Ms Amy Linn is an absolute super star and great American! She was prompt and courteous, leaving no doubt she loves her job and is phenomenal at it. So glad shes part of the American Self Storage team. I was troubled at which unit would work for my situation as Im visiting from out of town. Amy was attentive to my needs with the patience of Job from the Old Testament😄. I felt confident making the right choice based on the options she showed me. Despite having two customers in front of me she showed each one of us with the same respect and courtesy - that means a lot in my book. I needed a storage unit ASAP and while others were full, the lady was able to hook me up w a great deal on the same day! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a storage unit not that expensive & very friendly

Im sure theyre only doing their job but boy you be one day late on your payment and the Ugly emails, texts and phone calls begin. I know what I owe and when I owe it and theres no way I would ever lose all of my things that I have stored so I need them to lighten up!

Best experience renting storage I have had largely because of their wonderful manager Ashley. Totally trouble free. One thing I really like about these units are they have high pitched white shingle roofs which means your stuff stays far cooler than it would in a typical flat-roofed unit as nearly everyone else has. That is well worth driving a bit more for. The only downside of our unit is the light did not work and could not be fixed without the owner having to gain access to every unit which was not practical.

Great storage place. Clean, easy to drive up. Fast service! Manager is WONDERFUL! They also have specials from time to time which can make the experience even better.

If I had to rent a storage again I would return here. I was one of the new managers customer and we had an interesting start but we got through it and glad to have chosen this place. The manager she is always attentive and communicates. Payments easy to make and when my expiration date changed for my debit card and card didnt go through. She called me personally when payment didnt go through to fix the problem unlike many leaves I hear they lock you out. Also VERY clean place. Id give it a 10 star if I could. Thank you so much for your services.

These are truly the rudest people, they change people often, they never know whats going on and the bill is always wrong.

I came to this location to rent a UHaul truck and it was hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a rental. Ashley and Sherri (who was in training) were super helpful and accomodating. I would absolutely store here if I were in need! Highly recommended!

Thank you for having (Ashley?) as your manager at the location on Meridian Ave.I expected a very long day of searching but I knew I needed to get stuff out of my car. I had just came from San Antonio and had a ton of film equipment in there. I decided to get a temp unit until I could find one with 24 hour access. None of the companies on squarefoot including American listed 24 hour access as available and it is vital to me as a filmmaker.I found American on there and it looked like the best deal for the area. I set the move in, and got a call within an hour to confirm it.I get there and was just blown away. Ashley was OUTSTANDING! I talked to her about my predicament and told her it would just be a temp unit until I found one with 24 hour access. She then said, well let me give you that access. I was like alright! (I had been to several other places that day and only been told limited access for excess monthly rent.)The reason I came was it was a good deal for the unit I needed right now. I will be staying because of the deal she stated shed give me in the future. I have a large unit in San Antonio that within the next year will have to be moved up to OKC. She is going to be able to get me a similar unit for less money than Im paying there. Everyone other company here was trying to charge outrageous costs, and Ashley, like an angel, just lets me know that Black Cloud Motion Pictures has found its home for storing needs while we are based in Oklahoma.I will be using this facility the entire time I am based here.

Have never had a bad experience and miss Ashley goes above and beyond to ensure u have everything u need for a pleasant moving experience.

The worst storage now it use to be great but changed hands and they wont even let you use their trashcan and they close at 9 I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore if it was managed by someone other than whos doing it now she he pretty much called me a liar and I have no reason to lie to her so for her nasty attitude and rudeness I wouldnt give them a second chance plus they wont let you use their trash can and thats just wrong but yet they want them spic and span when you leave and you have to take your trash with you
