We were treated very rudely when we took our phone in to be seen about. Wed been moving furniture all day and didnt have time to go change into our trendiest clothes and bathe in scented water. Most clerks want your business. Obviously the one on duty the last part of last Sunday was too special to actually do his job. So he chose to make snarky comments and lie about the shop being closed 20 minutes before closing time. He offered no help or suggestions about what to do to fix the problem. There are too many other companies to do business with and too many other Cricket outlets to give this one your unwanted business.
We had the best service from Joseph, he was very calm, even in the stress of the situation. It took us sometime to figure out what was going on together, for he was new for the most part, so we were his learning curve for the day. We had time to visit while we were getting everything that we needed taken care of, and we also witnessed a phone call that he made to the manager, who was obviously tooooooo busy to help when Joseph called answers to some questions. Passed the buck, and had Joe call the boss. Not professional! Customer service is a HUGE thing, and Joseph has good qualities. He deserves some recognition, and maybe training to become supervisor, because obviously, the one you have isnt ahead of the game. #teamJoeAt this point of my edit to this post, its been almost 3 weeks this coming Tuesday, and the double charge on my credit card is still there, never been refunded, even after Ive had a promise from the owner that I would get the double charge back on my card with in ten days. As a benefit of the doubt, Ive waited over 14 days.... no refund. That amount hasnt been posted toward my cricket account in any matter. No phone call, no message, no interest in fixing the problem by said owner. Is it considered theft at this time? Im not sure, but what I do know is.... VERY poor customer service from this owner.

Needed to upgrade my phone but when I watched the employee open the store while wearing his mask under his nose, I was hesitant. When I then watched the one and only other customer walk inside without a mask on at all, I left. You need to take better precautions when the safety of your customers is at stake.
Today we went to Cricket on the Westside...After dealing with the worst customer Service from Verizon, we decided to give cricket a try... We were met by ZACK, He was great!!! Knowledgeable, And Helpful in every way!!! We were very Happy with all his efforts and look forward to our Cricket experience... Thank you ZACK for being great

My son broke his phone and we made it to the store 10 minutes before closing... I have worked retail and no one likes those last minute customers...but Zack was extremely helpful and polite and was quick to get him back up and running on a new phone. Of you want great service this is the store to go to.

Ive been happy with this location until today when I went to purchase something and the lady working there and the customer as well were in the store without facemasks on. The whole time I was in there I was the only one wearing a mask.
I went in yesterday with my dad and sister to go get both of us the iPhone 11s, we had great service, the worker really worked with us and helped us out with everything. I REALLY recommend coming to the cricket !
I would give negative stars if it was possible. I called and got no answer. I called and was put on eternal hold. I sent multiple messages through the internet ; which so far NONE have ever been answered. Makes me wonder if the store is still open for business. How long does it take to answer or respond? No customer service skills whatsoever. Does anyone there care even a little about the one thing that drives and supports everything including their paychecks: the customer!???? How would you feel if you were attempting to make a purchase and were completely ignored at a business? One may start to think that it may be some sort of discrimination? Completely unacceptable!
Helpful staff, friendly and great value but told us products would work in Canada, after spending several hours explaining we were moving to Canada and needed to be sure, but as soon as we crossed the border things stopped working. Called the next day only to be told by main Cricket that the products we were told would work and even shown coverage maps for would in fact not work. Refused to refund us our monies or even pro-rate the service. Only giving an extra star because staff was friendly and patient and giving the branch location the benefit of the doubt that they legitimately thought it would work

Cricket is such a great cell phone service n company. Employees are always very helpful and go above & beyond to make sure you are happy. My family has had Cricket for 5 yrs and dont intend on changing to another.

They changed my phone number for free because of harrassment. But on the other had there customer service on the phone sucked because if you want someone in usa you have to go to the store over the phone is outsourced and they hardly understand English and only tell you what the website said

Aramas that works during the week mornings . Is very polite well spoken and very smart in the wireless business. He will look up your zip code and will tell you just what kind of signal to expect. He will not just send you out the door with a box of stuff for a sale. He fixed my phone im 62 disabled. I had over a hundred google pages open at once never clearing anything and it was a mess. A tiny little smiley face in the right uper corner is what i never saw even with my glasses on. Thanks to ARAMAS and his patience for senior citizens. Give that man a promotion or raise or both.👍

Aweful service and phone was pathetic, had to wait an hour for them to charge it. Dont let them talk you into insurance, you only have 6 days to return a bad phone to the store. After that your on your own with the phone maker. When you have a complaint about your phone customer service, what there is of it, treats you like your out of your mind by expecting for any consideration. My contract was less than 12 months old but still no joy. Then Cricket shut off my phone saying I owed a payment but I still had a 1/3rd of the month left to go. My recommendation.....DONT!!

Horrific, terrible customer service. They only try to desperately sell stuff to you and dont care to help, 800 number is almost worse than the reps. Their phones are complete trash. Needs better management starting from the top
Poor cell service or should i say no service over half the time and phones are not good quality. I have had issue after issue with my phones and service. The reps in store cant do much besides sell you a phone and take your money. I spent lots of money on 4 phones and 2 already broke and spent more and now we never get service where we live. There are a lot of dead zones and dropped calls. There service has cause nothing but problems for us since no one can ever reach us. Its awful dont waste your time or money here. Go elsewhere where the service is reliable. Too new of a company that doesnt have enough cell towers to provide reliable service.

Let me just say what a horrific experience I had when I had switched from MetroPCS to cricket. Let me begin by stating I have been a MetroPCS customer since the Olympia westside store near goodwill opened in 2014 and had been happy up until last month I needed a new phone but I did not have the $59 to buy the phone so I went shopping around and saw that cricket offered free phones for customers that are coming from other providers. They twisted my arm and gave me a crappy free phone, charge me an activation fee of $25 (MetroPCS only charges $10), and took them almost 10 days to port my number from MetroPCS, and ended up leaving the store paying over $100 for my free phone and service and activation fee. My service with cricket was awful, internet was slow, the phones they give free are so cheap and awful. I went back to return my phone and service so I could switch back to MetroPCS on the 1st when I got my check, they would not return my phone nor would they offer some type of rectification for my troubles with my number transfer. I just left the store and went back to the MetroPCS when I had originally started and they offered me a free phone with a new number that was so much better than the phone cricket offered me as a switching customer. MetroPCS will literally give you a free phone for just being a new customer or adding a line to your account and get this, I left the MetroPCS store paying less than $100 with 2 free phones that were better than the cricket phone with service and taxes than I paid to cricket for 1 cheap phone. I will never do business with cricket again. The manager of the store is so rude and steals from people who need not be stolen from but helped. I do not recommend cricket or this store for that matter. Avoid at all costs!

Cooper point road store and 800customer service!If I could give 0 I would! Didnt tell us excessories were unrefundable before we paid. Got back 3 hours later to return everything i.e. phones and cases, accept the screen covers I expected to be out the money for these (was planning to keep service but after the way your company has treated me itd be a long shot before that happens) because technology wasnt up to par with what we wanted and I get told too bad our reps can lie, deceive, and pretty much steal $100.00 from a family who just moved out of a homeless shelter. If I could post a picture Id post a picture of me in tears as I sit on the phone with customer service as they say too bad we stand behind our employees lying and deceiving because policy says so (crap!) Worked at a call center if there is something wrong you do whatever you can to fix it any nothing has been done! What happened to running an honest business and fixing a mistake that your company has made! Then when discussing the lies and deceptions find out from a supervisor with customer service that I was decieved out of more money that I didnt have to pay to have my phone set ( I was explained port numbers and accounts like Google play store up (none of these things were done anyway). As I sit on the phone with customer service supervisor has me on hold while he calls your store because he even agreed your employees shouldnt lie and deceive customers. Im beyond unhappy and will continue to spread my review of a deceptive unhonest company!

They really are crooks. Totally misleading. Their free phones are not free they add on a service agreement that pushes the phone cost higher than if you were to buy the phone.
