Surpirsingly low prices on cosmetics! They don’t carry the full line of each brand but the selection is good and if you’re open to product choices you’ll find great values throughout the whole store.Sales associate was helpful and friendly.

Just Pay Extra Extra attention when you check out and be insisted about the discount or.special sale that other sales have told you. I dont wanna say they are being mean or play games or just discrimination. The counter officer missed special sale gift and telling be there is a mysterious code that only for their.selected clients, however her sales colleague just told me a different story mins ago..And then I found out she forgot to applied special.sale.discount when check out.

The store is only allowing 3 customers at one time despite having 4 employees working. Meantime they are allowing the customers inside to take their own sweet time while there is a long line outside. I am sure there’s enough room for more than 3 customers since there is social distance signs all over the floor.

I really like this store. The have a small selection of good quality items at very reasonably priced. when ever Im at the mills mall I always stop in. I always leave with something never empty handed.

I go for the discounted goods, but the staff there are inattentive. When you work in retail, its not outrageous to expect some sort of service or acknowledgement when you enter a store. Ive been to the one in Cabazon and its overall much better than Ontario Mills.

I just purchased 2 dramatically different moisturizing lotions. As soon as I walked out from the store, I found out I grabbed the one without the pumps. So I walked back to the store and asked one of the employees see if I can exchange for 2 with pumps (same price); the employee said everything is final so the computer wouldn’t let them to do the exchange. However, I did checked my receipt before I walked back to store. The receipt says I can do exchange. I understand it was my fault to grab the wrong one so I didn’t try hard to request for exchange. However, it is confusing when the sales say can’t exchange items but the receipt says I can.

My wife and my wallet love this place. She can get a good deal and I pay less money for it.

This store was nice and organized and customer service is greetful and professional. Although certain products can be overpriced for an outlet store.

They sell higher end cosmetic products (Estee Lauder, MAC, Clinique, etc.) at a discount, and during sales they reduce that discounted price. So you end up getting the same product almost 60-70% off the original price. Totally worth going!

Poor customer service. My child was playing with a box and one of their associates named Monique comes by and grabs her arm and takes makeup away from my childs arm. My daughter is 16 months old. After complaining to her manager, and also to corporate Saks 5th, their response is to abide and protect themselves and brand at all costs. They stand by their camera and say that they do nothing wrong and compare apples to oranges. The manager insists my child is unsupervised, when the camera or proof clearly shows that she is right in front of me at an arms length away. Manager of this store - Michelle A. Mohler has a terrible crisis management skills and instead, wants to offer a false apology followed bywere really busy here - insisting and hinting that she does not want to talk. No sense of logic, no sense of making the customer feel welcomed. Their apologies are meaningless without action. Would not recommend this store. Very poor.
