Great service! Quick oil change. They inspected the whole vehicle. I love that they made a personalized video of the inspection and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced. I love that I was able to sign the paperwork digitally from home. I was even able to pay online. Very efficient! I will be returning here from now on.
I’m pleased with the details of what needed to be done to my car. But the wait time was extreme. I had an appointment at 740am. Didn’t get done till 10:30. That was for brake fluid. Do you think I’m over exaggerating? In the waiting room for almost 3 hours. Thank goodness for my patience and the kind employees.

I dropped in to look at the X4 on a lazy Sunday afternoon and were impressed with the entire experience; the car, of course, was fantastic but Rafi is really what made the entire experience a pleasure. Purchasing a vehicle, even in the best of circumstances, can be unpleasant, but Rafi made the whole thing a breeze; his graciousness, knowledge of the vehicle, the paperwork, he walked us through everything seamlessly and I am truly thankful. My vehicle was actually at the dealership 2 entire months. Due to Covid they had difficulty getting parts to repair it. However I was given a rental vehicle during the entire time. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost wasn’t as bad as I had been told thank goodness. My son actually intervened and contacted BMW and they were kind enough to reduce the price considerably. I am grateful to my son and BMW. I have my vehicle back and it seems to be working just fine now.

Normally, I would rate my experience at BMW of Ontario 5 Stars. However, this most recent visit was not a good one. They did the work but did not test it to make sure it was functioning properly which now requires me to bring & leave the car again. Unacceptable. Would you install a new hose and not make sure its properly attached? No.
I had my car dropped off Wednesday after hours last week for some warning signs that came up on my brand new vehicle! Not 1 person has returned my calls. I’ve been calling daily to know what’s going on. I finally got ahold of someone on Friday who said my car had never been looked at. Every time I request to speak to a manager I never get transferred! What’s going on here this is not professional at all. To top it off I just had a baby and I’m with out a car. I also can’t get a response about a loaner

Went to this store since I am in the market for a new car. I parked in the guest parking, close to the main entrance to the showroom. I was looking at an M440i. I waited for a Sales person to come out, went to the entrance of the showroom to see if anyone would look my way and assist me, nothing. Walked to the other end of the store, went to see a black 430i and also a blue 330i, stay in the store (outside), for about 15 minutes. I realized that even though, these people were not busy, they didnt think I was a serious buyer. I decided to call and find out if you needed to make an appointment to get some assistance. I called and went through the prompts until I spoke to an agent. After ensuring I didnt need to make an appointment, I told the agent I was outside on their lot, it was dissapointed with their service, salesmanship. The agent apologized and said he could help me, he said he had just gone outside and no one was there. I told him, of course I am no longer there, I told him to check his security camera and he would see an Alfa Romeo driving out, that was me. I also told him I was no longer interested in doing business with them, I realized they werent as busy with clients but I they had lost a potential one. Some of the BMW stores are arrogant and act as if you have to be of a certain caliber of client for you to be assisted, oh well, plenty of stores and choices out there. This place will not get my business.
Great communication during service. Will Smith kept me constantly updated on the status of my vehicle. I even received a video of the safety inspection once the my vehicle was completed. I won’t trust my BMW to anyone else. Thanks for the great service!

I have to say that service advisor Pamela Allen made my day when I took my car for an issue. She was very understanding and respectful of my situation. When she could not make a judgment if this issue was still under warranty, she took it to her manager. Sure enough that because its a safety issue(seat belt), its covered under the 4 year, new car warranty. I commend her for being thoughtful and caring as a service advisor should be.

Busy place but the service is excellent. They were able to find the problem on my 650i where two other shops could not. Took a bit longer than hoped but I had the use of a 2021 loaner the whole time.
The customer service was impeccable! I love how they sent me a video of the inspection and recommendations they did on my vehicle. It was all such an efficient process.

I have a BMW vehicle, still under SULEV warranty but it will not be serviced here because according to the lady who makes the appointments (Guiselle), they do not service vehicles over 10 years regardless if they are under warranty or not. 🤦🏻♂️
Excellent service, BMW has earned themselves a long-term client with their excellent customer service and next generation technology in their amazing vehicles. I acquired a 2021 430i and managed to close the deal in less than 3 hours while I was at home, came in to sign and pick up keys and was on my merry way. Will be coming back for any vehicle needs.

This place has terrible service and they try to take advantage of women. I contacted the parts department for a part for my vehicle. I received a price quote and asked my wife to call and order the part. The man who spoke to her told her the price was over $75 more than the price I had been quoted, which was consistent with all local online prices. She requested his direct call back number since it is impossible to get ahold of a live person on the phone. He provided her with the general voice mailbox. They clearly arent interested in our business.

When we went to financing, we had no issues as well. Matt helped us in that department & was very nice & thorough as well. Not busy at all, didn’t give me the time of day. BMW of Ontario were quick to judge based it felt like. Maybe they should surpass what the person might be wearing.. Was ready to make a deal on a M235i for a little Christmas present to myself. sales person was rude and had a nasty personality sadly.

How can I switch advisors? There’s no way to reach mine. The BMW voicemail system either doesn’t worked or it’s unmanned. I tried different ways to reach my advisor and none work. I always end up in his voicemail.I had my B6 sitting for weeks while I had already asked to go ahead and make the repairs. I come back 3 weeks later without a single update and then nothing. All that had to be done was the brakes.For being my first BMW, I’m very let down by the service. But maybe it’s just this advisor or this location. I will try other ones
Ive been going to BMW of Ontario for many years for now. I have always been provided with good service and a professional staff. I would recommend them for any service needs you may have.
We just need tire change, we left car there for two days, then a month later we got call told us the parts already arrived, we can drop off car to get the service. But last time when we pick up car, they didn’t tell us it needs to service again and one day can be done. Two days ago we dropped car, they said two days can be done, this morning I call them lots of times, no one answered phone. We came there, be told yesterday they ordered another part, so still working! And car can be ready this 5PM. Service is soooo slow and poor

Service center is horrible, service center message me at 3:27 pm, say my car is ready. I am here at 6 pm and now it is 6:47 pm, they were looking for my key for at least 30 mins and told me the car has not been washed! Very bad service experience here.I am so disappointed about this first 1 yr service. My next BMW wont be purchased from here.Watch what the final condition after they wash the car. They spend a little over time to wash the car, I wasted 1 hour, Friday hour to stay here waiting for my key.-------------------------------------------------The experience was OK. And Mike is very helpful, providing a lot support to get my lease of X3 approved. The price is OK, better than east coast, acceptable price in So Cal. The lonaer car dept cross the street is also very good.Their strategy is to let 1 sales offer a high price and no negotiate, then manager come to offer a lower price then you will be willing to accept. A lot document and dealer fee as other place.I would recommend here anyway, my friend introduced me here, and I also ask my other friend come to pick up a 530e.

It’s amazing how truly magnificent Raffi Injian made me feel from start to finish of my experience. His professionalism, sincere candor and immediate vision of what I wanted over the phone went from me scheduling an appointment for the following Friday to me driving up to dealership to pick up my dream car less than 1 hour later. This is my third BMW and by far my absolute best experience. I sat in the finance office and was walked through each part, step-by-step, and from my walk in to finish was less than 2 1/2 hours. Such a rewarding experience to work really hard to get the car you love and it be a seamless process. I’ve had the car a week tomorrow and I’ve already received a call to talk about any bells and whistles I may need to learn about. There’s an art to superior customer service. It’s the small things, the nuances that most don’t notice... truly an unforgettable experience and my twins learned something new that day - they learned that this is the level of customer service to expect from everyone.
