Must Appointment time ! Street parking ok!Live unload fast

Appointment needed! Friendly and professional people but they will take time to get it done my pickup 10h+ I get here 4.5h before my appointment but had to wait another 2h till 2nd shift starts then 4h to finish.

Nice night guard young guy with glasses helped me with directions was lost

They Don’t deserve Any star My appointment 10am I’m here at 9:30 waiting 3 hour still didn’t get door. Local truck coming they give them door right the way. Don’t come here waste of time

Security guard believe this place its hes!!!I was second in line and jump my turn because I dont let him my pepper work. But I was doing the instructions other security say to me. Its not my problem your wife dont feed you

I am a truck driver delivering here. They are very nice people. I was.at the end of the driveway and the guard walked out to my truck took my paperwork and checked me in and brought my bills back to me. Protocal here is, once you recive your door slide tor tamdems to the rear, break your seal, open your doors. Back up to tge dock and chock your wheels. Then disconect from your trailer and pull away a few feet. Do not go and park! Stay parked in front of your truck! Stay in your truck till you get a green light!

Oh my God, the guard here is too unfriendly, the waiting time is so long, I will never come again

Worst place to deliver to I had an appointment at 7am on Sunday morning I arrived the night before and slept on the street I checked in at 650am Sunday morning and it is now 11pm and Im still here

Make an appointment at 1:30am and arrive at 1:20am. They will tell you the time to eat, wait until 2:15am to come back. Why do you accept an appointment at 1:30 for dinner time? A waste of time.

Its only cosmetic but it makes my car look like crap. with only one caliper being rusted and it just so happens to be the brand new AutoZone item, this proves AutoZone products are crap. even the rotors are from AutoZone, as you can see I have slotted and drilled rotors for the front and blanks for the rear. you get what you pay for.

Driver arrived at 12pm and was there until 6pm ... Autozone DC option 1 then option 4 for receiving dept ... I called to see what was going on they left on hold over 35minutes and then they hung up on me, I tried to call again and no answer, not the first time it happens at this location.

We arrived 2 days earlier than appointing. since the broker deceived us. said that they would unload us earlier. but for 2 days we stood and waited. no one helped us. thus, having brakes all our appointments for the whole week.we have been working non-stop in COVID-19. but we tolerate such an attitude in ourselves.

Waited on the road for over an hour to get in the gate for our appointment. The security gate was very unorganized.

The security people are angry and ready for fight, it’s like one of my worst place to be, they told me drop the trailer and it will take three days to unload with bad attitude.

Everyone is Friendly, until I spoke to the morning Supervisor David Alvarado he is so rude and getting crazy because we ask for a copy of an invoice. ....and now trying to hand over the work to the night shift, just take care of the customer.. night shift starts at 0200pm here you are wrong.

11/21/18Worst experience ever... I get it it’s holiday tomorrow and everybody wants to go home early but you can’t screw us(truck drivers) up...have appointment at20:00 got here 19:00 and security guy say nobody here closed no unload until Friday ... and tonight I had to pick up load to go to Colorado and be there with my family for thanksgiving.... what I’m suppose to say to my family I’m going to miss holiday with them sitting in truck... alone....too bad when people only care about them self... will never come back here!!!!11/23/18This just got worse... Came back to unload this f.... load and they told me we don’t know if we are going to be able to unload you today..... For real how can you work like this....Didn’t spend my time with family for holiday ...neither now I can unload this load... because some f.... lazy people went earlier from work on Wednesday..... is that my fault ?????? Unbelievable... 0 respect for drivers who are working their a.. to make companies like these running.... I don’t know what to do anymore... been waiting since 7 am and it’s already 11 am... nothing figured out..

Attention truck drivers. No appointment prior to one hour appointment. Turn around time is typically 2-3 hours. No lunch rooms or driver room. Bathroom is available. .. note: tandems must be slide to the extreme rear for docking.

The warehouse was immaculate and very well organized. The employees were friendly and seemed to love where they work.

This place is always very professional, courteous and fast . pre loaded trailers most of the time but even live load or unload down time is very minimal . wish all my deliveries and pick ups were like them.

This place is not to bad, had an appointment at 7am, got a dock by 730am was out by 1030am or so. To me it could be a little bit faster considering there was only 5 trucks in the dock and it was Labor Day weekend. I would deliver here again. Not like CVS or SYSCO

Bad service no organization and very rude ...a cocasion male was very disrespectful towards me for asking a question about the location ...aswell as the manager giving me attitude for asking if the location for general labor was their ...their response was dont you read look at the sign and wait untill we decide 2 call u ...i just asked a question so why am i getting attitude from the manager and employees....idk what i was duin i just needed a job...

Its a decent place to work and the pay is pretty good.

Save yourself the headache this is horrible place to work supervisor having affairs with employees, point system set up to fail. No appreciation for hardworking.
