I had them repair my chain within 1 day it broke & they then came out to repair it and I was told I need a completed new garage door opener . Garage Door Services was referred to me by a relative. After several attempts to find someone to repair my garage door from several other companies, this was my last resort. After actually speaking to a live person, I was told she would have someone call me back. Ten minutes later someone called me back. Gave me a two hour window. Asked if the tech could call me when finished with prior call? The tech called, said hed be at my house in twenty minutes. Showed up, greeted me. In a little under an hour my garage door was repaired. Replaced broken spring with two new springs. I was expecting a $300 to $500 charge. $192 later Im smiling ear to ear. Bill was great. I will surely use this company again if needed. Would highly recommend this company

My garage door was not working on Sun. I called a company who advertises weekend service. They came out & said the door opener needed a new circuit board but said the opener should be replaced for $735. I questioned the service tech if the present opener could be repaired. He stated that it could but due to the age (9-10 years) he suggested a new opener. I asked him for a quote on the circuit board. The quote was $265. He also said they did not have it in stock. I contacted him on Mon & he said that a board was available, but delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks. I then called GARAGE DOOR SERVICES who I have previously used. Service tech (Ruben) came to the house within 2 hours of my call. He made same determination that the circuit board was the culprit. I asked how long will it take to get one. He said I have it in my truck. He did a GREAT & EFFICIENT job & I saved $95.I highly recommend this company! Great service & competitive pricing!

We had a garage door opener replaced by Andre. He pulled out the noisy 25+ year old opener and installed a newer, faster and *quieter* opener in just a couple hours. He also installed an outdoor keypad, routed the indoor controls to a more convenient location, and advised us on how to take care of the new system. Would definitely recommend this company for all of your garage door needs.

Our garage door spring broke at 5:30 on a Saturday night. I was told to call Garage Door Services for repair. I called and pressed the number agreeing to emergency repair fees and was hung up on. This happened two more times. Very disappointed. Happily would have paid the emergency service fee. Found another company to repair it before 8:00 that night. I’m sorry but if you guys don’t want to answer the emergency repair line then don’t offer the service on your outgoing messages.

This company is awesome! I called at 7:50 this morning and had a new opener installed by 10 am! It doesnt get much better than that. Each person I spoke with was personable and informative.The price was exactly what I was quoted and a great value for what I needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new opener installed.

Garage door went off the track late Friday afternoon. When we called, we were told someone would contact us ASAP. Reuben called and came right over. Five stars and full recommendation for Garage Door Services, Inc. My husband and I dinged our garage door up a bit and invited three companies out to take a look at the damage and give us a bid. The first one told us it could be fixed for $600 but would take over a month, the second told us it would be a waste of money to fix it and that we needed to just replace both garage doors because there were blown motors, hanging wires, wheels rubbing, etc and quoted us about $1,800. The third company (Garage Door Services Inc) was completely honest, told us it was an easy fix and unless we really wanted to replace both garage doors there was no need. He sent a service man out the next day and repaired everything for less than $200. I came home to find my garage door spring broken in two. I was unable to open my garage door at all and I was getting ready to go out of town the next morning for work. I called late in the evening and left a message expecting a call the next day but received a callback within 10-15 minutes. I told the gentelman I spoke to what I found and asked for some advice on what he thought it would take to fix. Very friendly, easy to work with and gave me some clear options. I was able to set up the appointment before going out of town knowing that when they came out the next day my wife would not have to worry about anything. Not only did they show up on time but they fixed the problem and it wound up being even less expensive than what they originally quoted me. It always makes me a bit uneasy when dealing with a company I have never dealt with and trusting them to be honest especially when I am not around but I give Garage Door Services a big kudos for earning my trust and doing a fantastic job. Out of three contractors Garage Door Services was the most communicative, professional and prompt. They were a few dollars (20) higher on price for each door, but I feel like I received better service than the other guys would give. I would highly recommend them.

He was friendly and honest, and he didnt try to sell me anything more than what was needed for the repair. He was done in about an hour, and the price was very reasonable. The technician was on time and worked diligently to resolve the issues concerning our garage door. After fixing our door, he then explained where all the problems were and what he did to fix them. He also assured us that if we had any more issues within the year, hed come out to fix it at no extra charge. Its been well over a year since Garage Door Services came to fix our garage door and we can happily say we havent had any more problems. Its a breath of fresh air knowing our door will work every time we use it and in the rare event it doesnt, we have GDS to rely on.
