I have been seeing the Pacific Northwest “ I Care” doctors 🥰 for 15 years The entire office staff is superb! They go out of their way to make patients comfortable, and despite COVID-19, they have been able to provide eye and prescription services. Well done guys!

My entire family has been going here for about 10 years. We love all the practitioners. They are great with kids and adults. The customer service is stupendous. The eye glasses are on the pricy side, but its worth it to have someone help me pick out great-looking glasses.

Excellent service all the way through! Dr. Williams and her weekend staff made the very thorough exam and subsequent detailed frame selection process enjoyable (praise I save for a select few). I recommend Pacific Northwest Eye Care without reservation.

Sharon was very helpful when I needed my eyeglasses adjusted so they stayed in place better. Even switching nose pads to a pair that are less likely to slide.

Dr Wong is incredibly knowledgeable and really took time at my appointment. The staff are friendly and the optometrist found me a great deal on the frames I wanted. The whole office is immaculately clean and professional. A+

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Wong for SEVERAL years. I dont believe the bad reviews. Ive had great customer service and remarkably thorough exams. I scratched my eye during the spring 2020 covid outbreak but he was able to see me and treat me so my eye healed and diddnt sustain permenant damage. A couple years ago I had a scare abut flashes in my eye, DR Wong was out of town, the his staff set up and appointment with another clinic right away.

My family and I have been going to Dr Wong for 10+ years. His staff is incredibly friendly and professional and they provide top quality service. I would highly recommend this practice for any family looking for outstanding optometry services!

Ive been coming here for over ten years and everyone has been nothing but great. If you look at the negative reviews youll see that theyre all commenting about one single event.One person said they got the cops called on then for advocating for their daughter while also being black. They then got several other people who probably have never been to this place to brigade them.Which sounds more likely: That an optical office in Olympia called the police on someone for being black, or that some entitled mom freaked out on the office staff and then she and her friends attacked the business on social media?

Gave me a great deal on a great glasses and has excellent customer service.

The opticians (not just here, but at 2 other places in the last year) need more training. I basically had to diagnose my own lens problems with UV/glare coating and the resulting brown tint. This may or may not be their own fault.After I received my glasses, thankfully they were totally clear since there was no UV dipping. But at night, headlights have green ghost images that look like airplanes landing right next to you. I called them back to voice my concern. The person I spoke to accused me of just trying to get a new set of lenses because I didnt like the glare coating. Of course I dont like it! I dont see how anyone could live with every light being doubled at night. They mis-communicated which type of anti glare coating I received as well. Oh, and they totally tried to up-sell me when I first went in.I would steer clear of this business.

My entire family has been going to this office for eye care for 15 years. We were referred here by the kids pediatrician after my local eye doctor totally screwed up and almost caused my child to have permanent vision loss. I have never had a bad experience. There may have been a time or two when a receptionist was not the most polite but you find that anywhere. I was never treated horrible because I chose to buy my glasses, contacts, etc. somewhere more affordable, they were always more than happy to give me a copy of my prescriptions. So to the one stars I think there may be a little more to the reason things did not go so great for them. A persons own attitude also plays a big role. I have referred many people to this office especially if they have young children but they are great with all ages and all eye conditions. My mother-in-law was seeing a local eye doctor but decided to make the switch because was being told there was nothing wrong. Well on her first visit the doctor found bleeding in the back of her eye so thank goodness she made the change.

Great customer service and theyre always great with my daughter. Weve never had to wait more then 10minutes and Dr Maxey is fantastic with our kids. Would recommend them over and over.

We love Dr. Maxey and Dr. Wong. A couple of our kids have unique vision challenges and Dr. Maxey has helped them tremendously! Dr. Wong was my eye Dr for pre and post lasik surgery and he was great, too :-)

My 6 year old was complaining about her vision being blurry in one eye. We chose PNW eye care and couldnt be more happy with that choice. She saw Dr Maxey and she was great with my daughter. My daughter is very shy but Dr. Maxey was patient and the appointment went very smooth. The office staff was fantastic and very patient as my 6 year old meticulously picked out her frames lol. I was hesitant because of the other reviews speaking so poorly about the staff but I have nothing but nice things to say. OH and the waiting room is very child friendly!

Rude receptionist. Called police then completely re worded the conversation blaming the mother...shame!!

Everyone is super friendly, dont have to wait long, and very understanding if you run into problems.

Customer service is horrible. They book over existing appointments, overbook in case of cancellations, and if they mess up and book someone over your appointment, they will call the police on you instead of ask their assisting staff if anything can be done. Instead of making their mistake right. Horrible place, horrible customer service, unprofessional reception. Literally go anywhere but here.

Was going to choose them but based off what I just read about the front office staff....nope and double nope. Calling cops on a mom because they screwed up on her appointment. Shame on you. Going else where.

The receptionist is racist, calling the cops on a black woman, who simply wanted her daughter to be seen for an appointment scheduled months ago and confirmed via text. Shame on them!
