This facility is very well maintained. There is almost anything you could use to make your move easier. From hitches to trucks Vans and trailers.The gentleman that works here was very nice. He was nice to answer all my questions.The storage area is great too. You can can rent a space for as low as 45 dollars a month.Please like share and follow for more honest reviews.Thank you so much

We rent trucks from this location all the time to expand our truck capacity for the College HUNKS Moving in Oklahoma City. We always have a great experience and we enjoy talking to everyone working there.

Im guessing being on hold for 30 minutes before they answer the phone is a strategy for making sure youre serious about renting something? Idk but its a bad business plan

Poor customer service. Customer service representative did not have her mask over her nose. Stood in the store alone for over an hour without service.

Rent a trailer in the morning drop it off in the evening before they closed and got charge for two day. The person didn’t hook up my ebrake on the trailer I had to remind him. Never had trouble at other location probably won’t be back to this one since I rent twice a week.

Nice except I was waiting at desk to rent truck man came in & even though i was there 7mins waiting he came in & ask lady who just walked in if he could help her then I had to mive from desk chair to lean on wall & wait another 10mins while ge helped. Gr8

The gentleman behind the counter was helpful removing the insurance that I had not wanted from my online order. However, gas was lower than what was quoted, and mileage didnt match what they had on my reservation. Im out a few extra bucks, but the truck did what it was supposed to. Ill use a different location from now on.

Angie was amazing. Went in 2 days before my move & she still remebered me when came back to get my trailer. I have never had great service like she provided to me. Your company is lucky to have such a great employee. My lights did not work on my hitch when got there & she gave me her personal tester to take back to people who installed hitch. If not for her I would not have made my move so seamlessly. Thank you Angie.

Angie was great when I was picking up my trailer. I had never rented a moving trailer before and also had to purchase a hitch. She helped me pick the right one, and in the rain, showed me how to use it a hook up at the trailer. Then, when i dropped it off, Kelly was great. Customer service is alive and well here. Thanx!

Staff was professional, informative, and super helpful. Truck was clean and a lot better quality than one would expect. In a world of cutting corners, these folks stood out and are definitely running a tight ship.

Helpful when I needed to rent a trailer on a Sunday. Needed to make sure my ratchet ties would work and they checked for me but offered to call another Uhaul if they didnt.They didnt find my lights on the car though. They were there but didnt look very hard so didnt hook up the lights. I was staying in town overnight so hooked them up the next morning myself.I asked for furniture pads. Was charged for them but they were never put in the trailer. Luckily I didnt need them, but I did have to call Uhaul for a refund.

Easy on-off highway I-35. Clean and good condition 15 ft truck rented to move. They have everything you need to move.

I could not be more impressed. They helped me with everything and had everything available for me right there. Made the best of a hard time moving. Their customer service is far above standard.

Is Zero Stars possible ?U-Haul is great company this is a TERRIBLE LOCATION. The GM (Matthew) while trying to help cut into my cars wiring harness WHILE IT WAS LIVE..causing a blown fuse and was then unable to figure out how to replace it.

They charge $75 monthlyto be on the 2nd floor. they charge extra to be on the ground floor, and have no elevators. They charge extra to be able to access your things after dark. They tack on $15 of charges for being a week late on your payment after they fail to contact you till your already a week late because for some reason the automatic with drawl was denied. They continually harassed me with phone calls to make a payment over the phone and I had to tell them several times that I was out of town on a job and I would take care of it in person when I got back, to which they replied there is no note here saying we contacted you so then the next day I got another email of a lien notice and another $15 of late charges added on. EVERYONE ELSE AROUND HERE CHARGES $50 monthly for 24 hour access. I WILL BE MOVING MY THINGS OUT OF HERE AS SOON AS I GET A CHANCE!!Also every time I come here there is only 1 person who can actually answer any of my questions, all the others act like they have no idea what they are doing.
