I had the best experience today at Olympia Vision Clinic. I left feeling really good about my whole experience. From Samantha the tech to Dr. Tosland and to Chance who helped me pick out the right pair of glasses. All were great, friendly and amazing.

My daughter is 8 and was TERRIFIED to go in. I told her everything she could expect and she was not thrilled with knowing she would need eye drops. Lindsey was the eye technician that she worked with for the first (screening) portion. She made my sweet girl feel comfortable and even when it came to the drops, she was very patient and respectful of my daughters fears. I would take my daughter in each day if we knew she would have Lindsey! Dr.Davies was the doctor she saw, and he was incredible with her as well. He spoke directly to her and made her feel at ease while he did his exam. Both were kid friendly people who knew children, and how to interact with them. I will be taking her back in a year for her next exam and will recommend everyone to them! Thank you for a wonderful experience Olympia Vision, and for employing people who take pride in their job!

As a healthcare worker it’s difficult to find care for myself without having to take time away from work, so having Saturday appointments available is what originally drew me to this clinic. Dr.Flynt, the office staff, and technicians there on Saturdays are friendly, kind, personable, and helpful! I’m normally not excited about any appointments even if it’s a positive experience, but I genuinely enjoyed the staff I interacted with while I was there. Thanks for all you do for your patients and the community!

Very friendly, helpful, and most importantly, not pushy when it came to picking out glasses and selecting special features for lenses. They arent there to just make money, but truly care about your eye health and helping you choose whats right for you. Cant recommend enough!

I had the pleasure of getting new frames. The frame stylist Guadalupe picked out some for me and she found the perfect ones for me! She really knows and understands fashion trends. I’ve gotten many compliments on them, I’d definitely go in and buy more from them!

I am the wife of this person! I had an exam by Dr. Cluny and was very impressed! It was my first visit here and was pleased with the thoroughness of the assistant and the professional friendliness! It was a great visit until I got to the financial person! What an unfriendly, curt person! Unfortunately, I walked out with a bad taste because of her!

Olympia Vision Clinic would not give me a contacts prescription without having a contacts evaluation. I told them Ive been wearing lenses for 20 years, and I wasnt changing types of contacts, either, so could I save the expense? No I couldnt. So I ordered a pair of trial lenses. I was never asked how the lenses were doing. Apparently no news is good news at Olympia Vision Clinic, and the total charge for this evaluation: $89.Im willing to pay $200 for an eye exam. Its a lot but you gotta do it, right? I even chose to have my eyes dilated in order to save the extra $30! However Im sitting now on a bill for $352. Thats over $350 for an exam - no contacts, no glasses, no follow-up.Olympia Vision Clinic scanned my insurance card. Rather than provide me with a cost estimate I was led to believe they took my insurance, which is not true. The $197 charge to my insurance was denied and that charge appears on my bill as well.I recently paid out of pocket for dental cleaning - including x-rays - and I was $257 out of pocket. I think a $352 eye exam is a scam.

When I recently decided to have a second pair of glasses made, I ended up unhappy with my lens choice. This was entirely my fault, but because of the warranty they offer, I was able to have new lenses made at no extra expense. They are fast, friendly and answer all questions. Their lenses and frames are top quality. I will stay with them for all my vision needs!

I ordered sunglasses lenses for a pair of LaFont frames I had. Shayna did a great job explaining all of my options. Unfortunately, the frames broke at the lab, and the staff advocated very hard on my behalf. The lab ended up covering new LaFont frames! BTY, they also have an excellent frame selection.

I had an eye exam done here for the first time today. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything is explained, and the staff is super dedicated to making sure you feel welcome and comfortable. The facility is very well designed, and has an upscale feel with good lighting. I cant wait to go back and pick out some new glasses.>> Ordered my new glasses today (3 days after my eye exam), and the optician helped me filter through frames that would best suit my face shape, complement my eye color, match my style, and fulfilled my vision needs. The process was very timely and efficient; even my 1.5 year old sat quietly on my lap the entire time, observing the process, and didnt get squirmy! If I wasnt moving out of state in a few months, Id come here every year!

The technician and doctor were both extremely professional and very prompt. It was easy to get in and get out pretty quickly. The receptionist was able to give me full information about what my insurance covered and my different options. The one downside is that the cost of contacts seemed very high (Im used to getting my prescriptions filled at Costco) and I suspect that if you were to pay out of pocket for their exams, the price would also be pretty high. But, you get what you pay for. I would come back here for exams again but perhaps get my contact prescription filled elsewhere.

I came to this clinic in an emergency, not knowing anything about this clinic. My care has been compassionate and informative. Time was taken to explain my condition and its treatment. My doctor Whitney is superb and personable. Highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to picking out glasses this was a great experience. I felt the entire staff made a personal connection with me and really cared about my care. I commented to my doctor (Dr. Cluny) what a unique experience I had and asked if all the doctors care is representative of his care. He mentioned all the doctors volunteer their time at the Union Gospel Free Eye Clinic downtown. Wow they really care about the community we live in and give back in huge way. Very pleased with the service I have received from the the front office all the way to the billing department. The scheduler/front office staff are very pleasant and helpful. The techs are considerate and attentive to my needs when running tests. Dr. Loeb has been AMAZING and due to her diligence has given two of my other doctors reason to look into health issues I wasnt even aware that I had!The person who assisted me with choosing my glasses was courteous and helpful. She took the time to go over all of the options available to me that my insurance would cover as well as what options I had that were considered outside of my insurance coverage - very thorough and pleasant!When I had to come back to get my prescription changed the experience was just as pleasant and to be honest my prescription came back quicker than expected so I was notified to come on back in! When dealing with the billing personnel they were very polite and explained to me clearly how they would bill my health insurance company for payment of the medical side of my bill as well as how I would be billed for any remaining balance. There was no confusion as to which part of my bill would be sent to my vision insurance and which would be billed to my health insurance.

Top notch service! Brought my 13 year old daughter in and they treated her with absolute respect and care for her. I felt comfortable knowing she was in such good hands and the friendly atmosphere.

I have struggled with pain and blurred vision since being hit in the eye a few months ago. Woke up today and could barely see to function. Called as a new patient and they scheduled me 30 minutes later. Great team. Dr. Cluny helped me tremendously. Got me functioning again and recommended a plan for full recovery. Top notch service and care.

Wont let you forgo insurance, and pay out of pocket.

I had an appointment to renew my contacts and eyeglass prescriptions which I made on a prior visit. I entered the appointment on my google calendar while I was making it in person. Im actually not sure if the person scheduling said one thing and entered another into their system or vice versa. Not sure it was entirely my fault. Anyway I ended up showing up 30 minutes late. I did not receive a confirmation call or appointment prior to my visit so I literally did not know. I had mis-information. I show up thinking that I am on time. What happened next was appalling. From the moment I walked in the door the gentlemen at the front desk treated me as if he had witnessed me kicking a puppy on the way in. He was rude and just glared at me before he asked if he could help. After he rudely told me that I was late, I explained that I didnt get a confirmation and explained that I had a different time on my calendar. When I asked if I could wait or reschedule he was even more rude. A couple of weeks later I received a message saying that they had to send me something and didnt have my address correct in their system because mail was being returned to them could I call them back. Do you know that it was a bill for a no show appointment. I will not paying that. My first visit was ok, I felt herded in and out and I had to keep making appointments for things that could have been handled in the first visit. It was like they were trying to maximize charges. Annoying. Anyway made an appointment with the Optometrist across the street. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and they got me in quickly.

I cant say enough about the quality of care and wonderful bedside manner from ALL the staff. I believe that this has been the most thorough and insightful assessment I have ever had on my eyes. At no time did I feel rushed nor did I feel confused by anything that was covered. Dr Whitney and Eric were thorough and knowledgable and all the gals up front (especially Kristen?) were helpful and HONEST about the frames I finally decided on. I have never had to pick out frames and Ive never had glasses period so I am very grateful for the whole team at Oly Vision. Thanks for making this experience wonderful!

I went in for an eye exam and scleral contact lens fitting. The techs were courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful. Dr. Ferris was awesome and even contacted me before the appointment so I had the lowdown on scleral lenses. With the fitting lenses in I was in heaven. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct one for my right eye. However, Dr. Ferris looked around and gave me info about a specialist in Seattle and Chicago (where Ill soon be living). The administrative staff was also very courteous and helpful. I would definitely highly recommend the Olympia Vision Clinic.

Great staff! They stayed open late on a Friday of a holiday weekend so that I could come in on short notice.

Great staff. They are a cut above any other vision clinic in town. I always recommend them to family or friends that need glasses or contacts.

Terrible service. Double charges for medical and vision whenever they feel like it. WAY WAY overpriced compared to Costco for their glasses, and dont back up the product even if you purchase their warranty. Rude billing and office staff... they will reschedule appointments that you make MONTHS in advance if you dont confirm the appointment the day before. The doctor is great with kids, but other than that, the office is a joke. Poorly ran and greedy.
