He helped me do all the paperwork over the phone, he sent pics of vehicle and all I had to do was show up the the dealership and sign. Waiting time unbelievable 😩😩😩 I arrived at 9:40am for appointment at 10 am service oil change and hace already been wait all day 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. It’s looking like a day for a simple oil change. This is after coming in a week ago mid morning and being told it would be 5 hours. We want keep service in our concessionaire….but is like imposible if this situation not change. Service writes are professional and helpful. Other think they offer drop off service I’m here waiting for 1hour 30 minutes🤦🏼‍♀️

This was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. I had been looking for a Jeep for quite some time and was hesitant to go to big dealerships due to fear of not qualifying or over pricing. I was ready to call it a day after unpleasant customer service at other dealers but I decided to stop by Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT Of Ontario on my way home. It was the best decision I could have made, right from the start I was greeted by a very friendly sales man - Leo L. who took the time to show me what inventory they had & was not pushy at all. He was very professional, along side his Team (Rodney F -Sales manager & Gerardo A. - Finance Department). I couldnt have worked with a more detail oriented, customer service oriented, professional team. They took the time explain everything I needed to know. As a woman with many questions, they had all the answers! I felt comfortable & would definitely refer anyone to come and purchase / trade in a car here. So grateful for the team that helped me. I was looking for a 2020 Acura TLX. Victor the sales person was super nice and humble. I drove the car and was happy, however the interior was not what I was looking for. Rodney the Manager asked if he could change the interior would I consider purchase? I agreed. To make this a short story. The interior could not be changed due to a couple of reasons. I could of backed out of deal. However, I didnt because Rodney made every effort to make me happy. He worked with me. He was friendly. In my opinion I felt he was honest. Honesty to me is everything. If you’re in need of a used car, and don’t want to be screwed, go to Ontario Auto Center’s Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. My brother bought his fleet of trucks from Joe, my 75 yr old mom bought her RAM Hemi 4x4 from them two years ago and today I bought a Jeep! My sales rep, Christian, had easy communication from the get go! over text and in person! He sent fast pictures of the car before I arrived. He had my car ready to test (AC on, pulled up front) He had knowledge about my car made the sale part easy. I never felt like I was being played or salesed. He was happy to work for me. Will definitely recommend Christian as the used car salesman of the year at Ontario Jeep Chrysler Dodge!!! Leo in finance was super nice offering personal stories about his sweet family (although he doesn’t like camping!) and the big boss literally got down on his knees to look me in the eye and tell me my used car is not a lemon!!!! Great place to happily spend spend $30 grand.

Didnt want to take my car in. Said it would be a week and a half before they are able to even look at it and were all out of rentals. The best they can do is take the car and give me a ride home. What am I paying for? I pay extra for 100% full coverage for stuff like this? Very disappointed

If you own a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge… make sure you service it at CJD of Ontario. Make sure you look for Jose Ortega. Courteous, efficient, quick and honest. Checked me in, when everyone seemed busy and got my service and repair done a lot quicker than expected. When have you heard of a such story? She even got me a quote on new tires that I asked and noticed I bought new filters and wipers and offered to have them installed right away. Dans the man!!!!!With me having basic knowledge in car maintenance, Dan was super helpful and answered all my questions in details and examples.They also picked me up from my home all the way in San Bernardino which was a life saver! So thank you guys!!!Only thing would suggest would be more guidance/friendly C.S. in the service department? I walked in the service department, and no one greeted me or asked if I had been helped. There were a few people behind the counter and I stood there for a good 5 minutes before anyone looked or said anything to me. I know 5 minutes isnt a long time, but with no Ill be with you in a minute seems like forever. At last, a nice young lady who was already on her way out to her lunch break asked if I had been helped. She ended up helping me and letting me know to wait in my car. Maybe a text on directions to say to wait in the car and wait for the techs to come out to your car? Not really sure how its run, but it would definitely help. Thanks!

My “oil change needed light” came on and I called the dealer I got my car from (and is in my town) to have this simple service done on a Saturday. They said they were closed on Saturday and they could not get me in for over a week.I called the Ontario dealer and they said they could get me in the next day. I took it there and the service was great.

I did get a call back shortly after this post thank you. My car got the repair needed but something is still not working from a recall & is getting looked at. Thank you Carl & service manager Dale whose helping with this & the other service rep that was helping during Carls Vacation. All three have been very helpful. Once resolved & I get my car back will definitely be a 5 star service & update then. Will keep fellow review readers updated. This is a follow up from 1 star review below & changing the status: My car is done but needs one more repair & Ive been trying to get a hold of someone. Ive had no call backs since Wednesday & I have left messages with the phone customer service secretary, the service department, a service manager & now trying for the 4th day Saturday & phone is just ringing. Hopefully I get a response to this review & really want a call back to follow up on my vehicle status.

I took my 2018 Wrangler in for a recall on 7/6/2021. I had a 10:30 appointment. The service writer was Karina Delira. She took excellent care of me, talked with the technician, and was able to get the reprogramming done and had me out the door in less than 30 Minutes.I have had a previous experience with this dealer where the Service writer did not follow up at all and my car was there for 4 days. I brought this to the attention of the service manager (Kirk), who then got involved and got my car back to me. Last time it was a 1 star visit, this time a 5 star visit.Keep up the good work!Bob Perkins

*Update* As I stated below, I am updating my review as I have received compensation for my stolen items through mail, however there was no communication whatsoever.BEWARE. Valuables were stolen from my vehicle while at this dealership. They even took my vehicles registration and insurance card! Amongst other items. I let my service agent know and he had me make a list of the items stolen and their price, I took that list of the 300$+ stolen items in on the same day he said he would leave it on his managers desk and I would hear back about being reimbursed. It has been over three weeks now and have not heard a thing. I was given the directors number.. left a message. Still nothing. I dont want an automated were sorry blah blah response back on this review, I want to be contacted now about my stolen items. You know unless the customers property is not respected at this dealership. I will gladly update this review if I am contacted.

I took my car here for a routine service. It did not have any problems with the car, but it was time. They said everything looked good. Cool. I drove out of the lot and was about 1 mile away when I started getting a warning light and sound. When I returned and told them I had zero problems until they touched the car, they said they would have to charge me just to inspect the problem. Do not take your car here. They will create problems.

BEWARE!! Service department was awful! I had an appointment today with the service department. When i made an appointment I was told I was able to to wait for my car but then the service adviser told me they wouldnt be able to get to my car for another week. When I got there we had to wait 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Plenty of service advisors walking around but no one stop to say Sorry for the wait someone will be with you in a minute Take in mind there was 7 other cars waiting to be seen. Once we finally saw the service advisor ( Didnt get her name but she had purple hight lights in her hair) She was so rude and had an attitude like if were disturbing her break time and doing her a favor by taking the car to that dealer. Make a long story short we didnt leave the car there, we decide if we were going to be treated that way they didnt need our business. Right after that two other cars left right behind us because no one acknowledged them. This was our second time giving this service department a chance and both times it was the same thing. Very disappointed!

I had a late model emission recall on my 2011 Ram 2500. Britany was great. She ordered the necessary parts and scheduled a time for me to drop off the truck and pick up a rental vehicle. The truck was completed two days earlier than promised and picking up the vehicle was smooth and without issues.I would recommend Ontario Dodge to any who need service. I cannot express how unhappy I am with this dealership. They are rude and cannot even both to greet you and say hello. On several occasions I’ve made multiple attempts to call in and no one answers the phone. How can they run a business with multiple employees yet they cannot answer. I also like today got up early to get in line to have my truck serviced and AGAIN have been sent away. This is unacceptable. They need to understand people like myself can’t always get up early and sit in line for an hour when I have a severe special needs child at home. If they could only have the opportunity to allow those to schedule an appointment it would be great. They need to take complaints into consideration.

Trying to get anyone on the phone is the pits. You are transferred around the office and no one picks up their phone. Unable to reach services, you are given a number to call and it goes to voicemail. My Truck has been in service for over a week and I am now being told I have to wait another 2 weeks for a part. I almost did not get a rental car that is good for one week and trying to get ahold of someone to extend it took over an hour. Poor customer service

SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!Bought car from them October 2020, Bought second car from them 2 weeks after, Have issues with the second car, But Dale take care everything, Very nice personHere is the story why I give 1 starBring my car for First time Service, First time I didnt make appointment, I show up randomly, There was long line waiting, Talked to one of the service advisor, He said cant get it done in same day because I dont have appointment which is totally understandable, I drove home, Make a appointment for next week, Week after, Was on my way, 15 minutes before appointment, They called me said, There service guy has something emergency happened at home, They cant get it done same day, I have to leave car there overnight, Again, Totally understandable, Something like this is not big deal, everybody has their own things to do, Then I made appointment for day after, Because they told me if I can bring my car next day morning they can get it done same day, Next day, Again, Bring my car at 8:00 am, Wait in line about 1.5 hours finally talk to a service advisor, He give me a number to wait, Wait about another hour, Different guy shows up, He said He cant get it done because I was too late, Their oil change schedule for that day is Fully booked, Cant take anything after 8:00amI work at this industry too, Always trying to understand people because of X Y Z reasons, I dont think I will come back to this dealership no more, I bought a car, My buddy bought from here because of me, My cousin bought from here too because of me, My co worker bought from here because of me. Business like this is base on referrals, I keep sending my family members my friends to this dealership, I guess they already got what they want, They dont have to take care their customer no more, Business is Business, Again, Understandable.By the way, I live 30 miles away, My time definitely mean something.

Left my car for a recall and to inspect a suspected misfire. Was told 1 week for an update, but it has been almost 2 weeks so far with no update and no car. No one answers their phones or emails at the service desk. I understand if service is running slow or behind but if they cant even provide an update just assume youll never get your car back. Now I have to find a ride to the dealership just to find someone in person that can tell me whats going on, and all of this could have been easily resolved with a simple phone call or email.

Ali was nice other then that this place is very disappointing if you have bad credit dont think you will get a good deal. They def ripped me off and added 3,000 car plan and told me either i have it on my contract or no deal !? They took back my 5 day return policy as well. I only came back because i wanted the car just know i will never come back again this place is disgusting on how they treat customers !!!!!!!! Carmax is nicer to you! My car radio or screen needed to be replaced. They ordered both parts but they were sent the wrong radio. Finally the correct radio came on and it was installed but the problem continued . But they did everything to correct the problem. Even the service manager assisted. They were very helpful and courteous. Including getting me a rental at their cost. I highly recommend using their services. Car problems are a hassle but the service department did everything to assist me in a professional manner .

Began purchase on-line. Submitted request to be contacted and Freddy from Internet sales made immediate contact. Provided pricing and car details via emails and texts back & forth, so that was extremely helpful in allowing to make final decision to purchase (from home) before making the trip to the dealership. Freddy was efficient in communicating & made every effort to answer my questions and to work out a deal which I felt was fair to include the trade of my prior vehicle. Great vehicle selection at the dealership. Also, extremely well kept and clean facility. All customer seating areas keep people at a safe distance from each other and sales desks are fitted with plexiglass. Since you will be there for several hours taking care of paperwork once you finalize your deal, it is reassuring that the dealership follows COVID safety guidelines. Highly recommend for customers to connect with Freddy for purchase at dealership. I made the purchase on a busy Saturday, and observed how he multi-tasked several customers at a time. I was one of probably four or five customers he was working with that day. He managed to provide a test drive, answered all questions during the deal, and was an efficient intermediary between sales management/finance and myself. Even got to speak with sales manager during the deal, that was an interesting experience. But in the end, sales manager made every effort to work out a reasonable deal. Freddy kept me abreast of process as I even got some exercise and walked around the dealership while my paperwork was prepared. Overall, excellent purchase experience.

Service writes are professional and helpful, wait times are annoyingly long. The service department is way to busy fir their size. I arrived at 6:30 am for express service oil change and have already been waiting fir 2 1/2 hours, car is still 3rd in line. It’s looking like a half day for an oil change. This is after coming in a week ago mid morning and being told it would be 6 hours, so I thought I’d come back and be near the front of the line. Service writer told me there were probably hold overs from the day before. Express line isn’t really express.

My family and I we’re traveling from Southern California to St. Louis after separating from the service. We were only 2 hours into our road trip when my engine light came on. We arrived to the dealership and met with Jose who was extremely professional and very helpful. He was able to diagnose a recall malfunction and reprogrammed the issue which was causing the check engine light to come on, no real mechanical issue. He possibly saved us thousands of dollars from someone else who could have misdiagnosed the issue. I can’t thank him and the service department enough for quickly fixing the issue, not charging us, and getting my family and I back on the road.

I have to say that we had a very good experience. We made an appointment for a test drive and Mark Saunders was there to meet us. He made sure to answer any questions that we had honestly and patiently. After the test drive we decided to make the purchase and we worked with him and his sales manager Rodney Frazer. We never felt pressured and they worked very hard to get us a deal that we were very satisfied with. Worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. They told me it would take 3 hours. Three hours later I ask the front desk to check the status of my vehicle. They snap back it will be another 3 hours, that’s fine, I go home. I call 3 hours later and was informed the service department went home for the day. I said well can you see if my car is there? He said, “no they went home, you’ll have to call back tomorrow” and hung up. No phone call letting me know my car was going to stay overnight. No communication. They are overworked, understaffed, and consequently struggling to keep composure with customers. I go the next morning to finally get my car and they “can’t find it”. I explained I will have to come back and pick it up another time bc I am late for work now (waited for another 2 hours that morning) and the man told me “you will wait here and be patient” and storms off. Lol. Sir, do you think people have random hours of free time everyday to wait around on you and your employees clearly would rather die than put forth an effort here? I ubered to work that morning.Do yourself and these employees a solid and go anywhere else. They don’t want your business. They have enough.

They have a mobile check in app that can help with unnecessary contact with others. The experience was pretty painless with the exception that I was told the best way to contact the service advisor is if you have any questions would be by text message. Unfortunatly I had received text messages from 3 different phone numbers on check in. Make sure you know and test the number they give you to text them at.

Horrible service, had my 2011 Jeep Rubicon in for a leak and heater not working, it took 15 days, I called over and over with no response. When I picked it up I was charged $2007. Went home heater still not working and still had oil leaks. Took it back after several attempts of calling. They had it another 7 days, they said it was now my radiator and my transmission was leaking oil. I told them to put it back together so I could just take it to a place that will fix my issues. To top it off when I went to pick it up today it took 40 minutes to get my Jeep. Sent email to GM About my experience.

I wish that my son’s jeep broke down near a different Jeep dealership. His car has been in the shop for four weeks and we have no idea when it will be ready. I have to call regularly to get updates on it. My service rep is rude and comes across as not caring about repeat business. Our warranty only covers five days of rental and that has already been used. This is the only car we have and my service rep told me that the back ordered part could come in next week or in four weeks; not to worry though, she will call me when it does come in. HORRIBLE response to a horrible experience so far.

My wife and I have never been here, but we bought a car with the help from Freddy Arvayo. My wife and I had been searching for a new Jeep SRT. I found one on the Kelly Blue Book site and decided to call the advertising dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and friendly voice on the other side of the call. Freddy played no games and was willing to take us seriously. Not only did he sell us the car, but he had a nice young lady even deliver it to our home about 30 miles away. This was above and beyond! Tried to make a service appointment for my vehicle. Was told that I would have to leave my vehicle with them for a week and a half before it would even get looked at (for a suspected minor issue which the vehicle is still under warranty). I asked why I couldn’t just schedule a service appointment further out and continue to use my car for that week and a half, and then bring in my vehicle on the day that it would be looked at. The service secretary said that is just how it has always been since she started working there… Seems like a major systems issue that could be easily addressed by only booking appointments when they are caught up with current service vehicles.

Do they even want business? I called and was transferred for Ram service, phone rang for minutes and no answer. I called again and had the operator transfer me to their voicemail- 2 days later and no answer. I called again today and was transferred to Ram service- again phone rang for several minutes before the call being ended. I have a Ford truck and a Ram truck- the experience is WAY BETTER with Ford service
