For the record of there was a way to put 0 stars I would .Completely horrible. Trying to move, truck not available until 10:30am. Only at 10:30 the ding bat behind the desk, the proceeds to tell me she doesn’t know where the truck is, and hasn’t heard from the people. And it’s been gone 3 days. Why wouldn’t you call when you knew the truck wasn’t there. 5 hours could have been used to move, but no. Nothing, nor assistance or to offer to look for another one. Unprofessional, complete joke. Common sense is definitely lacking. I will NEVER use these clowns or this company again.

The manager Shelby is rude and unprofessional. Her staff arent well trained at all or knowledgeable. Worst storage facility ever.

I visited this business to drop off a trailer rented in Kenner, LA. There was only 1 employee present on sight and she was excellent although there were many people in line due to it being the weekend before Thanksgiving holiday. I dont know why only 1 employee would be required to work this busy location alone but whoever is responsible needs to give her a raise!!! Also, whoever required her to work a Saturday before Thanksgiving holiday week alone needs to be demoted. 6

They have Pros and Cons at this location..The first time I used them they had charged my card extra without my knowledge or consistent. The second I had used cash which it seem to a better option and gave me most of my money back. This third time I reserved a uhaul and I forgot my ID which is understandable that I couldnt get it because I had to come back with my ID but what made me not go back was the lady who was helping us when she said What will that look like...when my husband asked her if we could use his ID. Well I thought it was rude of her to use such a statement towards us. I think this place is okay just but definitely not worth the 5 stars. Otherwise the place is usually clean I wouldnt say neat because its a tight walk way when you go in with boxes and shelves everywhere. Maybe they need a better arrangement for the inside.

Purchased propane here for RV while at Twin Fountains RV Park for over a year. Josh and Cassie were always in a good mood no matter the time of day or weather condition. Great price for propane and fast service.

Went there to fill a tank that is positionedEHorizontaly under our conversion van and were told they had never done it and didnt feel comfortable and to try another place. Train your employees.
