I am beyond happy with Hair Factory & Beauty Supply! I called before arrival because I am new to the area and am very unsure of where I can find wigs. During my phone call, all of my needs and concerns were met. When I arrived, there was a sign that said I need an appointment to enter the premises. I called the location, told them I was at the back entrance, and was allowed entry by Kirsten (I apologize, I do not know the correct spelling of her name, but I will be sure to correct her name spelling the next time I visit! Yes, I will visit this location again!) I had great assistance throughout my entire experience here! Kirsten was very helpful and knowledgeable of my wanted big afro look and was successfully able to find me 3 amazing options that I am absolutely in awe with and am enjoying every moment of them! There prices are very reasonable, too! OH!!! AND GUESS WHAT??!?!?!! THE HAIR IN MY PROFILE PICTURE IS FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE !The Owner Is Very Disrespectful! I Had Called To Ask A Question And He Told Me He Is Busy, Cant Help Me And Hung Up. So I Called Back And Informed Him That It Was Rude To Hang Up In My Face While Im Trying To Ask A Question, He Says OK Well Do Not Come & Hangs Up Again. Smh ! I WILL NEVER EVER Go Back Here In My LIFE ! Very DisgustedWOMEN OF COLOR DO NOT SHOP HERE ! The Owner Will Disrespect You In Any Way Possible. This Business Needs To Be SHUT DOWN Permanently!!

I used to love this place and came here often for many years, I hadnt been there for a while and needed to buy some products, but to my surprise I encountered an unfriendly almost hostile athmosphere, and a new owner or manager dont know who he was at the cashier counter, I did not like his customer service or attitude. I prefer the previous owner, he was always pleasant and very helpful, I didnt mind spending my money here because I always left a happy customer. Needles to say I wont be shopping here anymore.

Friendly very helpful have good selection of items got some hair and hair products reasonable prices...they dont follow you around the store they actually let you shop.

Ive been coming to this store since moving to the area 2 years ago. Its a one stop shop for me! They have all my favorite brands and the staff is beyond friendly making sure my product is stocked and ready when I walk in the door! Love it!

Im no one to Judge anyone but the 2 guys that work here are so Rude I went 3 times everytime I went they been really mean an always stirring its really annoying an they over price some things I rather drive to 4th an Vineyards to get my hair color Never Again.

If you are a woman of color, DO NOT SHOP HERE. My girlfriend has been looking for a good hair store ever since she moved here. The reviews were good for this place so we decided to check it out. When we entered, two mexican ladies immediately started following us around throughout the whole store as if every thing we touch we were going to steal. Made my girlfriend very uncomforatable and you could clearly tell there was some anamosity towards colored customers. Although the store was nice and had alot of products, the people that work there just make it to be the worst place anyone could ever shop.

Very cold unfriendly environment. the owner acts like the items are made of gold and platinum. Signs everywhere dont touch this dont do that felt like I was in a Beverly Hills high end overpriced store. Not a very good selection at all no real wig station so many negatives dont need to go on. Waste time or money Never going here ever again.

Fantastic staff, great variety of products, including a great display of NYX cosmetics at reasonable prices.

I love them the Owner is so nice and always suggesting new products they are very helpful when you need them and let you shop as well you should check them out

They CLOSE AT 5PM on SUNDAYS! If you want to try on a wig, be sure to bring a dollar for a stocking cap and set aside about 10-20 minutes...dont go there near closing time, it may take a while because so many companies discontinue certain colors/styles...other than that, its pretty awesome.
