I have given this location my business over past 5 years. From replacement Optima batteries for my cars and brake pads.... Not any more. I purchased the incorrect headlamp bulbs and was not able to return it because the package was opened. A loyal customer like me, will start using Amazon Prime. Good luck, brick and mortar stores like these will be a thing of the past when all you had to do was deliver a positive customer experience.

Ive been there a couple times and I always get good customer service, every time. They help get what I need with a patient professional attitude, and I truly appreciate that. Definitely look or ask for their flier for dealsThe only detractor for me is that the surrounding landscape/ and property are a bit run down and not very well kept

To Gxplore:You complain about few bucks bulbs? If package was open - what do you want? You think Amazon dont send torn packages?

Place has the feeling of an old school parts shop. Guys that understand cars and not just trained to ask year make and model....

A good selection of parts they cater to the local dealers and shops in the area its tucked out of the way not a place a shade tree mechanic is likely to go to but a much better choice then many of the other chain autoparts stores

Called to find out prices for a car battery and mentioned I was hoping I caught them having a sale. The girl that answered told me I could order online w in store pickup and I may find a discount coupon. I did, 20% off. If it wasnt for her mentioning that I wouldve called around and possibly bought somewhere else. That is great customer focused service. We all have to repair/replace car parts from time to time and we are all looking to save $ when possible. Thank you very much.

I would not recommend this store for auto parts. They do not honor manufacturer warranties like every other parts store and their prices are no better. Management is rude and unhelpful and not worth dealing with. I notified the manufacturer of this matter and they said I could go to any of their suppliers to exchange my parts, I chose Auto Zone. They have always been helpful and have great service. I shouldve bought my parts from AZ in the first place. Called AZ up and they exchanged the parts no problem. Screw Carquest!

Place looks. Sad not good location says open at 7.30 saturday online im hear and it 7.36 still not open no employees car inparking lot. How do they make money they ahould just close cars quest it looks like no 1 eva rher the way the boxes are
