I looked everywhere for this particular car. 2 dealers sold right from under me without bothering to call me back and let me know. Horrible way to treat a SR citizen that is also a retired Navy air traffic controller. H&A auto has exceptional customer serviceJaime treated me like a queen and bought coffee for me. Hassle free car sale. The Finance Director,Marie came in on her day off to finalize the sale. Exceeded all the other dealer/finance people I have bought cars from throughout my life. I informed Schools First Credit Union of my wonderful experience so they can let others know and plan on posting the same at the VFW so our Veterans will know where to buy.

Fake advertisement! I purchased a car here 2 years ago, 10 months after I was left stranded due to an oil leak which I had repaired. Now it failed the smog due to a hose. My car has been serviced for oil changes, etc. I called the office for the mechanics number to take it in and I was refused as if I wasnt going to pay. Be careful, you might get a LEMON like mine. I was told if I ever had issues with the car I could call the mechanic for assistance. H & A will not assist once they have your hard earned money... your salesperson never offered another phone number. I found someone, I was not asking for a handout

Bought my Chrysler 300 here back in 2016. Beautiful car. Have had no issues with it, great price, low payments an very low mileage. I got lucky! Still have today an still running like a champ!

Bought my car 5 months ago, first oil change was due, come to find out they sold me a car where my oil pannel was put together by silicon on a very stripped plug. My tires were showing wires, and brakes only lasted 2 months before needing replacement. They make it look nice for off lot. And there was no take it to mechanic before purchase.

I was shopping around Holt Blvd for a car for my 16 year old son as he just got his drivers license. He ended up liking a car at ha auto sales. After test driving we go inside to discuss the price and financing. Felt very comfortable working with the staff. They answered all our questions honestly. We ended up leaving very happy with our experience.

They were able to find me a car that fit my price range. I decided on a 2010 Ford fusion and I could not be more excited about my purchase. Not going to lie I had pretty low expectations with this place but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and accommodations provided at H&A Auto Sales. They even offer a 1 month warranty with every car which was never offered to me at the other place I shopped at ( they kept trying to push the extended warranty on me). I’m going to tell my family and friends about this place.

Run the other way dont come here to buy a car they sold me a car with a bad engine and will not cover the cost of it I havent had the car for even 30days before the problems started they do bad business and dont care about anyone but the money they are Faurds...

Found their lot on carfax and came through last weekend. Their dealership is located next to a bunch of other dealerships on holt blvd in ontario. I was able to test drive a couple cars that sparked my interest. I really liked the dodge ram they had and it was a fair price. I tried negotiating the price down but they explained to me the price online is the cash price and since i was financing they cant guarantee that price and i guess other dealerships do the same thing. they were still able to get me a nice monthly payment. overall pretty hassle free and good visit.

FATAL!!! The only thing I recommend is that they record everything that is spoken and look closely at the deals they make !! One of the things is that since May 7 I am waiting for some letters that go in the drawer of my truck and until now they have not reached me, because they do not find them 💆 and I clarify that they need it because they removed it to themselves put them at the door and they thought that I would not notice what REPEAT is ONE thing that I tell them they did to me! And better not to mention the noise of the brakes, insurance etc etc etc🙆
