Doesnt look like much from the outside, but inside its a nice little deli that also sells sandwiches, burgers, fish fry, and more. My burger was pretty greasy, but very tasty. The homecut fries that came with it were also too good to pass up. Will definitely stop here again.

Never dissappointed when I come to the Lunchbox, today I had a pastrami rueben and wonton soup! It was amazing, pefect balance of sauerkraut, swiss cheese and pastrami, cooked to perfection on the flat top. And the wanton soup was flavorful and filling, definitely not the bland stuff you get from the chinese place.

I have such mixed feels about this review because I believe in supporting small business--but, after they responded a bit passive-aggressively to this review on Yelp, I figured consistency is best. This place is located next to a gun shop--apparently integrated to the average consumer. Let me say this controversial statement: I love guns and support safety-educated, trained, eval. passing individuals in having them! All the hunting and shooting for game and sport, please. In short. Im a huge fan and proponent of the right to bear arms BUT Ill never support Trump. And, the gun shop, connected to this deli (are they all one big place--hard to tell) was flowing a MAGA Flag. Idek...did we just accidentally support a Trump loving business?Im not even going to critique that, bc I believe local is local and we have to support one another (but, you know he reduced big business tax to raise yours, right? I cant come back or recommend BECAUSE of this level of hatred)...I digress:First, here are the positives, because this is probs why you are reading and, obviously, youre trying to get something more than those damn chain restaurants...1. My burger was huge and juicy (not medium rare, as requested, ---done---but I enjoyed it). Greasy good.2. My Grandma got the Reuben and found the meat, which looked tasty, super delicious! Its advertised as Boars Head, which has top shelf deli meat.3. She ate most of her Reuben, but it was too filling to finish. And, I ate the other half of my burger at home. This place won at meat. Thanks for the meat!BUT...So, on the menu, my burger was supposed to be Big Mikes Spicy one, comes with fries, for about $11...we were charged separately for fries. My Grandmas Reuben was also about $11 (Im rounding down). Our fries were soggy and basically inedible, as well as cost extra, along with two drinks. The owner acknowledged on Yelp that if we had said something, they would have changed the fries. There was no one around, but--they are right--they deserve the chance to correct any and all in house complaints. The total was over $30. We felt like: guess tip is included. It was SO, SO, expensive. Not what wed expect to pay at a local deli or shop. The service was a bit awkward, but, it felt local to me and so there seemed some care there...even if the prices were ridiculous.Overall, not worth the cost. Our meal, tip included (20%), should have been under $25. For location, taste, and service. But, you know, AVOID ALTOGETHER BC OF TRUMP AFFILIATION. NEVER GOING BACK DUE TO THE MAGA FLAG FLYING (listen, if a flag is flying outside your institution, as a business, it represents you)...No matter how much I love a good country spot, with that extra country vibe...Im giving it two stars because I ate my burger and it was all right, and my grandma liked her Reuben. But, it was way overpriced and the extra- charge fries were inedible. We napkined-dried each item. Also, I see the owners are upset with my review--I appreciate the feedback, just as I hope you do and will.
