Too many people and the workers treat you like you have no business even being in there.

FOURTH time in-each time they state they have fixed the issue. This last time Mary states there is no issue with your phone you just need to *delete more items! 😂 I have had Apple products for over 15 years and can assure you I have never been more over apple products. Not only did they NOT fix it again, they insinuate it must just be you. Time for a new service product.
My husband and son own Apple phones. We have to go in here every so often. Always have to have things fixed on their phones. Seems everyone else does also. Always so busy. Make sure you get a reservation and hope you get the right person for your needs. Glad I do not have an Apple phone.
Went in to get a phone screen replaced on my iPhone XS and first they apparently forgot to finish putting me in the system when I walked into the store so I sat there for 20-30 min waiting for an apple genius and they didn’t even know I was waiting. After I finally got a person I went thru the whole process of giving info and dropping off my phone. Came back the next day to pick it up and they refused to replace the screen because of a stripped screw…. Drive down there 2 days in a row for these “geniuses” to no fix my screen because of a stripped screw. Long story short I’m apparently smarter then any of those “apple geniuses” since I was able to replace the screen and screw with parts of Amazon for 1/3rd the price apple was gonna charge.
Tech support at this location is a joke. They blame everything on the software (clearly they are oblivious that the software is an Apple product) and think that erasing your device is always the solution. They feel that erasing your phone every two months is an acceptable solution because it’s all about the temporary fix, “well it’s working now.” They never know what the actual issues are with their products. They aren’t concerned that you were left without a working phone for extended periods when it erased itself on one occasion and completely froze on another. I’m not sure why they sell 256 gb phones because you don’t need that much storage whenever you are erasing and setting up a new device every two months. They don’t care if customers are happy and confident that their 1k + investments are not going to leave them stranded, they just want you out of their store.
Within my 15 minutes of waiting for my iphone replacement that i never got! i was having asthma problems because apple requires you to wear a mask. i uncovered my nose for a second when Alison rudely insisted to put it back up! so i did after giving her an attitude back. anyways i kept watching her go from one person to another. eventually karens making friends?? shes over here talking to 3 other WHITE customers with their masks half way down?! having to see such thing as a colored man who was disrespectfully treated for doing the same thing. then forced to cover, was just to disgusting i left immediately. after asking for her name of course.
So my Apple Watch band (braided solo loop) stretched within 3 months of buying, and I went to the apple store where I was told I could get a replacement of the same size. They measured the band size and it was indeed stretched to almost 2 sizes up. I was made to wait 30 min only to be told that the replacement will not be possible. Nobody had informed me about the stretch or else I wouldn’t have gotten this band in the first place.The band is now useless to me after 4 months of buying it and spending $100 on it.Thank you Apple for your ridiculous service and a half hearted apology.
The greatest people on earth all work at the apple store! Funny there are not many good people in this world. But what few are left all work at Apple in Penn square in okc ok! Apple pencil replaced free of charge. Thank you Apple for saving the day!!
Worse Apple Store would not come here and spend money unless it’s dyer need, rude workers who could care less about you. Been here for 40 minutes after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. Asked a worker how much longer it would be seeing I’m on my lunch break my response was not one but two eye rolls and a very rude your gonna have to wait your turn. If I didn’t need a MacBook right away I’d walk out this store and never look back, to be treated this way when your about too drop $1000 is ridiculous.
I thought I would just go to pickup an IMac 27 preconfigured. I was quickly informed that I would need a reservation for such an expensive item. I stated that I could have the item delivered within two hours if I had ordered it online and that I really just want the prepackaged item which requires little more that a credit card swipe. To no avail I left empty handed, went online and found a much better upgrade and will have it shipped by tomorrow. Apple Penn Square, you are the worst with customer service.
Certainly they had the new I phone we wanted although we were disappointed in the service when we were told they would not transfer everything (noranything) from my old phone to the new one we had just purchased. Apple customer service sucks at that store! Fortunately at&t is much more accommodating.

Were it possible to give this store 0 stars I would. I bought a series 6 iwatch that quit working two weeks after purchase. When I went to the store to try and exchange it or get it repaired I had to wait because Im a walk-in - although it was right after they opened and had 4 customers. Eight employees were standing around doing nothing. After my punishing wait (because I hadnt called ahead for an appt), one of the employees approached me. When I told him my problem he let me know they couldnt fix it there and I had to send it off for repair. To diagnose the problem and to repair it the cost would be $350. Thieves!
Walked in at10:00 saying I am ready to purchase this specific computer that apple web site says you have. His response, come back at 10:45 for a shopping specialist, I responded I dont need shopping I need someone to bring computer out to me and I will give you payment. He said go online, I am here and there was no one to to get my computer and take my money. There were more employees than customers. As soon as I turned to leave, another apple employee asked if he could help, I said evidently not. Does this sound like a good business model much less good customer service?
Im an android person but my wife is apple and we went in there and it was nice because there is a guy with masks at the entrance providing them meaning that they take care of the employees that makes it more premium experience
I had a problem with my MacBook Air not charging properly and it turns out that something was defective. I was able to get my laptop shipped off to repair and delivered back to me in under a week, free of charge! Amazing and speedy service, I am happy to be an Apple customer.
Do not come to this store... they told me wrong information, could not check me out, had me do it only through my phone. Told me that my ipad came with airpods when in reality it did not. I have spent over two weeks dealing with their mess ups. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE
Now although a lot of people on here complain about their phone service I can truly say that the in store experience is a much different experience. These apple staff are super nice and work hard to resolve issues and (or) answer questions.I came in for the photo walks that is essentially a workshop on taking pictures using different features and I did both that day. Chris who was our mentor did an amazing job at teaching us everything there is to know about taking pictures with the new iPhone X. Come in for the workshops and you won’t be dissatisfied.
I pay for apple care every month, which doesnt cover anything since you still have to pay at least $100 for an maintenance or phone replacements. My phone is shattered on both sides and wont work, went into my sprint store and was told I would need a replacement and it cant be repaired, I am in need of a phone for my job so waiting for it by mail is not an option. I called the apple store and made an appointment, the representative i spoke to AT APPLE said she was the inventory manager and she could not discuss inventory over phone. When i explained I am leaving my job to come to this store i need to know if phone is in stock. she basically refused to tell me if they had one in stock and also said they would try to repair phone before replacing it. I called Best buy another entity that said APPLE has made phone replacements extra difficult meaning anywhere but apple store would have to mail me a phone which could take up to 5 days. I called my phone store back to see if they had replacements in stock but they also have to wait on APPLE, The representative I was speaking to at sprint even stated how useless Apple store has been this passed year!!! I will NEVER be getting an apple phone again after this experience!!! Apple gets money every month from me in addition to the $100 I have to pay to replace screen or phone and has made it the MOST INCONVIENENT process just to get a phone replacement that I pay coverage to make sure this would never be a problem!!!! Money hungry company !!
A good friend of mine from Dallas picked his new iPhone up at the Apple store at Penn Square and we were blessed with the best Apple experience Ive had thus far... thanks to Janae! She got my homie all set up with a swiftness, lavished us with top shelf service, was cool AF and even politely endured his political rantings. To top it all off... She was refreshingly down to earth for being a fine dime with a smart mind.
Couldn’t find a genius at the Genius Bar. My phone has been acting up, very slow almost to the point of being locked up. So I made an appointment and I went to the Genius Bar. It seemed he wasn’t interested in fixing my two year old phone but rather would best solved by selling me a new phone. He told me my gas buddy app was likely the problem but when I researched it that was a problem in 2018 for a short while. I went online to Apple support when I got home because the phone was still not working. After a few questions Apple support online ran diagnostics make sure I was backed up and had me reset and erase my phone. I am happy to say that I can actually leave this review because that worked. So beware that the people working the Genius Bar in the store are actually sales people.
Rude, carelessness and -100 on customer service! Why do a customer service job when you want to be sarcastic and mean to your customers! LOL! Better luck and change your staff at the front!

I came here with an appointment for a warranty repair. I walked in out of the rain, they took my temp and had me log in to my phone. I pulled my mask down below my nose so my glasses would stop fogging up. I was repeatedly harassed by one of the half dozen mall cops/mask nazis. We agreed that I could wait outside the store and someone could come get me for my appointment. I felt like I was in a little slice of the people republic of California right here in the middle of Oklahoma. I will say the lady who worked on my phone was very pleasant. But the security was enough to ensure if I ever need to return I’ll buy an android. Not worth the hassle.
I got an iPhone less than a year ago. It automatically updated then stopped working. I spent 3 hours waiting at this store and I am still here. They are telling me they can only give me a 90 day warranty on this phone and I will need to now go to att to buy a new phone. Dont get apple and dont come here.
Appallingly bad customer service, if you can even call it that. Arrived 30 mins before opening after spending 2 hours on the phone with tech support the night before, only to be greeted by the most condescending customer service agent Ive ever encountered. I had already exhausted all the resources without having to go to a physical location and was even prepared to buy a new phone. Now I will reconsider ever buying another Apple product in the future. Note to people planning to go to this location- unless you are there to purchase new equipment, dont bother. They dont care, they are uninterested in helping you with your troubles.

I was recently sent to the apple store because my iPhone 12 Pro Max that I bought in January brand new and has never been repaired or even worked on for that matter just turned off for 3 hours and then when I got it to come back on it gave a message that the display was not “genuine apple product” which I had no clue what that meant, later found out it meant that it was reading my screen or something had been replaced before which was not true, I have apple care so I took it into the store, they refused to work with me as a customer and kept only giving me options like giving me and iPhone 8 as a loaner phone and sending mine away for 5-7 DAYS, they were rude and it was the worst experience ever. I won’t be going back into apple at penn square mall. The customer service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in an apple store. Would not recommend

This place was packed, however we had an appointment. A bit confusing at first but that was only with the security trying to keep track of everything and everyone. It took about 30 minutes past our appointment time to get in but once we were, the guy that helped us never rushed us, explained everything we had questions on and got us on our way.
Only apple store in the whole city, 4.5 hour wait times with only 20 minutes to get to the store once you get an alert. I’m 45min away so I have to wait at the mall for hours hoping I’ll get my turn. Why can’t I drop off the device without an appointment, then let you fix it when you have time and send me a text when it’s done? Fixing an iPad shouldn’t feel like buying a car.
We came to the apple store to better understand my IPad and to possibly trade my old ones for a new one. The nicest young man named J. helped us and really took time to get my new ipad up to date. He was very helpful considering we knew nothing except what we wanted to do. Excellance, so glad we came to the apple store! 😃

On Friday 11-20-20 around 7pmI was shopping at Apple store in Penn square mall. There was a gentleman yelling and being disrespectful to the security guards at the door. Calling them names and creating a seen. The security guards tried to reason with the man. They were polite and courteous even through the name calling.There was a black police officer very muscular stepped in on the conversation and took control of the situation he calmed the man down and he was able to figure out what the problem was and the customer was helped and was satisfied. He even made the man apologize to all the security guards. I’ve never saw a police officer take control Of a situation like that. It was amazing. Thank u Apple store for having the guards and especially the police officer because if he wasn’t there I think things would had been a lot worst. U guys need to have that police officer there all the time. Who ever is the boss of the guards and the police officer should give them a “that a boy”, job well done!! Apple you will get my business forever and my friends and family. Thank you.
Regardless of what CDC recommends or the city of Oklahoma health department, the Apple store is obsessed with security on YOUR MASK! Unreal! It’s not about safety. It’s about submission and control. Order online and let them fail!
Zero organization for people walking in and once I had an appointment, it was still a mess. Apple employees standing around doing nothing.. at least that was the perception. The only saving grace was the tech, Logan, was incredibly helpful

I am seriously considering leaving Apple after a decade and nearly twenty devices purchased. There isn’t a reason to stay with them. I can’t transfer any of my music downloaded from CDs and most of what I purchased from iTunes on to my new iPhone 11. Such makes it practically useless to have an iPhone when I cant utilize any of the features that drew me to them. Their customer service has seriously declined. And the techs in person on cell phone or text seem to know little about the product and don’t value their jobs. iPod first gen, iPhone second gen, iPhones forth gen, iPhone sixth gen, iPhone seventh gen, white MacBook, Mac air, Mac air, first gen iPad, first gen iPad, first iPad mini, first gen Apple Watch, SE watch, series six watch, AirPods first gen, AirPort Extreme, Apple TV first addition, Apple TV second edition, thousands of songs and more accessories than I can count; yet, my business means nothing.

I went to get a problem with a Mac book fixed, and Miranda was very polite, kind, and professional! I saw multiple employees correcting the way some people wore their masks and preventing people from taking their masks off, which is great.

The worst apple store I have seen, rude to the customers and half knowledge people, they say whatever they want to the customers, not a pleasant experience . Had to visit twice which was the same both the times and it is the last time .
They were able to help me get past my activation lock with my receipt. They do accept walk in appointments but there is a wait and a line.
I have been shopping at Penn Square since I was a child. I was so disappointed today at all the trash around the outside of the mall. The grassy areas are full of litter. Hire someone to clean the place up.

My phone was dead due to the charger port being broker and I was an hour away from being able to use a phone, so I could not call and schedule. Even though there was no one in line, the “mall cops” would not let me pass because I had no appointment. I begged because I needed it to do a big thing for work, that was imperative and would not let me. So I called the number to schedule from a store across the hall at the mall and didn’t answer then came back up to ask why they didn’t answer even though I told them that’s what I was going to do and was threatened by the mall cop (lol) that I would be arrested when I just wanted help scheduling an appointment. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. To the point where I am taking the time out of my busy day to write this. This is pathetic Apple step your game up.

I recommend going else where to get your cracked screen fixed. If i could give zero stars, I would. I wasted 3 hours (1 hr there, 1 hr waiting past my apt time, and 1 hour back) driving to the location to not get my phone fixed. KeShawn was polite but listened to the diagnostic computer (that seemed not to work well) more than the customer. His computer said my iPhone with the busted screen was dead and not powering up. He would not listen to the I Phone itself, which was powered up, or the customer saying well the blue tooth connection to my car was working and I just called out right before going in the mall even thought the screen was busted (feed back touch was working and you could hear it). I was not impressed with the apple geniuses (they were apple-useless, lol). Keshawn kept trying to sell me a new phone, lol! I was frustrated and walked out and headed home. I then went to a Digital Doc in my home town and had the screen replaced (in 30 mins) and it works great. The apple store is a hipster hang out, if you like that kind of thing its your place, or save your self a trip and order from online or support another repair place. This is my first encounter with Apple. As an android person, I am really stepping out here, into new waters.I went online, to the apple store and called the store to ask if they had a product in. No answer. So, it sent me to a call center. No problem, they are busy. I confirmed everything and, before I made this enormous purchase (enormous in my standard), I asked if they would be able to bring it out to me. They confirmed that with the customer service lady I was speaking with. I then, THRILLED, made the purchase. After waiting until my time slot to pick up, I drove to the store 30 min. away. I found my spot and called again. The lady told me to call the store when I was out front so that they could BRING IT OUT TO ME. Called, no answer so another call center lady answered. She called the store to make this happen and the store THEN decided that they didnt want to bring it out to me. How convenient. Say anything to make the purchase and then assume that I would end up just walking in and get it anyway. I asked if it could be shipped and Apple said no. The lady at apple was sweet and wonderful but I ended up getting a refund for it because I was absolutely lied to, in order to make a sale. I can see no other reason why this would have happened. They said We DO offer curbside then they say We do NOT offer curbside In the same day, within three hours??Just letting you know what you are getting yourself into when you look into doing business at this location. I would suggest a different store.- That is my first Apple experience.

This store use to be very fair & welcoming. I always appreciated their willingness to fix my issues. They use to have presentations on how to do cool stuff with Apple products.Now this store has took a complete 180. They have security guards that stand outside the store & deny your entry. It’s the only store in the entire mall that does this. It’s weird, it’s unwelcoming, & it makes Apple seem a bit authoritarian.You are forced to schedule an appointment by security guards to garner entry. That’s essentially what’s going on here. Imagine if all stores started pulling the Apple Card. It’s complete & utter nonsense.
This place is doing a great job of turning life long Apple fans in to PC customers. My mom purchased a Mac Mini about 60 days ago and its been on the repair bench more than in her home. Two logic boards and now more issues after picking it up. So much for paying for higher quality....
I had to follow my girlfriend in and I hated it. Everything, even just browsing, requires an appointment and an escort in COVID. The in-person store doesnt provide any benefit that you cant get online. $50 for a basic silicon case and $20 for a screen protector, not including the cost of having it put on for you.

Apple Penn Square Mall is good. The customer service is great. The waiting time for Genius Bar is very long. The technicians are good, but not excellent. I had an iPhone charging with laptop but not with regular charger. They could not fix the problem.

Too many customers not enough helpers. Didnt get my problem resolved. They didnt have a clue on how to fix my problem. Ended up costing my because l couldnt send my broken tablet in time to get credit for it. If l knew it would be that difficult to return the core in time so l wouldnt be charged extra, l wouldnt have gotten an Apple table.
