The employees are always willing to help even if you dont know what youre looking for and great people clean store all kinds of stuff that you need and dont need but want so definitely good place to go but Im also talking about the one on main Street not the one on River Street the one on River Street is disgusting.

A few months back my car wouldn’t start and I happened to be outside of NAPA. Unfortunately, it was about 15 min before they closed. I explained to them that I needed a jump and I wasn’t sure if it was my battery or my alternator. They told me they did not have the time to help because I had turned my car off and they would need to charge the battery. I waited for a friend to come and jump my car while ALL of the employees walked to their cars to leave without even offering to help jump my car. I went to a competitor and they had my issue figured out in about 10 minutes. The fact that they let me drive off without even warning me how dangerous it could be if my car stalled is appalling. And that no one asked me if I needed help speaks volumes about the employees.

Always have parts I need .prices not bad.Good customer service.

One of the first places I go if I ever need a vebivle part, or tools. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are relatively cheap
