Staff is a bit apathetic. I dont understand at all how thiet showroom can even keep the doors open. Youd think theyd be happy to see a customer since they never have any, but they seem more annoyed than anything.

My husband and I are in the process of building a house. I called ahead to make sure we didnt need an appointment and they said no. We were there for 20 minutes and not one person asked if we needed any help. We looked through the kitchen and door side and several employees saw us. Very disappointed. They lost our business.
