This was the best customer service I have ever had. I call on Sunday saying my garage door would not open. Matt told me he would be here in 45 minutes which he was. He was very pleasant and polite. Im thrilled to be able to open our garage door again all thanks to Adam the technician from Garage Doors Of Omaha. Our spring was broken and he replaced it quickly. My parents Opener was making a horrible noise and it was difficult to open and close. My father was very frustrated and could not figure out the problem. He asked me to look up a company to come check the gate out. After speaking with technician Adam I had him come over. Though our Opener did not need serious work he still treated it like it did, in which I was very impressed about. My cables snapped on my garage and needed replacing so I called Garage Doors Of Omaha for an estimate. When Adam arrived he ran everything down to me as far as cost and everything else that may need repairing in the future. Pricing was fair and the service was excellent. The doors look really good. Made to the exact size I ordered, and fitted perfectly.I had to reposition a couple of the brackets when fitting to make sure they aligned with solid parts of the brickwork, but apart from that no problems.

Shay did a great job putting in our new garage. He came on Thursday and diagnosed the problem and put a new garage door ans system in on Friday within a few hours all by himself. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He did a great job.

Dan is the man! He came and did his best to fix our really old garage door opener. It was around 25 years old, and even though it was overdue for replacement he didnt pressure us to buy new.
