Tuesday before lunch not a very busy day me and my two sons walk in the store, there was 2 employees, one of them was attending a customer the other one was doing nothing but still they didnt notice us so we walk away, 30-35 minutes later we came back there was Zero customers but still they didnt notice us so I asked them excuse me will you help us and both of them answer what do you need? we were standing by the mans section what do you need, well when you go to a perfume place youre there to buy perfume right! they didnt move so we walk away again, sad.. usually when we go to places like that I spent good amount of money😒

Just walked out the store, employee was very short with us, had no suggestions or any words. I finally asked if she was having a good day today she said she was about to close and I said well you’re not closed yet and we left because of her poor attitude.

A complete scam. I bought two bottles of perfume with my card, but I ended up returning them. I never got a refund. I called corporate multiple times, never got an answer.

Just moved to Oklahoma and first time in the store. Ladies were very helpful. I bought a perfume, brought it home and I spritz a little on my arm and husband said smells like an old lady So today I took it back to exchange it for the other perfume I liked and they refused to exchange it. And it was going to be for more than the other perfume I bought. I will never wear this perfume and wanted to purchase another and they refused to exchange. So I will NEVER EVER go back to that store. So now I am stuck with a perfume that I will never use and was only spritzd once!!!! Very unhappy. I would do no stars but it wont let me.

If you know what you want then the little place and great prices are amazing but if you stay too long smelling different fragrances you will get a headache.
