I took them a custom color from a completely different paint manufacturer. And they totally nailed it. There is no difference between their color and the old one. And the emerald paint is much higher quality.

Sales person Manny had a high knowledge level for my project, which is to stain a privacy fence. I am a novice and had been to all three big box stores and did not find anyone who was able to tell me what i needed for the project. Thought to try Sherwin Williams and was able to get everything I needed for the project along with enough direction on what to do with it. With the sale they had actually cost me less there than elsewhere. Thanks much for all of your help.

There used to be a girl there with big cans that always helped me out and was super nice. The bearded guys working there now were pretty helpful too.

This store is great, good employees. They took the time to organize and even load the paint into the truck. Great deal on some supplies to go with the 10 gallons of paint.

The sales rep was rude to everyone in the store. He basically told the lady off in front of me and was very short with me. He made several rude remarks and facial expressions.. He definitely is not happy to be working there.

I would tell them to meet with Sam at the SW located at Oakview in Omaha. He was very knowledgeable about the colors! After wasting a lot of money on samples and not finding anyone able to help me find what I needed, Sam was able to point me to exactly what I was looking for!

My experience at sherwin was fantastic. Manny help me find the paint I needed for my job and help me find the correct caulkings.
