After rebuilding my starter I took it home and while installing the starter I broke the plastic while attaching the electrical wire.I took the starter back to Akram, expecting to pay for the damage I caused, and they fixed it at no charge. I called to see if they could check out my Prius because the 12V battery wasnt holding a charge. Initially they told me that they were booked until the following week, so I agreed to wait. Then, they called me back to see if I had time to bring it in for a quick initial diagnosis, so I did. They did some tests and determined the 3-month-old 12V battery from Oreillys was defective. I asked how much I owed them for the diagnosis, and the gentleman said no charge. When my hybrid battery finally does die, I will be returning.

I needed a new alternator and was recommended this place by Rancho Transmission (another good spot). Luckily, I knew theyd been around for a long time. Their honesty, turn-around time, and great price was enough for me!

Fantastic experience here. My car was giving me issues and coming here I not only received a quick diagnosis, I also received a very amazing offer to fix the issues. After the car had been fixed up, the owner gave me many tips on how to make sure the problem doesnt occur. Akram Electric is the real deal when it comes to auto electric, my dads car kept going into Pats mode intermittently which means sometime it runs and sometimes it would leave you stranded, one so called auto electric place in Fontana couldnt do anything with it but oh well I had no problem taking my money to akram, it was less expensive and all he did was put a new wire harness in and it fired up. He could of easily burned me by saying it needed all new wiring but he didnt.

Excellent experience I needed urgent service and I couldnt get it any where. I tried Jhon Elways Crown Toyota but they didnt know what they were doing. I tried Claremont Toyota and they told me they were not available till Tuesday November 26th and I called Akram Auto Electric they took my car in right away, gave me a ride back to where I needed to go and then picked me up, when the car was ready. Probably the best place to go if needed help right away.

I brought in one of my work van because it kept blowing a fuse causing no brake lights and unable to shift out of park . The diagnostic price was very reasonable.They called me within several hours to give me an estimate for repair on a worn-out wire harness. The total cost of the job was under $200. Very reasonable and quick for this type of repair.

If your car is having trouble with any of its electrical systems you need to go see the guys at Akram and not a mechanic. I took my Subaru Legacy here for a couple of minor issues that a couple of local shops could not figure out. They had it diagnosed and fixed same day. They have the tools and the talent to handle these kind of jobs. If you dont go see these guys the first time, you will most likely have to see them the next time when they fix it because the other shop did a poor job.

Been doing business with Akram Auto Electric for over 35 years since they were at their old location further West. Went to them initially because they were highly rated by my mechanic. Aziz has always given me excellent service and everyone that I have recommended has always been very happy with the work and treatment they received from him.On several occasions they have not only fixed the problem but also found the root cause of it. These folks are awesome! I was recommended to them via Claremont Auto Repair for a flickering headlight issue I had had for well over a year. It just a couple of hours Aziz and his team were able to track down the issue and fixed it for a VERY fair price. We then spent 15 or so minutes talking about other electrical issues and he gave me tons of advice and help.Truly fantastic company. Rare to find people so honest, hardworking, and nice these days! Not trust worthy. I took my car there and they tried to convince me that it needed a new computer, when I took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion they told me it was just my fuse box overheating and it fixed the problem. Akram is just tying to take advantage of you and get all the money they can.
