Was trying to find someone in the area who could help fix my laptop in a quick manner due to moving. I spoke to one of the owners about what was going on and brought it in the next day. It is a sightly older model laptop but updated with windows 10. Let him know circumstances as to why I needed it done quickly and he worked with me on how much it will be and when. He stated it would be about a couple days and sure enough I got the call that it was ready to be picked up. They were able to restore it and even get it faster then how it originally was. They seem super down to earth and I definitely would recommend going to them to get your repairs done.

Really great service. They quickly fixed a Wi-Fi driver problem on my laptop, made sure I had the latest driver installed, and showed me how to fix the problem myself if I have the problem again. I highly recommend this shop, its worth a drive across town to be confident theyll get the job done right.

Dropped off two computers at the South location expecting follow-up of status of computers. Only to get excuses and a unprofessional rude person to pick up phone. Praying nothing extra has been caused by them. Now I have to take my computers elsewhere. Horrible customer experience.

I am new here to Oklahoma and I was told to come to this place because they offer the best service to fix my laptop for school.They kept my computer for several weeks and my computer was never diagnosed and I was never given a call about the update of the process.This place is very unprofessional the owner argued with me over the phone about me picking up my laptop that never was looked at after several weeks. Worse computer repair place I’ve ever been to if I could have rated zero stars that will be it.

I went and had my computer cleaned out. And we agreed on the price of 120 dollars. Sure no issue there. I pick up my PC desktop which is brought to me wrapped up in garbage bags. And I can feel theres something wrong. It didnt have the sides installed. So I had to ask for them and some screws so I can put them on myself.

They hellped me through a phone call!! and I was trying to solve the issue for hours LOL.

Brought my file server/community grid cruncher in as it would not POST... well it did, just the hdmi output on my card was bad, the other two output types were fine... there was no charge even for their time... I had a very nice discussion with them and would definitely recommend this shop for all your computer needs.

Good people decent prices

I took a computer in to be fixed. I was told that the problem was most likely the motherboard, and was quoted for $60 plus the price of the motherboard. What a ridiculous lie. After a few weeks, he contacts me and tells me that I will need to pay him $400. The motherboard could be easily found for a good $99. In fairness, he did weasel me into buying an extra part. The part only cost $40, and he said the work was free. After a month of fighting, he finally did his best, and dropped the price to $350. The best part? The computer wasnt even properly assembled. The work that he does is amateur at best, the pricing is ridiculous, he is a liar, and a scam artist, and you will have to fight him every step of the way if you want a decent price. Do not, under any circumstances, go to this store. Even if you just want to waste a few hundred bucks, itd be more worthwhile to just light it on fire. At least that will give you something, unlike this place.

They took my money and didnt do a thing lol I got my PC back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Avoid this place like the plague because after you pay them, they wont respond or will tell you oh well..... Im not sure how they are even still open because they scammed me harder than a Nigerian prince.... I took my husbands PC in mid 2020 and tonight Im watching him try to fix all the things they allegedly fixed last year (for the 50th time) and its so frustrating because I ALREADY PAID SOMEONE TO DO THIS... They overcharged me and didnt even fix my issue. I could have bought a new computer for what I spent at their place trying to fix the one I have lol

Charged me $120, and did not fix my pc. He did not update my BIOS like I asked, and lied about it. I had to learn how to do it myself after getting my pc back. He told me my brand new HDD was broken (after I inspected it, I learned that it was completely fine). He then wiped it after I specifically told him that it was my backup drive. I lost all of my files. He also stole my SATA cable.Reply:Regardless if I havent told you that im unhappy with my service or not, this shouldnt be the baseline service a repair shop should provide(especially for that pricepoint). A customer shouldnt have to tell you this in order to get proper service after the fact. This is a review that I am utilizing to its intended purpose. This is just the experience I had.After some thinking I would like to apologize about the term stole. I understand that things can go missing in a workspace and take back that statement. Im sure it was just an accident, and as far as friendliness in-store, they were great.

First time Ive ever gone to a computer repair shop, but this one had good reviews and I had no idea what to do on my pc. Not only did they fix my problem, they also offered to install an SSD which I took, since I was gonna do eventually anyway. Even with that and a change in computer case, the price was still less than I expected going in! Will go again if I have computer or laptop problems in the future.

They were prompt with my laptop...however I do wish they were a little more informative and helpful when I was asking questions regarding my software. The guy at the front counter acted like he didnt want to help.

Quick, trustworthy service. I brought in my laptop with the simple question of what would services cost to diagnose and fix. I ended up agreeing to recover my data and see what it would cost to fix the rest. Overnight I got my data back and a diagnosis. Price was very nice in explaining what was done and what was needed and did not bat an eye when I said I could not afford the fix. I plan to be back when I can find the money for it. For now, Im glad to just have my data!

I recently used Affordable Computer Repair to help set up a new laptop. Programs were transferred from my old desk top computer to the laptop. Price did an outstanding job. Excellent, Fast, Friendly and Affordable!! I recently used Affordable Computer Repair for the first time and was very pleased. The owner diagnosed my laptop quickly and gave me a detailed quote. A day later, the keyboard was replaced and the laptop was as good as new. The bill matched the quote (which I think seldom happens at other places). He was friendly, courteous and the bill was LOW! I was so amazed I am giving him my first ever rating with an exclamation point!

I cant say enough about Eli and this repair shop. My wifes laptop would not take a charge, and she was almost finished writing a paper for a college class when it died. We had first tried Best Buy. They made sure that our charger cord wasnt bad, but that is where their troubleshooting knowledge ended. They wanted to send it off somewhere, get a quote for repair, have it repaired, then ship it back to us. They do absolutely nothing in house. So.. we left there frustrated.On our drive back home we found Affordable. We stopped in and Eli checked the cord, fiddled here and there and the laptop was up and running literally in minutes. He also restored my wifes paper, then sent us on our way. This is the best example of a locally owned PC shop that Ive seen in decades. I was trying to figure out what kind of cable was needed for a particular port, and after visiting two of the national chain stores I was as far from an answer as when I began. Then I found Affordable Computer Repair. The gentleman working there immediately dropped what he was doing and diagnosed the cable I needed immediately after I described it. He additionally answered a few other questions without having to consult anything. 100% recommend for any PC problem you may have.

I had major problems with my computer and wasnt able to get on line. I called Mr. Cunningham about 11:00 AM. As soon as he finished the job he was on, he came to my house. He worked on my computer for about three hours. Almost all the time was spent cleaning by computer of junk and viruses. He was able to get me back on line right away. He gave me lots of advice about services to help me protect my files and my computer. He was a pleasant, agreeable person, and never put me down because of my really bad ignorance about computers, but rather helped me understand a lot to help me in the future. His charge was, I think, very reasonable. I give him the best of recommendations.

My HP Specter 360 started acting weird on Monday, was giving me problems logging in, some of the keyboard keys didnt want to work I was freaking out!! I t was recommended to me to go to Affordable Computer Repair by some people I respected in the Citys IT Department. Wow, Bryce & his team were so professional when they first did a diagnostic it showed nothing wrong but that didnt stop them from digging further.
