While some of the prices were beyond my budget. I recommend this place because they really try to have you as a client. Everything they sell is great quality. Their staff is really knowledgeable and honest. They do not try to over sell you either.

I have been doing business with this company in the central TX area, this was the first time since moving to OKC that I needed a plumbing supply. Fast and efficient staff, took care of my issue and answered questions on pricing for future needs.

We have enjoyed the products purchased here, but getting anyone on the phone that can tell you their hours or if the showroom is open during COVID was been ridiculous.

Amazing selection of higher end fixtures and lights. Definitely a bit more expensive but quality is on another level from what you would find elsewhere. You should check them out for your next kitchen or bath renovation.

Great customer service, extensive stock

The great customer service ends as soon as they have your credit card. We purchased almost $600 worth of cabinet hardware-after $2000 in other products from the OKC showroom and have had to make over 5 phone calls to establish the where abouts of our hardware. I even spoke with the manager who acted surprised concerning their lack of attentiveness. Not only did I repeatedly get voicemail during business hours, but no one will return the voicemail. Wish I had stuck with Home Depot. At the very least they send an email stating the items are on back order. That is WAY more than I have gotten from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting. We made our purchases on 5-4-19 and still dont have everything on 6-8-19- nor a phone call telling us when we will get our items.

Big selection of Plumbing and the Service is Excellent

Nice showroom and great staff and Crystal was awesome. We returned a shower head we had purchased without any questions and ended up buying one with a higher gpm.

They all were super kind and helpful and knew what we wanted! We will be back.
