This is a revised review. Unfortunately, this is the go-to hardware store my employer prefers us to buy from. They have just about anything you can want, but the employees are rude. When I know exactly what I need to get the job done, there isn’t a problem. However, when I need a little expertise, the employees offer no help and are rude in doing so.

Hello hardware store in a warehouse district! Seriously, how is this place not everyone’s goto hardware store! It’s like going to Harbor freight, if Harbor freight actually sold awesome stuff that’s worth it!They have almost everything you need, just don’t be fooled by the garage door, it opens up to a whole lot of goodness!

These guys always have anything I need for hardware, so much better then home depot or lowes. Plus, there customer service is always available and very knowledgeable. Thanks to Mike, who left the counter to help me find my chrome screws. Great job

Hard to find tool bits, sandpaper, screws etc. McFadden will have it. Rather go there than a big name brand store

These guys arent the cheapest, not the biggest place, not the best location but they are GREAT!! Always helpful, always on point. Their staff knows the business, and they treat the customers right. This is definitely the place to visit for your industrial hardware needs. If it isnt on the shelf, then ask. There are more great things behind the counter. Needed a 21/32 high speed drill bit today. Odd size, but they had several to choose from. Not on the shelf, but in the back. Great people to work with. My go to place for industrial hardware and unique items.

I needed a light bulb and a spring for a thirty year old continuity tester and they had both in inventory. This store has become our Go To store for all the hardware and tools that we need. They were even able to order stainless M2 computer screws for us within 24 hours. They have the best selection we have seen in a very long time of metric, standard, and stainless nuts and bolts. They have all kinds of welding, electrical, industrial, automotive, specialty, and plumbing supplies and equipment. This is the first store you should go to before going to any other store. Its the type of store that is needed in every town! The staff is helpful and always ready to assist!!!!!

Big fat nails is a good place to go get your plastic hoses and your tools and some nuts and bolts its a good place to go I go there all the time its better than a hardware store and its a lot closer to the house

This place is amazing if youre looking for hard to find, easy to find, or even medium difficult to find hardware or materials. Ha ha! I plan on visiting them much more frequently in the future. Staff was friendly and attentive and even gave me a recommendation of a place that would have the one thing that I needed that they didnt carry. If I could give them six stars I would.

I found this place looking for a handicap sign stencil. Then when i got to the place it was like tool man crazy town they are fast polite. Have much more then expected.

Chris the assistant manager is extremely helpful and patient. Every time I come into this location, he is very prompt in asking if I need help and the first to lend assistance. Good service is hard to come by these days and he gives a new meaning to great customer service. Stellar individual.

I overheard a performance car business staff member talk about the vast supply of fasteners this business offered, so decided to check it out when I was nearby. In touring the business, my knees were giving me trouble, so I cut my visit short & only covered half, but did see an electrical item I couldnt leave without. I only viewed part of the hardware section, but it did appear to be extensive.

Saved over $150 coming here to get car keys made! Also, their customer service is amazing. A gentleman even offered me a chair while they cut my keys! Honestly the nicest and easiest time I have ever had in a hardware store in my entire life.

Great new LED line by Cyber Tech Lighting. Great deal on LED Shop Lights and Plug N Play LED tubes. Hopefully they add more and fill up their shelves to compete with Home Depot and Lowes and become a one stop shop. Plumbing department is pretty good as well. Hope they carry the new USB 120V Outlets.
