Best movers and best experience ever. These guys were efficient, did not destroy our furniture like the last movers. They were on time, professional, courteous and most of all fast. No hidden fees, everything explained for costs, time, etc. I would highly recommend them. They were the best!

Called these guys after another company pulled out on us last minute on a Sunday. Said they could be there by 1:30pm and made it there earlier than stated! Came in and got straight to work. They broke down beds and mounted TVs for us for a small charge and reassembled at new residence. All I can say is moving is tough on everybody, but this company made it oh so easy for us!! I highly recommend and I don’t say that lightly if you ever need to move a substantial amount of stuff into a new house. Thank you guys so much we appreciate it!

They broke my flat screen television and they are refusing to fix it, or even replace it. They are big liars, and I will be contacting the Attorney General to conduct a consumers rights investigation.

We had scheduled with a different moving company to help us to move over the weekend. They were an hour late so we called and text repeatedly. No answer. They finally called us back. When we asked if they were coming they said,”Ummm I’m not sure. Let me check.” We obviously did not use them. Strong Brothers Movers saved the day! These guys came last minute on a Saturday night and stayed until everything was complete. They did not cut any corners and took care of our belongings like it was their own. They were so polite and EXTREMELY hard working. I can not recommend them enough! We greatly appreciated their hard work.

I don’t leave reviews but my experience was so bad I needed to. Will not use again, they were four hours late and i had to call them. They did not call me to tell me how far they were out, and i had to keep calling to get a status.after they rescheduled me and moved my time multiple times without ever notifying me. Was not professional, put me on hold and then did not ever answer when they no showed me at our original time. Their “a little late” was three hours later. And then when they said they had rescheduled they no showed again, after that i called back and no one answered for 30 minutes. When they finally did answer they were an hour out again.

We had Ricardo and Jose help us today after calling last minute to get a move scheduled. Not only did they make time for us on such short notice but the move was so fast and convenient as well as affordable! We had a variety of things needing to be moved from our one bedroom apartment to our new home and it was done from start to finish in two hours. We were so impressed we will be using Strong Brothers from here on out!

Two strong Hispanic men showed up and were extremely nice and moved everything exactly the way me and my wife wanted it, same day and one state over. I recommend giving these guys a good tip because theyre worth it!

What was $119 an hour turned out to be alot more. They charged me $119 for travel, charged me for matts,. My move turned out to be $537Beware of their extra charges. I feel ripped off and I do not recommend . The 2 fellows that moved me were very nice. They did damate damage wall in my house and ripped a couple spots on my couch

I had these guys move my mother from one senior home to another and everything was great. They gave us a reasonable price with her senior discount included and took very good care of my mothers belongings. Will use them again if the need arises! Thanks again.

They were a little late but not bad at at all. They worked hard and quickly. They had my big items out of my apartment and also followed me to my moms to get more furniture and unloaded it all into the new house in 2 hrs. They were awesome. These two men, led by HERCULES, (you wouldnt believe what he could lift, were very careful and yet efficient, meaning they got the work done in good time. We have a huge entertainment center, and somehow, one of the shelves got left on their truck. We called as soon as we noticed it, and HERCULES personally delivered it to us after work. This was all so much better than I expected. The wife and I highly recommend these folks

First I would like to point out that they were 7 hours late. Had 3 movers scheduled for 8am did not show up until 3pm and only showed up with 2 movers and not the 3 that was agreed upon. Did not receive any compensation for inconvenience they caused. Would even ignore my calls when I would try to get an arrival time. Then when i would get a hold of them it kept getting pushed back with excuse after excuse. We ended up taking 6 pick up truck loads of boxes to the other home before they arrived. So after that the movers were almost pointless. If i wasnt on a time crunch or new they would be 7 hours late I could of rented a Uhail and saved over a $1000. I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. On a positive note though I will say the two men that did finally show up did work.

I am not really sure how this company has as good of reviews as it does. This was not my experience. Maybe because of the high volume of demand I got the D squad? First off, I was promised 3 movers, and I only got 2. And this difference in between rates for 3 vs 2 men did not seem fair, and definitely not in my favor. And the movers moved so slow. In the end, it ended up costing me $1500 to move an 1800 sq ft house (which we had already made several trips to storage before they showed up to clear out furniture and things in our garage to stage our home). And they still didnt finish. We still had to make several more trips to storage after we sent them home. For $1500 I just dont feel I got my moneys worth. I could have gone with a different company and probably saved myself a ton of money. (Last time we hired movers 3 years ago it was $350)

Way more expensive than I was told on the phone. Was told I would be given a 10٪ discount for booking when I did. No discount was applied. They were supposed to be there Friday by 1. No call, no show. Finally called and said they would come Saturday morning. Still nothing. Didnt actually show up til about 11 on Monday morning.

This place is a joke. They ripped us off by giving a price for moving a few items but before they would deliver it they raised the price more than double from the quoted price. They were given the size, weight and location being moved to at the time of the quote so there were no surprises before or after the move. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. What they did was very unprofessional and very much a rip off.

A move is very stressful you need movers you can count on, Strong Brothers is not a moving company you want to us. They will quote one price and then halfway thru unloading they want to be paid and the price is doubled. When my husband asked for an explanation he was told pay this amount or we dont unload the rest of your things. One guy laid his drill down and couldnt find it. He accused me or one of my family members of stealing the drill. He found his drill under some blankets by their truck. It was horrible!

The pair worked relentlessly despite the stairs and proved they took my time seriously during the move. They provided the value and quality of service i expected.However, on the administration side i feel i was unduly stressed by the scheduling process. First, i had to reach out the evening before the move to get confirmation of the appointment since the promised confirmation was not delivered during normal business hours. Second, i had to call in the morning 15 minutes after the scheduled start time to make sure nothing had happened because they had not contacted me about any delays and didnt bother calling as they arrived at the apartment complex until i assume they realized they couldnt easily find the apartment.Had they confirmed my appointment earlier and been upfront about delays/detailed arrival times i would have absolutely no complaints and i would have been far less stressed. They delivered the service i paid for faithfully but their lack of communication stressed me to the point where i dont really want to use their services in the future.I would have happily paid more elsewhere if it meant i had more peace of mind before and during the move.

I had a most-challenging job for the movers--get large pieces of furniture into the home through small doors and upstairs with a 90-degree turn yet. Previous movers failed this challenge. The Strong Brothers Movers not only got the furniture inside but also did this without scratching or damaging a thing. I give this company my highest recommendation. Well done.

Moved my 50 million pound printer upstairs into my apartment. This thing is 4 feet tall and 74 inches wide. Not a mark in it. Amazing job!

Our company moved our whole office space with Strong Brothers Movers, and they were very friendly and fast! We had some issues with scheduling on our part, but they were very understanding and flexible and arranged with us to get moved in a very timely manner without any complaints. I would definitely move with them again if I had to, and highly recommend them to anyone!

We were quoted a $300 minimum to unload about 50 boxes into our garage from a truck parked in our driveway. They sent two guys who were done in 1 hour. Then they added a $60 ‘trip’ charge which we didn’t know about and demanded cash. We felt $360 for 1 hour of unloading was outrageous. Would not reccomend.

We have used this company several times for various sizes of moves. They are generally fast paced workers. Make sure to tell them to be extremely careful with anything fragile, things have been broken. Also, they aren’t very punctual. I would schedule them about 30 minutes earlier than you actually need them! Then they charged me 20 dollars for packing tape when all we moved was large furniture and they didn’t cover my mattress with anything before putting it on the truck. Would not use again.

If I could do no stars I would.. I honestly hate to say bad things.. Me and My husband are hard working people and medical student.. first complaint was my husband was there at the start of the move which they were 30 minutes almost 40 minutes late I left nursing school to come and watch them finish up loading which took them three and a half hours to where I had to just rush them through made me feel taken advantage of its never taken three and a half hours to load my things second problem they were very unprofessional with taking apart and taking out my refrigerator theres several scratches and dings on a refrigerator that we worked hard and paid $1,500 for 3 complaint of one contacted them about our issues with our refrigerator we noticed some things were missing during a move we decided not to file a police report one item costing 300 dollars but none of those things were followed up on as a company. I had to step out of nursing classes everyday to contact this company never once said I get contacted before or after the issues at hand once reported to the Better Business Bureau they also continue to go forward with the denying the issues stating they reached out to help fix things which they havent.. Its been officially 2 months almost 3 months and everytime I look at my refrigerator I get sad I dont have time to pursue any legal issues because once again me and my husband are both in school and work so I feel very much taken advantage of and I feel like this company is very much unprofessional and not loyal to their customers after paying almost $500 it really hurt my heart my pockets.. It saddens me and I have never had issues with a move until now.
