Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since theyve gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations.🤬 Lines were long here, but tsomewhat typical at this location. If you see something you want here dont wait too long because vehicles are rotated out sooner than typical.They had a few lines open but took 10 minutes check out. Dont forget to get the stock number or they wont let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific locations site.

Big place to look for parts, huge selection of different vehicles to choose from.

Front person was a bit overwhelmed checking people in & out (1hr prior to closing, waited 1 person ahead of me with core 8min! ). After I was in things were good and only one cashier (she was nice) but long line to check out . I did notice by 30 min to close they had 2 people handling the entrance. Started to have 2 cashiers until I got close to the front, I think I have a dark cloud over me

Theyve started automatically adding warranties to your bill was a convenience. And you better write down the inventory number of the car you took the part off of it theyll send you back in the yard to get it. Be prepared to stand in line for 25 minutes, even if youre just trying to get a core fee back

My 2007 Saturn wouldnt pass smog test so decided to retire it. I applied on line with BAR/CAP and after a few weeks, was declined because the vehicle had to be registered. So I registered it non operational. Was approved and given a long list of places to take it to in exchange for $1500. I chose this place because I knew where it was located. I called to find out if they had funds. Had to make appointment and was encouraged to do it ASAP by BAR. This place was very nice and understanding. I turned in my paperwork and was told to take my Saturn to the other side of the city block property to drop off for inspection. Then I would have to walk back. My ride got lost so I waited for him to follow me back. It took him about 15 minutes to find me. We finally got back to the inspection site and the guy in the hard hat was waiting for me. It took him less than 8 minutes to inspect and I headed back to the office to get my check. The lady asked what happened that I didnt get back there in a reasonable time. She had called my phone but I was talking to my ride guiding him to the place I didnt realize I had missed her call. After more waiting as paperwork was processed I was entertained by a million ferrel cats and kittens from afar. Shortly got the check. Immediately went to their bank and cashed it minus $10 fee. The bank had to call to confirm the transaction. Overall it was a good experience. Lots I broken auto glass in the parking lot.

For me is a lot of fun looking for a part needed. You save a lot of money using used parts from a car like yours but must be sure it works. They give you 90 days warranty...not sure if you pay for it but is worth to add it. Be sure first to bring pics and videos of what you need, if you dont find the exact model of your car, sometimes other models of the de make can fit in your car,

Wide selection. Highly recommend going to the website to check for cars available & prices. But heads up, they are now charging warranty on all parts. Although employees are polite they dont tell you. You have to tell them you dont want the warranty. Granted a warranty on electronics, big parts are a good option but not on things like hoses, brackets, etc (which they will charge)

LKQ always comes through with the car parts! They have locations pretty much everywhere.

Out of all the Auto Salvage companies I have ever been to, I would definitely choose LKQ over any of them. If you jump over to their website you can find exactly what vehicle and part your looking for and it will show you what cars match your search and where exactly in the lot they are located. You can also look and find the price for the part you want. They offer a $10 (and some change) 90 day warrant on parts. And above all, the staff are polite, professional and friendly. This is why I give 5 stars.

My second time coming here for a window repair. This time the right passenger window wouldnt roll up or down. The initial quote was 150, which was still cheaper than what the Pick-A-Part in Riverside quoted at 195 (for a whole new controller or regulator...) but then the guy was able to repair it for just $45. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I love the service and these people are really awesome.. they dont try to rip you off.

Prices go up every month. They just keep squeezing the customers for literally junk parks. Crazy but something will give at some point. I prefer the I pull u pull in pomona. LKQ charges you for engine hoist which is absurd plus the line is long and the people at the window are slow and dont really care.

Been coming to this place since 2010 and never got over charged,and everyone was helpful but the most recent time I went they tried charging me 200$ for a sun roof regulator and when I asked for the manager veronica showed up and started tell me its part of the roof structure and it was not called a regulator, and charged me for a full roof? even though it regulates the sunroof open and close, doesnt not add any structure to the roof, its sad to have people up there that have no idea what there talking about she should not be dealing with customers if she doesnt have good attitude, 40$ regulator for 200 because a women cant understand what a sun roof regulator does

There a rip off dont sell your car or truck took a 2000 Nissan frontier there they said 1100 and gave me a check for 1100 then called me while still in parking lot said need to sign a paper to come back then said it was missing a cat on exhaust manifold then told me there will give 850. Then came back and said 500 I would have taken it back home but had to pick up a load of hay for my anamials then next day called dealer it only takes one cat that all it had factory cat so I called back and then they said call corporate

The dealership wanted to charge me almost $500 for a part so I decided to check out the junk yard. I called and Vidi told me they had the car I was looking for. Came to Pick a Part to look for the part it was clean organized and I got what I needed for not even $100! The girl at the window was the one who answered my call and was just as nice in person. She gave me a price breakdown and explained how the warranty worked. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks vidi!

I had taken a trip to the Ontario Pick-a-Part, I was very hot day. I was looking for some Sebring Convertible parts. I am a diabetic and I was experiencing a low blood sugar attack, I was dizzy, I couldnt walk very well. I was a mess. My brother went to the office to see if he could come inside and get me? He talked to Eric, and Eric said he would go get me. And he did, and drove me right to my Jeep. AND he gave me a couple bottles of cold water. His customer service went above and beyond. I had been looking for a rare, specific part for my cadillac, for 10 years. It came available at LKQ in Ontario. I spoke to Viri several times. She held it for me, until I could get there. She is extremely helpful, personable, and excels at her role. I greatly appreciate her efforts.

I like this yard, they have a decent classic car section, never had trouble finding the vehicle I was looking for and like all pick a parts locations only 3 dollars to enter!

I was at the PJM Auto Glass section there. Theyre beyond great. I barely had time to sit when they came and told me, All done. I was in and out in under 15 min. and the guys there are friendly and personable.

Inventory is 90s early 2000s most make and models. Newer or older models not much inventory. Cashiers need people skills, some are very rude.

Wow, there are so many vehicles! My advice, check periodically on line if they have the vehicle. Get there asap as soon as they show it in inventory because they get stripped down FAST!Good size of rotating inventory.Be sure to bring something cold to keep hydrated! IT GETS VERY HOT!

I took my brother there. And Ive been wanting to go there for sometime myself. He found what he wanted and needed and now his car is back on the road. I, unfortunately, did not find what I needed for my truck. But, my truck is not broke down. It was totally worth it.Years ago I went there for another car I had. It needed the brain/module. It was an $800 part, I got it for $15 and it was totally worth it. Another junkyard wanted to sell me one for $40 and it would have been the wrong one.

Wemt for a customers car the website said they had the years of the car out im the yard, not one single car was there out of the 9 they claimed we in they yard, certanly they didnt truthfully put iut these cars. i use to work for a sister yard in stanton amd this is one way they would get the public to show up. and nothing so 30 bucks in gas burned up on a wasted trip so if i added the price of the fuel my time waisted and if i should have found a fender for the car i was looking for, i could have gone and gotten one from a parts supplier. i got screwed. give my day a -2 score. wont be doing that again.

I can spend the whole day there and not have a worry in the world 😂😂. Im impatient so rather than wait for an order Id rather got get it when I need it which is now *you cant get the part mixed up either. Been going there for YEARS youd be a fool not to check it out if youve never been there you save ALOT of money .

The office is really helpful to answer a lot of questions about the parts you need I give them 5 stars. But the yard itself is all un organized, got my paper from the office that said where the cars I needed but all the front sections said C on the side couldnt get anyone to tell me. So I think they need to mark A,B,C,D etc correctly and be more organized.

Kinda typical gross auto dismantled. Not for the faint of heart. But hey, it is a junk yard. Helped my son score what he was after. Take masks, gloves & hand wipes. Work boots & no dressy attire.

This location is super crowded and they have started allowing vendors in the parking lot which ways parking spaces. Checking in was relatively fast checking out took over 15 minutes with many people in line. There was nothing available in order to assist in moving parts and some Vehicles were not where they were expected to be based on online information.Luckily we did get in and out with what we were looking for on the first try. This location pales in comparison to Victorville and Hesperia.

Last time i was here the guy who charges and lets you go thru was very nice. He even offered me a bottle water and gave me an extra to take to my boyfriend who was trying to get a part off. Compared to the one in riverside i hace to say this one is the best. Their selection is alot bigger as well. They have a bigger yard with more cars. Better organization too

Sometimes they have the vehicle youre looking for and other days everything is gone. Im thankful they have the app now to search up the vehicle before you show up.

Place has gotten more expensive, and very unorganized, and with the automatic warrenty Id rather just go to another Junkyard even if I have to drive farther out. Its a shame this used to be my go to place but I really dont feel like having to look up a car online then walk all over the lot to find them. I dont know why they started adding cars without organizing makes and models.

Fun place to go. Big yard. Contrary to other reviews, there were plenty of hand washing stations and portable restrooms. They provide wheel barrows to tote your tools and parts around. Parts I bought were very reasonably priced.

For a car guy this place is like a candy store. The prices are very reasonable. You can check online for the vehicle youre looking for, just have to get there before its picked over.

They have all the best used car parts around. Heck even just for $3 bucks to get in and take something apart to learn, before attempting to do it on your own car.
