I went to planet beauty today to buy micro needling product and I was taking care of by a helper named Val she was amazing she helped me understand how the products worked and Im very satisfied well be shopping here very soon again I highly recommend this place they have legit the best products that you need for face creams shampoos and makeup

The workers here at the ontario location are so RUDE!! Specially one girl with blonde-ish hair, she was terrible at helping me with where things were and she didn’t wear her mask over her nose.

I went in the Ontario mills location looking for a shampoo and conditioner to help the dryness from my highlight root touch up and my blonde. Didnt exactly know what to get so I told one of young ladies working and showed me exactly that. I have used way she sold me and I was not disappointed!!

I LOVE that they carry most of Jane Iredales products! It is the BEST skincare make-up! Thanks to the girls here I started using Iredales products 5 years ago. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable, unlike Sephora/Ulta. I always feel welcomed, especially as someone who doesnt wear a lot of makeup, I feel welcomed. I would like to especially thank Gabby for helping me on 7/9/20. I went in just for the GlowTime Cream (which I had been hunting down for weeks & thanks to the PB team they got it from another store and had it ready for me to pick up here in just a few days) and thanks to Gabbys info and tips I purchased 2 more Jane Iredale products!!! THANK YOU!!! BEST BEAUTY STORE in the mall! Also, thank you for not playing obnoxiously loud music, it makes the shopping experience more relaxed.

I usually love going to this store. I only go to look at my favorite products or beauty brands. There are only two nice employees in that store. The majority of the female employees all follow you, stalk you, and are rude. Today, I was looking at a few things. I swatched a few eye shadows from one brand, and one employee who was following me throughout that tiny store, looked over my shoulder while I swatched the eye shadows. I looked at a sweater..all eyes were on me. I was bothered so many times. I looked at one thing, I was stalked from three feet away. They will bother you until you leave the store. Then, every time I looked at different products from different brands, the employees kept arranging or messing with the already neatly placed items on purpose. They stand near me, watch me look at the products, and pretend to organize. Ive never felt more uncomfortable in a beauty store in my life. I will never go there again. Even my brother noticed how annoying, pushy, and rude they are. I would not recommend anyone shopping there, unless if you like being followed and having someone breathe on your shoulder when you are not doing anything wrong! Worst experience.

Upset that they did not allow me to return my foundation. I tried returning it literally in less than a week. They said they don’t do refunds which I was never told in the beginning! If I would’ve known, I would’ve never came here! Only store credit ...I never shop here it was my first time.

How did I not know about this place?! Not only do they have some of my favorite brands like OCC, TooFaced, and SIGMA! But they also carry lots of hair and skincare! The staff is super helpful and friendly and they totally recommend the best products. I am hooked! wish there were more locations in the IE.. the closest one is Riverside :/ Planet Beauty! Open more stores!
