I wouldnt even give this company a one star rating. We are a military family that recently got relocated to OKC. We received our household goods yesterday and multiple items showed up destroyed. It was devasting watching our stuff come off the truck literally falling apart. We have a PILE of stuff in our garage waiting to go to the dump. Ive posted pictures to show the damage done by this company.

BE VERY CAREFULWe moved using Armstrong Relocation in the summer of 2020. We’ve moved several times, and had great experiences with other companies, this experience was not positive. Here are a list of the worst parts of our experience:1. Arrived hours late for loading2. Had to witness 2 random fellows drive up and refuse to work unless they were paid more (This was crazy but also hilarious… one the guys who showed up told me his name was “Prime Time” and that he was a boxer…)3. Brought wrong truck that wasn’t big enough to load entire household4. Delivered only partial household on time5. Other half of household delivered almost 2 weeks after receipt of initial items. This was only possible after several escalations. They had no plan to get us our items if we hadn’t pushed for it. We basically didn’t have towels or much our clothing during this time.6. Many household items looked like they were “just thrown” into boxes, such as dress shoes unwrapped and thrown in a box.7. Promised they would take care of my families damages - but only offered $190 to cover $1,300 in damages (And this was AFTER an on site appraisal)Bottom Line: If you want to have to worry your way through a move, use Armstrong Relocation. The thing that frustrated me the most is the amount of personal time we had to spend talking to them, working through problems, and filing claims, only to get nickels on the dollar for damages. The promised they would treat us awesome and treat our stuff like it was their own - they didn’t do either of those things.Plus Side: Top Level Leadership is polite and responsive - but didn’t do enough to make up for our bad experience.

Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A wonderful experience in finishing our international move from Okinawa, Japan. Our delivery crew was led by Abraham, with Julian and Mark in support. The team was punctual and very courteous. They worked diligently and worked very well with my wife and me.I really appreciated the way the took care of our household goods and also our house. They helped assemble furniture and then took boxes and packing materials away. I highly recommend them and would seek them out when moving again.

I highly recommend this company! With everything going on with COVID-19, they went the extra mile to make my family and I feel protected. From protective gear to paperwork screening, we appreciated it all! The crews were very professional and honest throughout. I can not say enough good things about Armstrong Relocation / United Van Lines. Will be using again!!

Michael’s crew is tremendous! Efficient while taking the greatest of care to wrap and protect everything from my largest piece of furniture to my smallest trinket. Abraham was especially organized, detailed and personable. It was a great pleasure to meet such hard working and respectful young men. I have the highest regard, respect and recommendations for this crew!!

My Oklahoma Armstrong United team (Abraham, Sonny & Julian-hope I got those names correct!) was top-notch! They worked quickly, efficiently and most importantly-carefully. And despite it being a ridiculously hot OK day, they remained cheerful & upbeat through it all! I would definitely recommend Armstrong Relocation Company/United Van Lines.

Very professional, friendly and helpful! This move has been stressful, given Im 8 months pregnant, so it was reassuring that the unloading/delivery part of my Mayflower move was professionally done by Armstrong. All items have yet to be assessed, but they made sure everything was accounted for and assembled that needed to be. They even worked with MY inventory system, and therefore accounting for inventory twice, as the Mayflower system is more time consuming for me (but necessary).

They have to be the WORST business I have EVER dealt with. I did not chose them, I bought a couch from IO Metro and they are suppose to be the company to deliver it. I will not bore you with the details but they are terrible at returning phone calls, they dont abide by the contract they have with IO Metro, they are not friendly and they seem to have no system in place for schedule delveries etc. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
