Thomas was exceptional for his 3rd day working! I’ve been on a prepaid service for almost 7 years and he made it a stress free process to upgrade to a post-paid plan with the new IPhone 12 Pro. Sierra did great job making sure things were as wanted. Thanks again!

Thomas helped us out with some extremely difficult questions we posed. Despite it only being his second day, he was an expert at answering all questions. He did this all while making us laugh, and we easily forgot how much money we spent, solely based on his demeanor and work ethic. 5 stars for these reasons stated above.PS: Sierra, another customer service representative was extremely helpful to us as well. Her knowledge of the marketing deals and items within the store is…extensive. Which is an understatement.

I am highly appreciative of the rep Ronaldo if I remember. He was patient kind and thorough. I brought multiple questions concerns and issues to him he patient helped me work threw them even the more bizarre ones. He is calm collected and well versed in his knowledge. He took his time explained to the best of his ability and found out what we could to about things he didnt full understand when I asked. He kindly asked for clarification when needed and helped me order a new watch when my Gen 2 watch is now toast. The experience was the best Ive had with at&t and their reps to date.

This store is a breath of fresh air. Anthony was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about our phones. We also spoke with Sierra and she was also so wonderful. I’m so happy we came here. This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. We actually drove from Lacey because we had an awful experience at the AT &T store there. This store was so clean, well organized and everyone who worked here was so happy. I was really in ahh of this store!!, they went above and beyond for us.

I came to the store very distraught and Sierra calm me down and help me set up a temporary phone number while ATT fixed the issue. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I am so impressed with AT&T and their customer service. I recently left Xfinity mobile...dont even get me started there! Going to a.store i wojld have to wait atleast 45 min to be seen and then the wait time to get the issue resolved. I have never had to wait to see someone at AT&T. NEVER NOT ONE MINUTE. Even when opening a new account. My recent visit, I needed a new sim card. I was out of there in 5 minutes. The guy was funny, personable and knew what he was doing. Thank you AT&T for a beeath of freah air!

Explained the billing incorrectly and contracted us when promising they wouldnt and had to change it. Charged for a bunch of extra things we didnt need and asked them not to charge us for which they agreed to and continued to bill us for items we returned. AT&T is a good company but I dont recommend going through this particular store.

We had a last straw experience with our former cell phone provider of 20 plus years. Verizon had been the only provider that we could get reception from for all that time. We finally decided to change some of our phones to AT&T and see how it worked.We went immediately to the AT&T store in the capital mall, and met Natasha. We got there late in their day, but she assured us they would stay all night to take care of us if need be.Natasha was so kind and so intuitive. She knew what to add to our quote so that she wouldn’t be giving us one figure just to need to increase it in the next sentence...Natasha was so helpful and we left there feeling as though a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders. We are planning to go back next week to finish what we started.... getting rid of Verizon. Besides being happy with our phone changes, plan changes, and everything else, we will be saving money to get more!Thank you AT&T!

Thomas lied to me that there were no promotions other than HBO Max and the aarp. Paperless billing he told me about also. I layer found out there were promotions and when I went back to return the manger of the capital mall store would not let me return the items with out having a face to face conversation with Jim the manager .

The whole process was very clear and transparent. No hidden fees or surprises. We loved the person who helped us. He did a fabulous job and was very patient with us. He gave us time to make decisions and didnt pressure us into things we didnt need. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I just recently went in today to get a new phone and Frank who helped me gave me a great shopping experience. He was very kind, patient, understanding and provided me with great service! I had to come back a second time to ask them to help me with something I couldn’t figure out and Frank was there to help me again! Not to mention during my time there, another associate checked in to see how I was doing, making sure that I was being taken care of. I highly rate this AT&T store, they have always given me great customer service and I will be coming back here again!

The tech that helped my wife and I was Natasha and we found her to be awesome! She made the process of buying and setting up the two phones for us a pleasant and knowledgeable experience. Natasha was very patient with us and explained things to us so well. When the process was complete we left very happy with these purchases and we are confident we can use and enjoy our new phones right away, mainly due to her expertise and professional assistance. Thank you Manager Anthony and Amanda at the ATT Store in Capital Mall.After having Sprint for 20+ years, I switched to ATT in June 2019 just before moving from FL to WA. I signed up, got free phones / no contract, and everything seemed great... until about a week later. I was told my first bill would be $225 ($175 after that) and I woke up to a charge from ATT for almost $400! Then spent the next 5 hours chatting on the PC with ATT, talking on the phone with them and being told repeatedly, The charges are legit, uh, not, not when 2 of your text transcripts say $225, driving to an ATT corporate office to talk with someone there, etc... And the problems just kept going from there.... After MORE problems & hours wasted on the phone, I landed at The Office of the President with someone helping me, and she suggested I go see Anthony to finally remedy the situation with ATT.Despite being there 3.5 hours, because Anthony & Amanda were also dealing with ATT by phone, getting connected to wrong departments, getting disconnected, etc... They profusely apologized for how long everything was taking, and I was not upset with them, thats what Ive been dealing with for the last 2 years!!! I was just grateful they were on my side helping. We finally got some resolution...I wish I had worked with Anthony from the beginning. In all my journey with ATT, he and Amanda were the first to actually seem concerned with taking care of a paying ATT customer. I complimented him on how attentive & polite he was towards his staff and all the other clients that came in during that time. If ATT or any other company was as attentive and helpful as he was, the world would be a better place... Youve earned my respect back and I appreciate you helping and treating me with dignity. Any future dealings, I know where to go and who I can trust.Thanks again Anthony and Amanda!

I came in today to get my old number transferred to my new phone and Alex helped me get my old number transferred and answered any questions I had. I felt bad about not having transferred it in the first place because it added a lot of extra work to their load, but they were really patient with me and Everyone there was so kind! Natasha at the Olympia mall AT&T store was the absolute best! I can’t even begin to explain my appreciation for her and the excellent customer service she provided to us. We have been given the run around from multiple representatives over the phone through customer service and even going into the other authorized retailers and still haven’t been able to have our problems resolved and it’s been months!If you ever need anything AT&T related to the the Olympia mall store and you will receive nothing but excellent customer service!Thank you thank you thank you Natasha you are the best!

Anthony, the store manager, was incredibly helpful. After my dad died, we had to go in to figure out his bill, his phone, and also change some things on our plan. Not only did Anthony logistically handle everything we needed, he also helped us with care and compassion during a difficult time. His knowledge of products, policy, and operations was incredibly helpful and he made me an AT&T customer for life.

I needed an esim, I called to confirm they had one, and asked about curb side pickup. Was told to call and get in the queue for help, warned that it could take some time since it was an iphone release weekend. I arrived to the parking lot, called to get in line, waited less time than I was told it would take them the employee was very helpful, and cautious about distance and masking. Simple and quick process.

Signed me up not only for directtv when I got my cell phone, but also the $400 nfl package, and I have never watched a game in my life. I don’t have direct tv installed either. Just a bill to show for it. I now have a collections report in my credit history while I try to clear this up, and I’m furious. The manager at the store told us if we ever had a problem to call him, not corporate. What. A. Joke. Can’t get any help from anyone there. Screw this store. If you value your credit score, stay far far away.

Went in to transfer phone service from T-Mobile before moving. At first, the service seemed friendly enough, and Gus assured me that he could apply a military discount to my line, even though I personally never served, only my sister and father had. All my documents were online, due to the paperless discount I elected into. Lo and behold, it was not discounted at all, and Gus has been unavailable when I have tried to call in, and they cant discuss my bill over the phone. The money isnt the issue, its the blatant lie, lack of transparency, and poor customer service I have received. Fortunately, Im only 6 days into my 14 day no-penalty period, and can revert back to T-mobile if they refuse to rectify this.

Terrible experience. Went to switch from Verizon to att. My husband came in to get everything switched over and to order new phones. We ordered new phones and they sent them via “overnight” shipping is what the customer service agent said. Well we didn’t get the phone for 5 days. Whatever, not that big of a deal. Just slightly annoying. We get the phones and activate them, mind you deleting and resetting our old phones so we can go give them to att as trade ins. We notice that the phone lines didn’t automatically switch over. No big deal, husband went in to give in his trade in and have them help us with switching over our phone numbers to the new phones. Then they tell my husband that they are sorry but that the original agent that set up our lines, messed up big time and there is no way to fix the situation until that employee is back at work AND then we would have to return the new phones that day and wait 72 hours to come back in, get a new line all over again, and get new phones. WHAT. Husband talked to the manager, they were apologetic but said there was nothing they could do without that employee... weird. My husband said okay well either you figure this out now, or we will just return the new phones and stay with Verizon. They said okay okay, we will try. My husband stayed in that store for 4 hours with them on hold with corporate. Before finally giving up. Now we are stuck with our old phones with none of our info on them and stuck with brand new phones that aren’t useable. Overall awful experience. Do not recommend.

The sales person in this store lied to me at least three times to up-sell me. She said that I HAD to have a quick charger for the iPhone 12, thats a lie. She said the insurance was automatically added and I had to call in cancel, that was a LIE.I am going to be returning the phone to them going else where and filing a complaint with whomever is the next level of management for this store. Shameful. I have been with ATT since 1998, and have NEVER been treated so poorly. AWFUL DO NOT SHOP HERE, go to the other ATT stores, they are not corporate, but that is prob ably a good thing.

Got great service from the staff at the Olympia store. They have ALWAYS been very helpful. If I cant resolve an issue over the phone, which I usually can not, I go to my local Olympia store. They listen and come up with their best resolve for the problem. Plus they care. I have always felt they put forth 200% in trying to help their at&t customer. Not so with phone support. They have no clue how to address a problem!!!

We switched from T-Mobile, and after having a horrible experience with another carrier we were hoping to switch to, we decided to stop by att to see what they had to offer. Oscar was honest, heard our needs, and didn’t try to push or up sell. We walked out of there with what we wanted exactly and at the right price. Not necessarily a problem with this specific store however I have problems with AT&t in general as a cell phone service provider. My mother and father establish service over 20 years ago with AT&t with my father as the primary on the account. He passed away in 2016. After his death my Mom tried to put the account in her name and remove his phone line from the account. They told her to bring in a copy of the death certificate. Easy right .... No not easy. She took it to the store thought everything was good to go. Months later she noticed the bill was still in his name. She called to inquire and they said they needed his pin .... She said this would have been established 20+ years ago by him so they asked her if she could get the pin from him ... She had to tell them AGAIN hes dead. They told her she needed to bring a copy of the death certificate into the store. She explained that she already did that! They asked which store she carried it to. She gave them the address and they said ohhh well they cant do anything with the death certificate from that store, you have to take it to a corporate store .... if thats the case, why didnt they tell her that when she dropped the death certificate off in the first place?!?!? Long story long, other things also happened in between and ultimately it took over a year to get this resolved. Sad ...

We bought 4 iPhone 11’s. One was disabled and would not reset. The other three phone were not set up correctly and my husband had to reset them and set them up himself. The staff said they couldn’t help us and to call APPLE. only after 24 hours and a call to the district manager did they agree to take back the iPhone and charge us another 65.00 for a restocking fee. How can a company take 700.00 for a product and then Charge you another 65.00 to get the product so you can have one that works.
