Logical stop on your way into LA to get a shower and get your act together before you hit the big city. very clean and well managed.

If you can avoid this service. I came here with coolant leak and they told me that i need new radiator. They estimate everything around 2200,but they told me if I got my own part it will be cheaper. Ofcourse i went next morning, bought the radiator and start waiting for them. 8am they told me give us couple minutes and you will have a bay...after 3 hours, again wait couple more min and we will start. At 3:30 pm finally got the bay so they can start ( 5 hours job as they said ). At 6pm one guy is calling me with the estimate of 1800$ without part that i purchase for like 1100$. So to short the story, they made me wait whole day(2 days total) to charge me basically 1800$ for 4-5 hour job. Definitely bad communication with technicians for the pricing and everything else. Such a disappointment.

Thank you TA Shop/Service. You got me in your shop in as timely a manner as you could. You chased parts and got me rolling again. Im sorry I dont remember the names of all but thank you Randy, Elmer, Omar, Matt and everyone involved. You guys are awesome!!

I came here once, when I was looking for a Subway, while looking through an Uber app! Of course, there was no Subway, but they had a Taco Bell. So, I went and ate there! Of course, without Taco Bell, there is a gas station, Pizza Hut, a country-style eatery, and a convenience store. It is a good truck stop, of course, I am not a trucker. Still, it is quite a convenient place!

So glad this was here, considering where right in the middle of a busy city. TA is TA. Thank you for having this place here 🤙✌️if you don’t pay anything your ticket will be $25 if you stay they night. First two hrs are free. Pretty easy to spend money in TA they have a great shopping center inside.

Stopped in here for a shower the morning of Thursday, August 19. $15 gets you a private bathroom with a locked door, sink, toilet, shower, and hair dryer, towels, little soaps and shampoo dispenser (I think – I brought my own), apparently for as long as you need. It was as clean as decent hotels or airport first-class lounge facilities, and the attendant on duty was friendly and helpful (as were the other staff). The wait was not more than about 10 minutes at around 09:00. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Attention Travel Centers of America Corporate. The slowest truck mechanic shop in the country. I arrived last night at the TA Ontario, CA at 10:30 pm. The clerk told me theyd have a mechanic this morning. Still at 8:45 am, they had no mechanic. They dismounted the two Brake Chambers but, at approximately 11:00 am, I ask why they have not started, and a young lady tells me that they are making me an estimate. I told him that I dont need an estimate, that my cargo needs to go and I just need to fix the truck. 10 minutes later, the girl tells me to go to the counter to sign the estimate. At that moment, the mechanics were making jokes with the Customer Service people in the store. I think there were about 5 employees. At around 12:00 we were told that the two Brake Chambers they bought for my truck arrived wrong. There were only two trucks in the shop; ours and another. The mechanics passed near the trucks but they did not work. At approximately 3:15 they started working on my truck and finally at 4:00 pm they told us that it was ready. This is the way to lose a day of work with a service that can be solved in an hour. Unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever. Completely ignored me as if I was not there, and had a sign up falsely stating that the restroom was closed for cleaning yet NO ONE WAS CLEANING IT. Just one restroom, though. Im sure you can guess which one. The other one was fully operational. I wanted to wash my hands and then grab a snack and whatever other random truck stop goodies I could see before getting gas, but after being rudely ignored Ill never spend a dime here. Ive actually never heard anything good about this place so Im really not surprised. Oh and the gas is preposterously overpriced if you use anything other than 87! This is the most expensive Shell Ive seen in the area for miles and miles. Needless to say, I wont be back. Probably great for truckers since youre so limited as far as where you can stop, but for us civilians this is a place to steer clear of.

Three stars because I love the staff I respect everyone but at some point people need to take pride in their work by cleaning properly. Its one thing to smile be cordial, proper and nice but cleanliness is godliness. And if you dont believe in God then cleanliness should still be a top priority in your work ethic. Theres residue on the shower head my shower at home isnt like that its spotless no calcium deposits nor grime. The people who work there are nice but please clean these showers better and after every use. Please clean these showers better than you do your home.

I had an appointment for 0800 pm, the evening Truck Service lady is Great, the morning guy on Saturday needs to find a new job, he is rude. Its like he does not care at all.15 minutes after starting this conversation Im called for the service, meet a gracious service lady, she is congenial, knowledgeable of her job, and it is like the guy I first tried to get service from, is just a crazy link to the unwelcome past.

I love coming here specially when PATTY is their i always look forward to come and hope to see her... she has great customer service ... and always has everthing very clean 👌...

Nice truck stop has a lot of parking lot . Field a bit pricey but still cheaper than other locations in CA. They got here few fast food restaurants inside and a buffet where you can get food 24 hours a day. There is a truck shop here but you might gonna have to be in line for couple hours. This truck stop right by the airport that’s a huge plus.

Needed a tire changed and batteries checked. At 2:30 pm I was told I wouldn’t get in til 10:00 pm. I got in at 6:am. A guy unhooked my batteries then disappeared for 3.5 hrs. When I inquired they said they were busy.when they finally got around to my tire after it was halfway done, the guy said, I’ll be right back to finish it then vanished for 1.5 hours. Then said he couldn’t inflate it because something was broke. Even though there was obviously plenty of air guns going in the shop. I have now been here 20 hrs and my tire is still not mounted. 5.5 hrs in the shop now to check batteries and change a tire. How sad

What a joke of a place! Checked in LAST night at 8:30pm is noon the next day with only two trucks in front of me. What i was told, when i checked in they must be flying the oil in from the middle east. Good luck driver’s you gonna need it & alot patience with this clown show. Everytime i walk by theres 3-4 techs huddled up chilling. Zero stars!!!!

To all folks that need service work help:We had ac problems with our 2020 Freight liner and Jeff on second shift was awesome!! He is a true ac pro and knows a ton more about trucks/maintenance than most service folks!We had wonderful service and help from this TA...mostly thanks to Jeff! ( my only disappointment is that due to TA Corporate policy...Jeff was unable to help us with our rooftop AC in our ARI Sleeper.)Kudos to Jeff and the second shift at this Ontario TA shop! As always a pleasure staying here .if you are coming to LA just for a delivery trust me this is the safest parking spot you can find unless you live in LA and know the spots where to park your truck at . really bumped out they dont have the buffett anymore used to be my fav place to go eat when they were still open . this place still has pizza hut n taco bell so thats still great ig . well the parking for trucks is great you get your tickets in front of the gas station and once you are in you can park wherever you find a good spot . a lot of ppl work on their trucks while they are here so chatting with strangers is pretty common n fun around here . goodluck out there n stay safe

Employees are all usually very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the security is too aggressive. They need to learn people skills, dont accuse people, and learn to be respectful. I seriously did not appreciate being accused of lying and his aggressive behavior towards me.UPDATEI will NEVER give this company my money ever again!!!! Ive spent thousands of dollars in gas in goods this year alone. They have now decided that they only want truckers there. I was told I could purchase gas and goods and leave immediately after. How is this a Travel Center of America? All their stuff is extremely overpriced anyway.

This place is pay to park. If you can get past that it is a nice truck stop. Plenty of food options inside the truck stop and if you walk across the highway there are plenty of more places to eat there. There is always parking available in the afternoon and morning but come after 7 p.m. and its hit-and-miss if youll get a spot.

Highly recommend Oscar the night time certified mechanic. Ive been to at least 10 shops including the dealership and no one could fix the problem. Oscar stayed with it and fixed it! Really a pro!

Rude staff . They closed all the showers and said we’re cleaning like who clean all showers at a same time ?? You have to clean one shower at a time its a common sense thing . No doubt thats why your rating is low 😂

One of the biggest truck stops I have ever seen since I started trucking. Parking is paid for if you dont spend $20+ in the store or restaurant. But if you do spend the $20+ you can park maximum 24hrs. Getting in and out of the place can be a nightmare so if you are in a hurry to make a delivery or pick up a load, try and avoid this place

I work there part time and is a convenient place for a quick pit stop while traveling.

Beware of parking scams here. Last September, I stayed for 26 hours and they asked me for a $50 parking fee even though I did $30 shopping. When I asked the lady at the gate why you werent counting my shopping receipts, she said thats what the computer says. I told the lady that I didnt pay the parking fee in full when I shopped before, but she insisted that I had to pay. I think TA management is not aware of this parking scam.

Too many quarentine stricken liars working at TAs customer service counter. No question is validated after sunset or for independent operators negotiating over reserved vehicle storage spaces. Bombs away. In order to complete this post a star had to be selected.

Unorganized. 6 hours in a bay for brake caliber, s cam and bushings just to be told they cant get the part until tomorrow. Standing around talking instead of doing the job and waiting to everything closes to do anything about it. This shop is one of the worst in TA system.

They don’t let you wait to use the showers. The employees are rude. And they kick you out right away. The older man moping was also very abrupt in me stepping on his “floor” as he was fanning it dry. The register closed down for about 15 minutes and I couldn’t buy anything.

The showers are very clean. The staff is friendly. The in store restaurants are very convenient.

At 12:22am, and even after explaining it would be dangerous to move my 34 vehicle multiple times, they still forced us to move. TA is usually wonderful. NOT this one!! NOT friendly or very kind.

We have been here since 1pm yesterday on 9-26-21 and didnt get into the service bay till the following morning come to find out the ta has been calling the wrong number all night and the wrong driver and when we checked in me and my husband repeated the phone number to the service lady twice to make sure she had the number now sitting on the bay shop while they screw around following each other like it takes 5 guys to get tires out of the container they are stored in and then stand around talking

!!!Warning!!! Worse experience ever for Road side mobile technician dispatch!!!! Call anyone else except for this place…. At 2:26am my company sent me the work order number and told me that TA would be coming out to look at my truck, this TA was only 1hr away at the most. The technician finally got there around 6:40am. He scanned my truck and was looking around it he told me he’s going to perform a regen. After 1hr 30 minutes he told me the regen failed and that I will need a doser unit… so just to be clear I the customer waited for 4hrs, for him to only spend 1hr 30 minutes and my bill to $600+ when I asked for a break down they had the audacity to say there’s 4hrs of tech hours. When he literally spent 1hr 30minutes. The reason I know it was 1hr 30 minutes is he told me it usually take about 1hr give or take and he went to sit in his truck with a trainee, and at the 1hr mark he came back looked at his computer and said he didn’t think it would take this long. He went back to his truck and then about 30 minutes later the truck idled regularly and he came back out. He also mentioned to me that he had other customer which is why he took so long to get to me. Then when he call to get the invoice for me the lady on the phone from the shop he was talking to asked him if he was with me for 8 hours because in my ticket someone was clocked in my ticket for that long. After the lady on the phone did some research she saw there was another tech clocked in they realized it was the trainee clocked in as well. My technician was asking to reduce the cost because he knows that he didn’t do much to justify $679.58, she sarcastically said well he’s not paying for both techs now of 8 hrs he’s paying for half and she went on the tell my tech not to lower the cost, even though he knew it was right and she failed to realize that she was on speaker so I can get the cost so I can get the Authorization code for the com check…. all in all this was my first experience with TA road side, and I have already notified my company and this will definitely be the last time…. TA needs to do better!!! TO ALL TAKE HEED to this post and look else where for mobile service. FYI I took my truck somewhere 10 minutes away after having to drive at 5mph because my truck was in safe mode. The mechanic shop was able to tell me exactly what was going on, and was more professional than this lady that works at the TA service shop. The professionalism and the accuracy of there work is a total joke!

The TA has the best repair shop among all the TAs I have ever visited,but long long waiting time,if you do need repair service,check in as soon as possible.

Was told Id be in and out very soon for an air leak diagnosis and a 5 minute trailer lube. They diagnosed the air leak, then told me other things that I already knew about, therefore did not need to be told about again, wasting both his and my valuable time without taking 5 minutes or less to grease my trailer. 5 1/2 hours later, after being ignored and talked down to the whole time, I had enough so I expressed my displeasure in no uncertain terms, at which time I was immediately taken to another bay by the manager (who was the only professional in the entire place) and three minutes later I was done and on my way. During my 5 1/2 hour internment, I observed two separate occasions wherein several people were standing around laughing and goofing off, extremely unprofessional and overall disappointing, especially compared to other TAs across the nation, definitely far less than the type of service Ive come to expect from this organization.

This was just an Ok place. Great location, being that you cant drop your trailer. Taco bell and pizza hut inside. No dinning in tho because of covid. Lots of parking. Showers are small, barely any hot water. Fee of $25 for parking or spend that much to get to credit for parking.

The only reason they get a 2 is because the store manager was kind.Travelers of America my ***. PSA: IF YOU DRIVE A BUS YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. We have been here for a couple hours but they decided to not inform us that we had to leave until it was 10:30pm. The security guard was really rude, couldnt even tell us why we werent allowed there. We went and talked to a store manager, he was kind but told us they only allow cargo vans or box trucks. So, if you drive anything else, RV, bus, whatever, you will be profiled, targeted and told to leave. Hopefully, you wont be ready for bed like us, so you actually have time to find a new place.

Its not the best truck stop but considering you are in the area to get unloaded in the LA county area it is pretty decent. It is very difficult to find parking in the Los Angeles area and I would gladly pay the $25.00 parking fee to know your truck is safe and you have food venues available to you. The shopping mall is not that far from this location either.

Paid park but it’s worth it

Called in to figure out what time to come in so that I could be done in and out quickly.. Was told that the repairs would be completed in two hours or less I arrived at the shop 20 minutes later checked in at 9:30 PM did not get called into the shop for the repairs to get started until 3 AM mind you my company sent everything over that they needed so that they could start the work they received all of it before 10 PM.. repair is finally complete at 7:02 AM.. of course because I was at home and they said it would only take two hours I left the dog and all the gear at the house so no sheets no pillows no blankets and basically no sleep and honestly had I done what I was going to do which was show up at 3 o’clock in the morning probably would’ve gotten in right away because there was no one waiting behind me and at least I would’ve been well rested and had my gear.. Point is it doesn’t matter if you call it doesn’t matter if you pre-fill out the check in thing online doesn’t matter if your company sends all of the information they need you still aren’t going to get out of the shop in less than 10 hours..

Probably two of the biggest truck stops in the LA area however, they charge parking $25/day unless you get fuel or have receipts from in store purchases. Lot is decent, no major pot holes, plenty of parking and reserved. Small dog park on other side of truck stop by the diesel pumps.

I have been at this truck stop in February of 2020, before this pandemic began! I came here, by mistake, thinking that they had a Subway establishment in this store! Therefore, I was mistaken, since the Subway was long gone! Still they had other alternatives. There was Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and an all-you-can-eat establishment! Therefore, I settled to eat in Taco Bell. I was in a hurry, since I was on a lunch break from work. Therefore, I ordered a combo in Taco Bell, and sat down at the lunch counter to eat. From the looks of it, it is a good truck stop, with several restaurants, and ample of parking for trucks! In addition, there is a gas station on the premises. Thus, if anyone is a truck driver, I would recommend to stop at this truck stop in Ontario!

Did not meet expectations. They had my driver wait on parts for hours and nickel and dimed our company. PLEASE KEEP AWAY unless you have 2 days to wait for services.

Shop services very bad, He said that it would be done in 4 hours, but our driver waited for 12 ours and did not do it to us. No recommend.

Huge truck parking lot; save your receipts, if you spend $$ inside you wont have to pay to park. Pizza Hut, Subway, Taco Bell, and TA restaurant. Large laundry room, 2 CAT scales, barber shop, showers, driver lounge. All of the people I encountered were very friendly, especially Pizza Hut staff. The shower was clean, no wait. I got a haircut, would definitely recommend the barber shop. The Country Pride restaurant was very good.

Ran into this place for snacks and ice and they gave me a free plastic cup. So cool. Very nice people 😌

Its one of the very few places to park in SoCal. Pretty decent restaurant, great people, and nice showers. If youre new to L.A., there are no ramps or shoulders for parking.For those complaining about having to spend $20.00 for free parking, the economics you werent taught in H.S. would tell you that free parking w/o any requirements would mean a full lot by lunchtime. Excellent amount of parking. Clean bathrooms. Good food options. Very peaceful lounge good for resting. Nice (bit expensive) laundry room. Overall excellent place to stop.

Shop crew was respectful and professional I had to unfortunately deal with one last week for a trailer issue that was not attentive nor professional. This TA service shop redeemed things because as drivers we do move goods and services for everyone so it is unfair to wait without any updates and all over poor treatment and service. I did not recieve that at this location even though we waited for parts over night they were professional and informative of what was going on and treated us like drivers should be treated. So I take this time out to say .Thank you for your service.

Terrible service in the morning good service at night, still require a mask and there are plenty of other places that will sell me stuff with out a mask on and I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.

This locations truck service has some of the worst customer service.Was told they would be about 2 hours to get truck in for two steer tires. After 6 hours of waiting they get my truck into a bay. Then 1 hr goes by and no one touches the truck. I inquire with management and they tell me they are getting some one on it right away. 1 hr later and still no work. And at this point shift change had happen and 2 new guys were standing doing nothing except smoking. So I finally left to get tires done down the road.If only they had said from the told me it would be several hours I could have made better use of my time. But hey, they get paid by the hour so they dont care. Worst TA ever.

Six hours just waiting for a tire repair. Should have know they did not want the work when the service desk attendant tried to tell me they couldnt work on my companies trailer without their approval. When we have an account and all other locations just call and get approval. So I called had them on speaker. Was right there when they called the TA. The work order was finally made. Then we waited from one excuse to the next on line after another as to be in the shop in a few minutes. Tech is out on a service call when all of the service trucks were still there. We left got the tire fixed elsewhere not going back.

Came in for the night and got some things including a snow globe. Alex was amazing;I appreciate her taking the time to wrap my snow globe and being friendly through the entire transaction.

LANDSTAR DRIVERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Nothing but a racket with the inspection. If you pay them cash they will pass you. At first i passed, but once they realized I wasn’t gonna pay he failed me. Complete hustle!

Stopped in to get a couple marker lights fixed was put in shop fast 2.5 hours later and a couple hundred dollars. Would not recommend the T/A shop but the Taco Bell was good.

The reviews Im reading makes me wonder if this is the same place.I was met by smiles when I first walked into the store.I was blessed to meet Miss Trina in the restuarant and her polite manners set the atmosphere for a good meal especially after driving all night.

I arrived late Sunday evening and the lot was jam packed and drivers acting a fool scrambling to find a space. Id reserved a spot and the section was full. Security escorted me back to RP area and freed a space for me. He was super professional and kind. I was parked within 10 minutes of arrival.This is why I prefer TA over the other big stops. They just seem to always work out. The app is awesome and their locations typically allow for great food options. I also like that you get the extra towel for showers.I do try to utilize mom and pops for obvious reasons but when it counts I can count on TA. Loves and especially Pilot often are a source of frustration.Loyal patron.

Twice Ive had to get Ta road service to replace tires. First time it took them 2.5 hrs to get to me. They told me 1 hour. Then it took 2 hours to replace tire. Second time they took 3 hours to get to me. They told me 2 hours. And it took 3 hours to replace drive tire.

Not a travel friendly stop, they kick you out after 2 hours or so, if you drive like us 19 plus hours to get to cali do not stop here for a nap because their guard will wake you up and tell you to go to a corner across the street where you can stay overnight but you cant stay they any longer, then they wait for you to actually get out of the premises, can you believe this after spending 100 plus dollars in showers and food and snacks and extras there, for them to just kick you out its unprofessional and not safe for drivers that have had a long journey and they need a good 3 to 4 hours to sleep before they can driver again safely. They should be ashame

Not a trucker. Selection in the store is great. Showers are great, but they need to clean one at a time, not screw everyone over all at once. Restrooms are clean. Pumps sometimes have broken buttons. Overall it works for me when Im passing through and fuel is cheapest in the area.

This is not a rest stop I was not even parked for an 30 minutes before someone knocked on my window saying there is no overnight sleeping. I pulled up around 1030 exhausted from driving. Its more important to let people rest before driving again but no. I also am upset I shopped at the store because false advertisement doesnt deserve support. Change it to rest stop for trucks and just Gas for cars. Lies I am disappointed all the other TAs dont bother you. Smb Shane

Avoid this place if you can - its not worth your time.TL;DR - this place is a nightmare to get in and out of, and isnt worth the cost (both in money and time) to come here.Ive been a driver for well over a decade, and Ive been in and out of this truck stop hundreds of times. Over the last several years, this place is degraded to a point where I will not be coming back anymore - my company has a terminal less than a mile away. I can park at that terminal for free, order food for delivery if I need to, and not have to deal with the absolute travesty of trying to exit the parking lot. The last several visits Ive been to this truck stop have taken me over 20 minutes (every time) to drive less than a hundred yards to the exit gate, of which theres only one even though there are three entrances. This is a great example of the greed and arrogant indifference of the management towards the drivers that keep this place running.They could easily help with their traffic issues on the way out, even if they dont put an extra exit in (which they should) by simply having someone to direct traffic at the busy intersections in the lot. The ones where you have trucks coming from three directions waiting to turn into the aisle to get out, and everyone just cuts in front of the other drivers because theyre all tired of waiting - and then pretend oops I didnt know when you call them on it. Its especially bad when youre turning left - the only way to make that happen is to be that guy, turn out and block everything until you have room to pull forward all the way and clear the aisle (this happens all the time, even though it shouldnt). So youre blocking all access from all aisles until you can pull forward - thats making everyone angrier, and making it take longer for everyone involved. A body out there directing traffic would alleviate a lot of this, even if they wont give up their money printing machine of parking lot fees (that would obviously be the complete solution, but management would never do that because its too lucrative for them as it is).If you have any other options to park, like a company terminal nearby, one of the small restaurants with a few parking spaces for trucks, Etc, I would strongly advise you to use that instead of coming here. I mean how many of us have gotten fuel here (a complete travesty) and wanted to pull our hair out just from that, and then you have to go through it all again on the way out of the parking lot - it simply isnt worth your time. I know its not worth mine.

Horrible place, horrible workers. I was at the the register making a purchase. The cashier asked me if I wanted to use credit. I said yes. She said that I would need to show my identification. I didnt have it, I left it in the truck. Almost no one asks for ID to use a credit card at truck stops across the country. I asked her to suspend my transaction while I went to the ATM. I went back to her and to where my items were. She wanted me to get back in line and wait. I waited in line once and she wanted me to wait again behind four people? No. The security guard backed her up. I responded, You guys are absolutely right and walked out empty handed. This is why I am a fan and loyal Flying J/Pilot customer. This TA has been here for at least thirty years. They are always busy, perhaps overwhelmed. Its time for competition and relief. The customer service poor. Its time for a change in Ontario.

One of my favorite places to stop in between loads.Helpful and friendly staff.This place does stay real busy 24/7, so show a little patience when getting fuel.

Been here for over 4h 57 min in the bay to get tire changed and dot inspection on trailer tire Ben finished for about 1 hr thay called and had me come bake to trailer to Torque the Lugnuts and told me he was starting on dot inspection but he is naw hon to lunch. 1 hr latter he goes to lunch before doing a dot that takes about 15 min to do

Country Pride restaurant was awesome! The waitress Renee was delightful. Great breakfast!

If we could give negative million stars we would. We have stayed here several times... never again !!! We are up at 4 Am to go to deliver on Monday morning, and we get to the gate to leave, with our receipts from TA that total over $25, ( so we do t have to pay for parking the truck) and the he/ or she ? Tells us that we were here 24 hrs and 36 minutes and we have to pay for two days, equaling $50.!!!! It made us go back and spend another $25.!! And now they only accept CASH at the gate!! What kind of freaking place does this? The trucking industry deliver the paper that the receipt is printed on and everything else !! To top it all off, we had to wait in line when we went back the second time to the gate and had to sit in a line of 8 trucks to exit the premises!!! Now we are probably going to be late to deliver just because of greed!!! 36 freaking minutes !! Are you kidding me????

Fuel island cordoned off. No signs anywhere. So I go in and nicely ask the cashiers whats going on and what the eta for the fix is. Get a nasty answer from the oldest woman there. Sorry you couldnt get a job elsewhere. But if it wasnt for us truckers, you wouldnt have a job.

Always rude, not sure why. Lot is always dirty, you pay to be blocked in and options are limited in the area, so I go here.

Have to stay here alot waiting for our next load. Service is always polite. Always parking. Only wish they had a truck wash

Avoid this place if you can!! We reserved a spot at 10am yesterday morning for after a live unload at 8pm, got to the TA at around 1130pm. Trucks are parked on the side of the CAT scales 4 deep making it impossible for anyone to back into the reserved parking spots who comes in late at night. Called TA, spoke to Robert (manager on duty, who is very condescending and a douche); he sent Edwin, the patrolling security guard out, who told us to back into a reserved parking spot on the other side of the lot. I asked why it was okay for the trucks to park in non-parking spots, and he actually said that the lot was full, they have to park somewhere. Meanwhile, people who reserved a spot well in advance of arriving, cant even park in the spot they paid to reserve. Also, Edwin made sure to check the reserved parking and kick people out who werent supposed to be there. Wait, what?! Youll make people move who didnt reserve a spot, but you wont make people move who arent even in a parking spot?! If you go inside to make a purchase between 1130pm and midnight, expect to wait because they shut down all the registers to count them down for end of day. If youre in line to get fuel, the fuel pumps get shut down until midnight so they can get the readings. I would stick with the Petro across the street. May be owned the TA, but at least theyre a lot nicer and their parking lot isnt a huge mess.
