Definitely better oil changes than the Onieda St Garage. At least they can get you in when they say they can.

Absolutely worst experience. Came in for a tire patch. I bought the roadside hazard coverage when I bought the tires. I was told it would be 2 1/2 - 3 hours wait time. No cars in the bay. No one at the counter. My tire was leaking air and I just made it here so I’m basically stuck. Will not be coming here again

The employee doesnt know what they are doing.

Paid $30 for a standard oil change. Was told they would clean the inside windshield, vacuum and top off all fluids. My windshield is still dirty. Should have just paid the $20 for the basic oil change because nothing extra was done. Not pleased.Oh and a few years ago I got tires here and they didnt tighten them. Was on the highway and I kept feeling my car pulling to one side. I had to pull over and do it myself. Almost lost a damn tire and had a horrible accident.

I always have a go experience there, go early so you dont have to wait as long.

Good prices and service but they are understaffed on weekends. Dont even try for an oil change on Saturday.

Horrible horrible service. Was told I would wait and hour for a standard oil change. Perfect I would grocery shop. I’ve waited 3 HOURS for an oil change!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not happy and never coming back

Communication and wait times are ridiculous. Im sure they lose a lot of money with people going somewhere else. I was 1 of 3 turned away and that was my second visit.

Put wrong oil in, took forever to drain and redo with correct oil. Now oil is leaking, avoid

More people behind the counter than in the garage doing the work. Over 2 hours for tires and no appointments.

Horrible! Had to wait 2.5 hrs for something I was assurred would be done in 1.5 hrs. Other people came in after me and got their cars in before me. Horrible communication from employees and poor reviews from others as I waited. Will never return.

Waited two and a half hours for new tires and an oil change only to then be told it would be another two hours. I left without it.
