Decent selection of items. I was specificallylooking for sinks & oven hoods. I didnt find the sink I was looking for. I didnt see any hammered sinks. Also the hood selection seemed a bit scarce. The store is a bit hard to navigate though. We would find backsplashes on the ends of isles, but then thered be a whole section of them a few rows over. I spoke with an employee who said right now (10/2021) items are taking about 5+ weeks to come in.

If you have the right expectations, this store is great.They have a good to great selections of tile (all types), backsplashes, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, bathroom sinks, farm style kitchen sinks, vanities, shower doors, barn doors and accessories, solid wood interior and exterior doors, soaking freestanding bathtubs, counter tops (granite and wood) and cabinets. They also carry some hardware, grout, etc.Pros: For what they carry they have a good selection. Many items are unique and cannot be found locally elsewhere. Inventory changes out some so there is often something new to see if you only visit once or twice a year. Some of their prices are really good and most are at least fair. Great place to get ideas.Cons: Limited inventory. If its not on the list above, youre gonna have to shop somewhere else to get the rest of the items on your list. Inventory comes and goes (if you see it and like it, you better buy it). Its aggravating how often items they have on display are out of stock for extended periods of time. However, be careful about overbuying for a project or impulsive buys. They have a very strict return policy that basically states you cant bring it back. I like overbuying at the big box stores or online knowing I can return what I dont open/use. The website is horrible. Inventory and prices are rarely current. Customer service is not consistent. Some employees are very helpful and others are totally clueless and act like youre a bother. Check/compare the price before you buy. We often find tile much cheaper with a consistently better quality at the big box stores locally.Over the years weve bought mostly tile here for various remodels. I never felt we got the tile at a great price, it was most often unique.We also bought a beautiful bathroom freestanding vanity there several years ago and its great quality and always gets compliments (see pic).So, definitely visit, shop and get ideas there. Just do it with the knowledge you need to compare prices and know you cant return it.

Very disappointed with this plane. Called ahead and was told shower door in stock - when I get there not only did they bot have the shower door but would be 4 to 6 months before back in stock. Didn’t seem to bother any of them they wasted my time and Iwas lied too. Won’t ever shop here again and sure won’t recommend to anyone.

Best place to remodle ur interior home. If you never had experience installing anything they sell u. U need to hire a contractor that knows what there doing. Ive ben shopping here for 7years and everything is good quality. SO HIRE A CONTRACTOR IF U DO NOT KNW WHAT U R DOING POINT BLANK.

This place has everything from flooring to sinks and showers and maybe a few tubes but no other items to really finish any other projects. But hey if you got some floors to do, then get on in and get those floors Done...

Customer service was fantastic didnt have to wait over 2min to get help. Employee was very knowledgeable about merchandise-toilet the right size for a 33 travel trailer. They also had alot of stock of all different things for repair in the home n for upgrading ure home. Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. If you dont believe me check prices at other big chain stores n if you find cheaper Im sure they would match prices. Remember in this pandemic Shop at ure Local Businesses to keep them going. The man who “helped” us was incredibly rude. He basically barked at us when we went to pick up a cabinet that we had ordered. Wouldn’t help us. As we are building our house we’ve been in numerous places buying materials and have had a pleasant experience with everyone of them until this place. Terrible customer service.

Waited for someone to came help us. Finally when someone did come around he said we are closed. He was to busy listening to music rather then helping. They need to first hire people with experience and second stop hiring these kids that rather listen to music and are to worried about the time because they want to leave right at closing time. From working in a customer service experience you should alway be willing to help and be professional.

If you looking for granite counter tops, even bathroom cabinets, they do have some good deals. They can even cut the holes for your granite counter tops faucets right there. They help you load products.They dont do refunds only store credit, dont buy their porcelain counter top, not fitting well. Sometimes some employees are helpful, seems like the younger ones are but not the older ones. I wish they mark the on sale items or good deals in different color price tags.

We ordered a custom cut counter top from them, and they did not follow the measurement specifications that we gave them. This resulted in a counter-top that was approximately 13 too long. We took the counter top back to the store last week and we were told someone should be able to fix it that day. After making some calls the staff member then told us that unfortunately, it wouldnt be able to be done until Saturday, but that it would definitely be ready by Monday, 10/31. Now, my husband and I were quite upset that this counter was not done correctly the first time, because we were on a very tight deadline for moving. However we took it in stride. Upon returning to the store on Monday, 10/31 (second trip up there...) we discovered that not only was the counter not ready, it hadnt been worked on at all. Apparently it got pushed off to one side for the weekend. By this time I was quite upset, because Ive got things that I cannot put away until I have a counter. It shouldnt take three tries to do a job that should have been done correctly the first time. The errors and delays were very inconvenient, and I highly doubt that my hubby and I will ever give our business to these guys again.

Wife and I spent a few minutes looking at cabinets and flooring. Many different choices. Not too many people hanging around for questions but I bet the people in front would be happy to help.

Best warehouse to get Tile, countertops, any cabinets

Several customer service issues which is why I will never go back:1. Cellphone reception there is horrible. I use google docs for my renovation notes and could not access it. They have 2 WiFi lines but would not let me use either.2. No returns or exchanges accepted for any reason. This is my first time doing barn doors so I did not know they need to be sized larger than the opening, so that is my fault. Ill pay for my mistake and buy 2 more brand new and bigger doors.3. When I went back to purchase larger barn doors, they would not thread it for me. They want to charge me extra for threading because I did not purchase the sliding kit from them. I informed them that I did purchase 2 barn door kits from them but needed larger doors. They would not work with me or budge.Moral of the story is, they will not work with you for any reason. In the end, I still end up going to Home Depot or Lowes. Cheaper, better customer service and allows returns of un-used items. The misconception that many has is that this place is cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes. DO NOT fall for that. Only a few items are cheaper, the rest, either same price or more expensive. Be sure to price shop each individual item if you purchase there. Or just save some time and go with larger companies that are more forthcoming.

POOR customer service, and no warranty. I guess thats what you get for the cheaper price you pay. I have a feeling their merchandise is all mfgr rejects. Purchased a bathroom cavity and had to do a lot of work on it to make it look right. Lost $368 on granite top when it split just setting it onto the vanity. No refund or replacement Ill pay full price for good stuff next time

I cannot say enough good things about Builders Warehouse or Mauricio. I have been working with him and his guys on my kitchen remodel slowly for almost a year now. They answered my million questions without getting annoyed, show up when they say they will, charged me what he told me it would cost up front and did not get frustrated that it took me almost a year to decide what I wanted. He has even come out several times after his job was already done to help fix the fact that I have had really bad luck hiring plumbers who like to not do their job and flood my kitchen. They have really saved me on this whole process and having a real person to talk to and schedule with beats having to call into Lowes or Home Depot to get on a waiting list for between the hours of 3-never any day. I am going to need a large remodeling break after this but if I ever get the courage to redo my bathroom sink I will only use these guys, and just any other plumber in the city.

We have purchased several DIY products here. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of stock. I know for tile, even if it is final sale, they will replace broken pieces if whole box is returned. We have not had any issues with them at all.

I recommend not purchasing a vanity there unless you want to put it in a bathroom that is rarely used. They are made of very flimsy materials and thrown together poorly. I should have known better since all sales of final. The workers also have no clue what is going on. If you have a question try to find at least 3 employees to ask. You may have to visit the store more than once to find 3 people to ask and if you get the same answer twice go with that one. Im stuck with an $800 plain Jane vanity with a busted up bottom and crooked doors and drawers and a vanity top that every drop of water leaves a stain. They have some cool things in the store like sinks and tubs which they cant really screw up but remember all sales are final.

Today I went to The design center to get the specs for a new bathroom and the service was superb.

I dont shop much here only when customers need a specific shower door, price is not as cheap as other places depends on what you are looking for, vanitys, tile, and other items are expensive vs big home improvement stores, another thing a few things were missing from the packaging, not good customer service.

I love this place good product good price, and excellent service especially Louis Castro, he helped me to find right vanity, for my house, and he delivered it, on time I am very impressed with this place, especially Louis, I recommend this place to everybody . Went to look at the dent and ding cabinets they have a good selection most with missing doors or some damage to the cabinet. However when I saw the prices I was surprised. After pricing out a 12 piece kitchen the total was the same as brand new cabinets from Lowes! I asked if there was any other discount available on the damaged/missing parts cabinets. The guy replied, no, were already selling them below our cost. I thought to myself, Of course youre selling them below cost, THEYRE DAMAGED! Not like they are just discontinued or old stock or somethig...
