money dont answer it im not talking to her she isnt getting her money back. I will never return to this place if I ever need anything they already rob you

This company is all about discrimination they told me that I was a high risk person but cant tell me why i called around just to be told that due to the neighborhood I live in I couldnt rent with them. If there isnt a law against this there should be one. I shouldnt be frowned apon and turned away because of the area I live in. No area is really safe right now. And the rental agreement is with me and not my apartments or the neighborhood I live in. It made me feel horrible and belittled to hear that Im high risk a person who has never rented a thing in her life. Nowhere on the website does it say that if you live in a certain area your high risk I will be seeking further action because I cant be the only person you guys have made feel this way.

Rent one @ 59th and walker is a great place to work with. BRAD and phillip & the rent one team is always helpful & it is easy working w them. They will work with you &make sure you are taken care of.Never rented anything until I came hereAnd eveything was fairly easy & they dropped off everything that same weekend.Not sure who has all came, but all the delivery drivers are always professional & nice, but when they come to drop off, and they see where my apt is, their face is priceless but they still managed to move everything in my small apt w/o fuss.Thx rent one 😁

I have multiple merchandise that I have rented from Rent One. Their prices and terms are better than the other two leading rent places. Store Manager Brad, Asst Mgr Columbus and the rest of the crew are awsome! Excellent customer service, and will find anything for you. Rent One will always be my go-to place for rent - to -own products at the right price at the right terms at the right time!

I am satisfied with what I rented, however they blow you up on the day that your payment is due. Rent-A-Center is the same way... I can understand if you are late a lot or it is the next day and you still havent paid but not on the day it is due. They even called my job and that is not cool with me.. I always pay, havent missed a payment since I began the process. Come on guys thats not good business.

I am on a fixed income and so cant afford to buy high priced furniture or appliances outright. Here I can still get high quality items for monthly payments I can afford and not have to wait to use them. The people there are very friendly and helpful. I have made many purchases, the ones I am doing now is a refrigerator and a freezer.

First Time Using A Rental Service, Customer Service is Okay so far. Haven’t Had Any Issues. Don’t like that they call the day payment is due as if you’re late or something, i guess it’s protocol 🤷🏾‍♀️ but other than that the people seem nice. No issues with product.

I been going to them for long time . One furniture at a time sometimes 2 I love Brad and Columbus ( hope I spelled his name right. ) I ll be looking forward getting more furniturs soon. when I say soon wont be immediately, maybe another 6 months to year
