I was so impressed by the excellence in customer service at the S.W. 29th location.Both Jazmine and Brent were knowledgeable, friendly and their smiles were genuine.

They were very rude and canceled by appointment. I tried to give them a few options for another appointment and they would not work with me. They were only willing to install a trailer hitch it I left it over night.

Very friendly always answers any questions I have! Bob is very nice and thorough when I got my storage shed almost a year ago he never once pressured me to rent a certain one or anything been with them 10 months now and would highly recommend them !! One of the best uhaul places Ive done business with & Bob knows his job well !!

The woman at the desk had a very bad attitude.. then they made it to wear we couldn’t leave a review on the page with the company she told me when they charged me a extra 20 bucks first they tried to charge me a xtra 45 she couldn’t tell me where the charges came from look at my receipt... she was extremely rude an un professional

We just rented from here and was told it would cost around $58 with the $14 insurance for an extra day, however, when we got there the lady overcharged us and had a horrible attitude when questioned! She was very rude and should not deal with customers! Also, when trying to submitting a review through UHaul a link was sent to my email but when clicking on the link I got a response that I had already submitted a review but I didn’t. So it seems like somehow I was blocked from submitting an honest review, I will never do business here again!

The best Uhaul i have ever been to. They have every thing you need for any kind of move. Bob installed a Trailer hitch and trailer light wiring kit and even made repair when needed in very timely manner. Very good customer service also. I will use this location no matter were I live in OKC.

Most disgusting public bathroom Ive ever seen in my life.

Propane is more expensive in this location than other U-Haul in Oklahoma paid almost $30 dollars more for same 18 gallons of propane.I rather drive 10 more mins away to other location than come back here!

Pulled in with an electrical problem on a trailer rented in another state. Bob was on it immediately, found and fixed the problem in a most friendly and efficient manner, and within minutes we were back on the road again. Thank you Bob.

U-Haul Sucks!! Much attitude!! DONT PAY $10.00 FOR AFTER HOURS!!!!! YOU ARE STUCK LIKE CHUCK!! BIG RIP OFF!! If there is a problem with your card! You are out of LOCK. Call the number and got nowhere. They are USELESS!! MUCH ATTITUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME TWICE!!! All saying is aint nothing she can do. You have to come back when they are open and address with that location. They cant do any to assist you getting in when your card does work. Called the 800 number same story!! U-HAUL sucks! Not reliable and my rates keep going with no improvements in services offered or improvements to the location!! Not happy with them and will make sure I share my experience with the company. All money they take in all the cameras and satellite but you cant access the location over the phone U-HAUL??

Am I the only one that experience the worst costumer service ever here! They need to get rid of the staff there! I arrived at 6:30 to get propane waited outside for more then 15 minutes! Went inside and before greeting me she snapped at me saying I’ll be out there in 10 minutes and continued her conversation with her employees! I almost lost it!!!! Never will I come back!

Best Uhaul hands down. Bob got my hitch installed in 30 minutes, checked my wiring, and helped with a stuck interchangeable ball hitch. He did all this with a smile and kind words.

Keith was one of the most helpful people I have ever found in the customer service area of Uhaul! I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this location JUST for the service this guy gives. Ordered a truck online. Uhaul sent me an email directing me to the wrong location and wasted an hour of my time while they tried to figure out what and where they screwed up. When it was finally determined that I needed to be at THIS location, I arrived and was immediately taken care of by a young lady who exemplified professionalism and customer courtesy, and apparently she didnt even work there full time, she was just filling in. Nevertheless, it was a great experience.

Theyre very friendly and low cost in storage and rental vans. Great place to do business with.

The gentlemen who manages this place is a career Uhaul employee that is really friendly, and clearly quite good at his job. This is probably one of the best Uhaul rental location ive been to in the metro. He also surprised us by going out of his way to help us with some addition equipment to assist in our move.
