This is a great place to go for a well phone. I got a great phone at an excellent price. Anna was extremely helpful as well. She made a special phone call to get me technical assistance for an issue I had been dealing with. I would suggest Alpha Wireless to anyone in the market for cellular service.

Alpha wireless have a good price phones, but now they have started a certified repair service best and cheapest in the town $25 for iphone6 . Thats amazing . Want to save some money go visit them.

I stopped in here after seeing an ad on FB for phones. The guy was so nice & within 5min I had the phone I wanted, a case, & a screen protector. He put it all together for me & set it up for my service & also checked to make sure it worked properly! I have no complaints & have already told several people about the place! It is worth the drive & easy to get there the location is just off of I-240.

These small little cellular phone stores seem to be popping up everywhere. Of course a great many of them go out of business soon. But they do serve a purpose. They usually are cheaper and have less expensive plans than some of the big boys do. They kind of feel a niche market and help people get cellular service who otherwise might not be able to afford it

They have decent prices on cellphone cases. An lots to choose from.

They may have a lot of accessories but they hardly ever have what you need. They have a lot of phone cases but they are for older phones. When you call and ask if they have a certain phone case they will tell you yes but when you get there they dont have it. There phones are expensive and dont come with charges. They will unlock the phones so that you can use them on most phone carriers, but when the apps dont work they refuse to give you your money back so that you can find and purchase another phone. They say all sales are final no matter what which isnt right. I would not recommend buying a phone from this place for any reason at all.

We have been to this shop twice and each time, the service has been awsome. The lady sale attendant is patient, attentionate and detail oriented to serve and help the cistomer make a good choice.Thank you and we hope the other shops learn from her awsome customer service skills.

Very very poor customer service. You buy a phone holder, take it back in 3 minutes and they refuse to refund or exchange. Dont trust this place, they seem to cater to non english speaking people and dont care about their american customers

Regardless as to whether the phones are unlocked or not, not all of these phones will necessarily work with your provider. After purchasing two phones with this company, neither worked with A.T & T even though they argued they would. No refund, only checked out equipment as said its working fine. I purchased a Go Phone at Wal-Mart, put in same sim card and it worked PERFECT, had to sell off other phones to someone who had a different provider. NOT ALL OF THEIR PHONES WORK ON ALL PROVIDERS AND THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 24-HOURS TO FIGURE IT OUT, WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH TIME!!! THEN NO REFUNDS!

Im giving this store 5 stars. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 from this store and come to find out it was actually 40 dollars cheaper than advertised. I was ecstatic to be getting a new phone for so cheap. After having it for a week though the phone rebooted and told me it wouldnt finish booting due to frp lock. Afraid they wouldnt fix it seeing as I exceeded the 48 hr return and fix agreement I reluctantly called them to see what they could do. To my surprise they told me to take it to their repair shop a couple miles from them and they would fix it for free, which they did. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to fix the issue even though according to the contract i signed said they didnt have to. I would buy a device from them again in the future.

The guy that sold me the phone was very helpful, and before he let me leave we tested the phone, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Alpha really saved me from having to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a new phone.

The I phone 6 plus was Ok. What kind of place sell a damn phone for that much and dont give u a charger. I call and first he say they got a charger and then he tell me to go to Walmart to the electronic department and buy one. Wow! Well maybe I might as well bought a phone from there at least the charger wouldve came with it. Customer service needs to improve.
