This review is based on a past experience being there wity my late mom, and my 3 siblings for 6-8 yes. It wasnt horrible at all. Very clean, and although the congestion is bad, Ive seen neighborhoods with worse roads, and congestion. If you keep your part of the deal so will management. If I had to rent and pay utilitys this would be the place.

It seems like a very quiet and calm place to live, and the people Ive visited over there are very kind and polite. The thing I dislike of this place is that it is very close located to the train rails and it comes very noisy sometimes when it passes by it. I also dont like that the streets here are always crowded with cars of the people who live here ( I get it that there isnt so much space to park your car out of the street) which makes this places risky to have an accident with one of those cars.
