I figured going in and speaking with an employee in person would be quite a bit easier than over the phone. Uh...maybe I was wrong. I know there are going to be growing pains as a lot of people are going to be hitting the work force, but if you are training someone, or at least scheduled to work the floor and keep an eye on the new guy, dont let them struggle and flounder with information or policies they may not be familiar with. It doesnt build confidence in the employee to do a better job or the customer that the company knows what they are doing. Especially in a market segment as aggressive as cellular when we all know there is another company that just wants our business that much more.

Jimmy at T Mobile is a Rockstar. I went in circles with tech support multiple times before we went into the Capitol Mall location. Jimmy spent all the time necessary to fix my problems and give me correct information. These guys put in more work than any other cell phone company Ive ever been with. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Cole and Justin were AWESOME. Cole went out of his way to help us and get us transferred over from AT&T. After being with them 15 yrs they weren’t willing to do anything for us. These two guys here told us all our options and made it painless. Cole went above and beyond to get us transferred. Kudos to Cole and Justin who made it fun for us. Along with Eric And Taylor. Those guys are Awesome

These guys are SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL, I have worked with almost all of them.Shoutout to Jeffery who made our transition from Sprint to Tmobile pleasant and easy.I just moved and I will miss having them when I have issues with my phone or service

Erik and Cameron were super helpful. Even though i bought my phone online I had some questions they went out of their way to answer. They werent pushy or difficult to deal with like some other t mobile reps can be likeIf you need to go to T mobile i highly recommend going out of your way to the one at capitol mall

Fraudulent employees. Salesperson fraudulently signed us up for an upgraded plan we specifically said we did not want. Also did not put insurance on correct devices. After being contacted and appraised of the situation, store manager said they would correct and call back to confirm corrections. Manager neither fixed fraudulent upsells, nor ever attempted to contact again.If you can go to any other T Mobile store, do so, and save yourself the trouble of dealing with liars and conmen who are only in it to get spiffs from corporate.

So disappointed that sprint is now tmobile.. worst service I have ever received in my life was at this store!! There are 2 other stores within a mile I suggest you go to one of those instead.

I called before I left my house asking about their new promo. Trade in my s9 and get 500$ trade in value. I planned to get the s20 ultra. It was a down payment of 600 ish dollars. The guy I talked to on the phone told me that they would take 500 off with the so as trade in. I just had to pay the remaining balance and tax. So I drive from my house which is about a hour away. Get to the store. Mind you was super excited to go get this phone. Walk in talk to one of the reps working and they tell me they will give me 75$ and I had to pay 550$ as down payment. At this point I was a little upset I just wasted a hour driving there gas and my fiance decided to take the night off seeing as this was a fun thing to go do. Was told it was guaranteed. Even clarified it multiple times before hanging up. Now Im driving back about 200 bucks out of pocket. Do to the fiance taking the night off to go do something I was told was guaranteed. And 30 bucks Im gas. Im highly disappointed in this store. Its not the first time they fed me wrong information. Sold me 2 phones telling me they would play fortnite. Well kids opened their new phones on Christmas and go to download it and well not compatible. Spoke to them about the issue and all they said was we can return them for 50$ a piece as a restock fee. Its made me really think about switching carriers.

Very bad Experence at this location and with t mobile as a whole. Was a very satisfied customer with t mobile for a long time until I ported my girlfriends number to my account. Store staff told us about a program called getting out of the red where they will buy you out of your existing device contract. Zack took a copy of the Verizon bill and submitted for us ensuring us that everything was taken care of...... well 6 months later we have been into this store and talked to several employees including Cole the store manager. They have each expressed there desire to help but how their hands are tied. We wouldnt even be in this position if Zack would have told us the exact paperwork we needed when we ported the number instead of telling us it was taken care of. My girlfriend was even told at one point that they are strict with the process because these buy outs cost the company a lot of money. I thought that was an odd comment........... If t mobile can buy base ball stadiums they should be able to hold true to the promises they make. I guess we will see if they care about this customer..........Reply back: We have reached out. We have been to this store half a dozen times for this issue. We have spoken to several staff members there and keep getting empty promises and tied hands. I feel that at this point it is going to be up to the store owner or the T mobile corporation to step in and make things right, and make me feel as If i am part of the magenta family

Well they say they hey open at 11 am the employees did not even show up till11:10 and then opened the doors walked in and locked them up sat there for 20 minutes still nothing guess its time to find a new store

Jeffrey was great. I sent my wife in the day before to pick out a phone. She liked that he was clear and detailed. He was not pushing a sale and was focused on her questions. I returned with his business card the next day and explained the process for 6 new phones coming from another carrier. Of course I had more questions. I felt my time was valued and I was given excellent customer service.

Ugh. Went in to see what was up with our bills turns out we were put on the wrong plan by Amanda. Husband went in to speak with Jeffery about it, not only did HE NOT put us in the correct plan or solve our issue he put extra lines on our phone?? That we didnt ask for so not happy. Jeffery did state he would talk to his store manager and call us back. That didnt happen so called him at 7pm, was told he went home and the other rep that answered the phone said that wasnt something he could do and to call customer care🙄. In other words dont go to that store, save yourself the hassle and go to Lacey (they were the ones that took ownership and fixed our problem)

Very friendly people working there!Had to get a phone for my husband because he breaks them constantly and the guy referred me to a better built phone that can withstand drops.No pressure sales, didnt try to upsell anything, and knew all the answers to my questions.Thanks to Elliott & the Staff there!
