They used to have a deal on xfinity for $40 but you had to buy the equipment. I got an iphone here and couldnt even use it....

My dude Chris down at Boostmobile is awesome he’s always friendly and welcoming. He always gets me the best prices on accessories and phones. If you haven’t yet I would recommend that you go see him and get hooked up. They have free phones for when you switch and some of the best case selections in town. Well the girl wold me an iPhone and I am not an iPhone person. I couldnt use it and my files wouldnt transfer. She didnt post the money to my account and $200 worth of xmas gifts bounced.So I had to take stuff back. I went in there twice with problems and then finally returned the IPhone they charged me with a $35 restock fee after the problems they caused. The girl sold me another phone the stylo5 like my old one and I do love it. She tried to make up.for the loss by throwing in a a cute case.

Chris is amazing, this is hands down the best cellphone store in town I will be coming here for all my future needs and would recommend everyone else do the same.

My experience at this store was excellent. I needed to get a new phone and the Young Man there Chris was awesome! Let me just say with Customer Service being something that is elusive to find nowadays...Chris is amazing at it! Great service, conversation, and he was super nice to My Son which I really appreciate! I have been a Boost Customer 10+ years but this was my first time going to this location. The store is clean, well stocked(they have a TON of great cases), and has ample parking as it is in the same shopping center as Walgreens and IHOP on the Westside of Oly. I will continue to go here and highly recommend Chris for all your Phone needs and they have a ton of great deals too.They are also under new management so dont trust previous ratings. You should definitely check out this location.

Great service quick fast and easy very nice and helpful staff

I purchased a ZTE plus phone pack with case $100 plus and I used the phone had low signal strength in Tumwater and even dropped calls as I was walk outside to get a stronger signal, also it would not pickup wifi in my home and had very lousy voice quality. So I attempted to return the phone package to the store, even called the national customer service, I was told the fine print was I had used the phone 5 minutes too long to receive a refund. I definitely will not do any future business with this company.

Im standing outside of a store that claims to be open 20 minutes ago but the doors are still locked and no one is inside. They might want to change their sunday hours to whenever the help shows up.
