I actually found the parts I was looking for for my old step van with a very reasonable price and they even offer AAA discount too. I had the pleasure to have been helped by a lady name Loretta, she was nothing but friendly with very helpful service.Later I returned to this same store and got that same awesome service from a gentleman name Hector at the end counter who was also very helpful. I highly appreciate the experience with these two employees at this store.

Nice napa but I bought a radiator for $240 spectra radiator when I took home package and opened realized it was a spectra radiator covered in a napa box. Remembered browsing on Amazon and seeing that brand. Amazon has same radiator for $128 bummer to feel robbed by napa. Debating on order on and saving $100. Shop Amazon before here.

This being a warehouse store you can get darn near any part you need right then and there.

Napa Automotive was my third stop trying to get security for my Jerry fuel cans. I explained to him what I needed and he knew exactly what I needed. They had one in stock and back ordered five more which I picked up the next day. Ralph was a big help no complaints.

I was the only one in the store. I waited ten minutes at the register, for a cashier.

They are better than autozone. They have more parts for medium & heavy duty. I mean parts sensors,hose,dpf,air to air hoses....

They dont have nothing on the shelves so you cant grab it yourself and then you got to ask them to help you find it even though they I have no way of looking it up but through a catalog we are in 2019 it took him 15 minutes to find the wrong one after I was waiting in line for 15 minutes so I had to look it up on my phone I told the correct number it took him 15 minutes to find it I left I will not be going back to Napa doesnt seem like they know what theyre doing

Everything is unsafe poor management skills forklift equipment needs to be fixed . U get bullied by the older employees and manager takes there side . They u wrongly fired me because I was pushed and everyone else said it was me and H.R did poor skills on Investigating . When I would already go to them for previous behavior with other employees. I do t recommend this place they will mess u up physically for what you do there the manager Pablo needs to be fired for telli g me that if HR wouldnt of four d out he would of let me handdled it inside the trailer man to man with the employee . Asking me to fight. And the lead is having sexual relationships with a woman there hes gone for like 3 hours with her when Jason the supervisor calls off

To say the least, it was a very sad experience. When I got there, I found out that my long-time friend of over fourty plus years was killed in a car wreck. My fine ole buddy (Clay) is certainly going to be missed. He was a great (REAL) friend.

I was looking for a difficult part that I could not find at two other competitor locations. I went there because I knew Napa could at least order it for me. It was a great surprise when they told me they had it in stock. Highly reccomend this place.

I went to Napa Ontario looking for door seal rubbers for my 1972 Pontiac. They had a listing for them and felt they could get them for me but I had to leave it as I was leaving the country the following day.I was treated with courtesy and respect by a man who knew his stuff so I think I received great service.Another reviewer here gave a man an answer to his question that he obviously hadnt wanted to hear so he gave him a bad review. I used to work in auto parts and you dont always have to waste five minutes plunking away at a computer to answer a clients question. Unfortunately the correct information isnt always good news.

I called opening hours to place spark plugs on hold. the person who helped me over the phone told me they had the spark plugs in stock and its on hold. I arrive 5 min later and wait in line forever when only one customer in store and 4 napa workers on computers instead of asking me if they can help me. finally I get help and I tell them Im here to pick up parts and they tell me its not on hold or in stock. my advice for anyone who orders at napa make sure get a name when placing parts on hold. they were no help. I would give them a zero if could. bad rep and service

Driving a big rig in LA is about one of the worst places, not many stores are equipped to handle them, limited parking and the drivers are 10x more focused on their phones than the traffic. And a lot of places will turn you away as soon as they see the truck. I needed some supplies for mine, the truck stops were sold out along with a specialty big rig supply store that was near by. On a whim I called this Napa to see if they had what I needed, had no idea they were the main distribution center for the area. When I called and was asking if they carried the supplies, the guy asked if I drove a big rig, then told me I could park on the side street that dead ends. After getting there and getting my supplies I asked if I could drive into the parking lot to load them up (about 400 lbs that I just didnt feel like carrying), he said no problem, told me to pull up right in front of the door, had my stuff loaded onto a cart when I pulled up, and couldnt have been nicer or more understanding! Wish I could give this place 6 stars! It may not seem like much to someone in a prius to do that, but in a world of no truck parking signs, trucks not allowed, no trucks over this many lbs, or axles, or length signs, to be told to pull up to the front door to load your stuff, simply to make it easier on the customer even though he has an 85 tractor trailer- cant tell you how much it shows amazing customer service. Other drivers will get it! Deffinately do business here if you can, they supply a large amount of big truck parts and accessories!

This is my third time I have visited this store. I have never waited longer than five minutes. I am posting this review because its labor day weekend and I was waiting for parts that were ordered from ORiellys that didnt get shipped when they were supposed to. I called Napa, parts were in stock and saved my weekend. Thanks Napa.

No one in the store took over 15 minutes to get a part then the part was wrong and had to wait another 10 minutes to get the part. Then had to wait for a cashier..

Staff are a big help. Looking for a hard to find LED turn signal fixture. They found it in Phoenix and had it held for me.

Came to this store to pick up a tool at will call. They informed me that I had bought the last tool in the distribution center and the center was actually closed. They also I formed me that since it was already sold to me they currently couldnt find the tool in their system and I would have to give it time and pick up the next day. I asked for a refund. I then got a refund of 11 cents less than original purchase price. I purchased the item at a different store in a different city and there was a tax difference. Complete headache...bye Napa, I learned my lesson. Hello AutoZone and OReillys
