I went to a place called Diaz Auto Service and the guy was very nice at first but then turned out to be a jerk. Took the cover of my engine, pointed out to him, denied it and from there did not trust him anymore. Thank God, a friend of mine recommended Martinez & Son Auto Repair 😇😊

My brother had a transmission problem driving on CA60. They were the nearest auto repair shop so we made it over to them and got excellent service.

A couple hundred miles into a cross country road trip, my back tires started making horrible scratching noises. I pulled off the highway to the first auto shop I could find and it was Martinez and Sons. They were so kind, came out and diagnosed my brake problem, and worked me in right away. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto shop. Highly recommend.

Very honest and skillful mechanic. After my coolant hose burst out, the thermostat stuck closed and cause the car overheated. Martinez has been very helpful and sort out my problem in a professional manner. I have seen many bad mechanic in my life, this is one of the fewer shop that people can rely on. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and relative.

GREAT PLACE to do your servicing and repairs, I have been coming to Martinez and Sons for about 2 years now for Brake changes, oil changes, repairs, and basically any problems with my vehicle. They are completely honest and great with their pricing. The most recent job, was fixing an exhaust leak on my 2014 ram 1500. I wanted to change out the exhaust completely, so Jose took the time to help me of what I needed and didnt need and now my truck sounds amazing! Always happy with the work they do here and wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you for the team at Martinez and Sons.

This place is great! I had my engine replaced twice here !! And they did a great job, the first engine was bad and they did not hesitate to help me find a better one for a good price. This place is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back for any car problems I come across. Jose and Joel were the mechanics that helped and were extremely helpful as well as fast. Some people confuse Jose with the name Juan but his actual name is Jose (Just a Heads Up).

Blew my motor in a 2009 scion xb. Jose was upfront with a break down of labor time and cost.. As far as the motor he gave me the option to finding my own motor which kept cost down and worth repairing....Had my car back in less than a work week..Been a few weeks and the motor sounds great. Going back now for some other unrelated issues. Great job guys!

Honest mechanic and they do great work

So I found this shop by luck, my car broke down on the way to work and they were the closest shop to me. Wow finding a fair and honest mechanic is hard and wow did I find one. They rate is 75 an hour which is one of the best prices Ive seen. The owner stayed open a little longer because my tow truck ran late and they worked with me when I couldnt pick up my car for a couple days. I called for quotes and these guys were 150 dollars cheaper than anywhere else and my car is running great now. Do yourself a favor and come here. They are bilingual and speak Spanish as well so that is also awesome.

Awesome and honest

I had my transmission rebuilt. After one month, transmission fluid started leaking. When I took my truck back they said nothing was wrong. I left the shop and after a few days the leak was back. I took my truck back again and they provided poor customer service and didn’t care about my time. I will not be back for additional service.

Joel and Jose are two of the BEST mechanics I have came across. I was referred to by a friend who took his cars there. They are very friendly, they DO NOT cheat you out of anything. They do great work. Their rates are great!!! I highly recommend coming here to get your car worked on.

I have sporadically used Martinez & Sons. Im in the OC. Its not because of lack of trust or shotty workmanship. Ive had them do complete service work on my wifes and daughters cars. They have always been honest, fair and forthcoming on the work.

I have here a couple times in the last few years and I highly recommend this shop. They are honest and their prices cannot be beat. You will save lots of money by bringing your car here instead of the dealership. Joel is the owner and he is a very nice and honest person...

Trust is earned, not given. These guys have earned my trust. 4 visits in 2 years, they probably dont remember me, but I keep tabs on them. Everything I get absolutely fair and reasonable charges. I have a healthy fear of mechanics, dealerships, chains... but this is a small family operation and theres just no bullshit. Ive finally found a mechanic I trust and I tell everyone about them.
