My mom (75) just called right now to ask for a simple status of a medication and the pharmacist there had attitude from the start. My mom gave her name and an explanation of what she was calling about and the pharmacist would not respond and just stayed silent on the phone. When my mom said “hello?” the lady with an attitude was like, “…Yes it’s ready.” “Ok I’m not sure if you had hung up. I will send my daughter to go get it, thank you!” And then silence again. Why the need for the attitude?? We usually love this pharmacy but all these new pharmacists are just…unfriendly.
Christina was awesome! Went in to get a picture printed and framed for Thanks giving and she was very helpful. She she patient and took the time to help me through the printing process. Thank you Christina! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!!
Worst pharmacy ever. They take forever, the lady that works there is rude. Don’t go here.
I got a follow up call from this Walgreens to see how I was doing with my new medicine. I really like the follow up, it made me feel valued. Great job!

Terrible service, waits of over 30 min and only one car in front. Every time I go get meds it’s a wait of over 30 min. And half the time they say the doctor hasn’t sent anything while I have sitting proof it’s been sent multiple times.
Some of the most rude staff I’ve ever met in the pharmacy department. The manager needs to talk to them and get them to understand that they represent a huge company. Being kind is part of the job! I got denied my inhaler and I have asthma. Instead of trying to fix the technical problem they had with the computers they sent me home with out an inhaler. I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully. Walgreens pharmacy department needs to get it together! There wait time is ridiculously long. Even if you pick up the next day you will still find yourself waiting 30 minutes at least. Once again get it together... and for anyone who has to pick up there prescription here NEVER go through the drive through you will be waiting for hours.
The best Pharmacy and store staff in the IE. I have never had a bad experience in all eleven years of Living in the area. It’s been quite remarkable actually, being a customer. The pharmacists actually have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to explain doses, explain the differences in Brand name vs. Generic, they have just been Great overall. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. They are just genuine and hard working people. My kids and I were there not too long ago and I was about to purchase medicine when my daughter threw up all over the center isle. OMG! Instead of just making a face or remarks, the store manager and worker were asking if she was alright and they immediately gave us some napkins and gave her a bucket, JIC she needed to throw up some more. Needless to say, they cleaned up the mess within 10 minutes while talking to us and making my daughter feel better by saying it happens to all of us. I have never EVER, had a bad experience here. These people are at the top of my list of Favorites in my Community and I applaud them for stepping up their game and providing OUTSTANDING customer service!
I dropped off a prescription. I know that one of the prescription is not covered by my insurance. The prescription is held up because of the approval. I contacted someone to let them know that the prescription is not covered. They send it through as cash. I looked on line later in the day and it is back to waiting for insurance approval. I cannot understand what the problem is. All I need is a prescription from a doctor and the ability to pay for the prescription. An approval from the insurance company is not required to fill a prescription.
Lwaus helpful. The staff helps me when I get a new prescription. Never a long wait. Marissa and Andy are outstanding! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Every time I ask the staff for help locating a product they could never get me to the right location. How is it that the staff doesnt know where they stock their products?
Made me wait 30 min to pick up medication for my grandma. Pharmacy staff need to step it up, ppl need their medicine!

Lazy to avoid looking for a product for a customer they will either hang up while they pretend to look or say they don’t have it when online says they do.
Both Jessica and the other farmacist were very kind and put up with my many tons of questions after I had sundenly been put on new medication when I went to urgent care thousands of miles away in Ontario, CA. There were knowlegeable and very helpful.
Very long wait. Dropped off prescription the night before and was told to pick it up next day because they are backed up. At least 30 minute wait.
Pharmacy is TERRIBLE, my prescription was dropped off 6 hours ago. Needless to say Ive been here, on my lunch break for 40minutes waiting. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
